Very good Japanese house experience, clean and tidy right at the door, very convenient to go anywhere, the whole family is very satisfied

Really love staying here! The location was great, being centred at Shinsekai and only 1 stop away from Dotonburi ! It was clean, ample space and home-y. Shinya our host was also very responsive! Overall it was a very pleasant stay in Osaka, would stay here again!

The place was very clean, tidy and barrier free throughout. I felt right at home as the host family was friendly and accommodating. A breakfast meal was included which was just what I needed for.

the location is very close to the station 200 metres. supermarket nearby. restaurants mc donald nearby. very well maintained. friendly host. had a wonderful time with my family. thank you so much....will stay again.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your cozy Home, it was a pleasure to have a nice, clean and warm home. Definitely will recommend your home to my acquaintances. Love that the metro was a 3 minute walk, a family mart was about 5 minutes and a vending machine in front of the complex.

We enjoyed our stay at the ninja house and highly recommend it for families. We traveled with a 4 and 7 year old. The kids loved the ninja theme and secret rooms. The host was very responsive and helpful. The area is very urban yet safe and very quiet at night. We highly recommend it!

Pros: • Plenty of beds, suitable for large groups. • Small kitchen available for simple cooking, with plenty of plates and utensils. • Two nearby local train stations. • Sufficient amenities for large groups. Cons: • The stairs are too steep. • Only a washing machine is available, no dryer, which can be inconvenient for travelers visiting multiple cities. • The location is not ideal for those who enjoy easy access to food and shopping. • Only one bathroom. Overall: Good value for money and clean

It was nice that it was close to the station

To start the location is excellent, I had no problem with the instructions, the place is small but cozy, enough to accommodate 4 people, the bathroom is quite small and has no bidet, in addition to no TV, in short if you want to stay for a low price it would be your best option

I stayed here for a month and loved it! JR line right down the street that goes right to Kyoto station. Busses nearby with access to all over the city + shrines. Great for tourists and great for people living long term locally since it's surrounded by a bunch of fantastic restaurants and has a grocery store directly infront of the house. It made my Kyoto stay very nice. One of the cleanest places I've stayed as well! The only downside I can think of is that it's on a road with a hospital just a few minutes away so there were quite a few ambulances in the area so it made sleeping with the door open kind of difficult but that is not a fault of the home at all. Would definitely recommend to friends and family in the future!

Very quiet place not too far from the main areas of the city we wished to explore. Akane was friendly on messages and sent us some nice tips for what we could do and where to eat:)

Great room and location

The location of the accommodation was detailed, the space was pleasant, and most importantly, it was nice to have a washer and dryer. If you have a lot of people, I recommend this place.

Had a great stay as the location was super convenient.Near to Shin Imamiya station, direct access to KIX via Nankai Line. Plus, there is a 24 hour Don Donki nearby for late night shopping. Apartment was spacious for my family of 6. Check in and check out was smooth, as the host provided clear instructions.

Had a lovely stay here. The place was very comfortable and the cute little internal patio was fun for me and my friends to hang out in. The location was a bit away from many of the activities of our stay, but because it was very convenient to both bus and train stations, it never felt like a hassle. Would definitely stay again!
