great location, super quiet. could use more heating in the winter (bathroom & shower cold), but would totally stay again!

It was the place I chose while looking for several places for a large family of 9 to stay, but the conclusion was the best. It was a short walk from the subway station, especially since there was a large grocery store nearby, so it was very good for buying food. The room was in the same condition as the photos, and the bedding and interior were so clean and nice. The shower with high water pressure, hot water, and a simple washing machine and dryer were also very helpful for our family. I also used the Dyson dryer in front of the bathroom on the 1st and 2nd floors very well!! I'll use it again when I get a chance! Thank you for a great place to stay!!

We had a superb time staying at this wonderful home in Osaka! The location is excellent—just a 15-minute walk to Namba and conveniently close to both the JR line and local metro, which made getting around super easy. The house itself is spacious and very comfortable, with four bedrooms, three restrooms, and three showers—perfect for a group or family. It was spotlessly clean and incredibly well equipped with everything we needed and more. We also really enjoyed the nearby local restaurants—there are some fantastic spots just a short walk away. The host was amazing: super helpful, flexible, and went above and beyond to assist us, including recommending and even helping book local restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka

We really enjoyed staying here. (4 people) nice and roomy compared to a hotel room. Has a lovely traditional feel with tatami mats and screen doors. Be careful on the stairs because they are small and you can slip if you are not careful. The neighborhood is nice and quiet which is a nice break from the busy city. The shower room is awesome and clean. We cooked dinner one night. There is a 7-11 and grocery store on the same street as the airBnB. The Yellow Deli, Bitokes and Dal Masala are all fantastic restaurants also on the same street. We used the local Randen station trolley to easily get to and from Arashiyama. Lastly the host is very reasonable, responsive and friendly. We would definitely come again!

Very nice and cosy place, so peaceful surrounding and walkable from Tengashaya station, nankai line. Perfect with my gang as 6 pax. 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets that’s enough and comfortable. The host is so friendly and supportive. We are so impressed for welcome snacks and drinks that the host arranged for us. We will go back again for next Osaka trip. Highly recommended ‼️

The place was great, strongly recommend.

Finding the place was ok I passed the road at first, there is a huge parking driveway but narrow roads to get to the home. I rented a 7 passenger van and was able to drive to the house with a spotter. Once we got there it was super easy to get in. Host was very helpful and responded quickly. There were bikes we were able to use and a baby stroller. There is a laundry machine with soap provided. The bathrooms had amenities. There were plenty of dishes. There is a button on the wall to turn on the hot water. There is a bathroom on the bottom floor and 2nd. Overall this was a super great experience especially for the price!

Our stay at Yanbin’s place was great! We really felt at home, at a Japanese home! Place is great, location was awesome! Away from the tourists but still super close to any action Kyoto offers! Yanbin was super friendly, always willing to help and put up with all my questions! Honestly a great place, plenty of room, comfortable and great location! Our kids were very careful around the house, but with so much space it was really great! Everyone had its own corner in the house to enjoy their reading, playing a game, reading a book or sipping a coffee/tea/sake! Highly recommended without a doubt! Thank you Yanbin, see you next time!

Easy to enter from Kansai Airport. Conveniently located in front of JR Shin-Imami Palace/Subway Zoo. Departure Kyoto/Nara/Himeji are easy. 10-15 minutes walk to Tsutenkaku/Shinsekai/Don Quikod. The place of residence is 3 floors, three large rooms Three toilets, two bathrooms. Suitable for family There is a kitchen pot and there is a Tamade supermarket next to it! It's convenient Lots of Izakaya with ktv (bar format) Very Japanese Civil Life It will be quiet around 10-11pm Doesn't affect sleep If mindful of a traveller/worker/intoxicated person Lots of here, they stay out of your way Just ignore it!Be inclusive. There is a washing machine for washing and drying Perfect for multi day stay

The place was clean and tidy, and parking at the door was convenient, highly recommended to stay

The B&B was beautiful, and Yuki was still very considerate to prepare the fruit bread for us.Perfect for multiple people traveling together (this time we were 11 people).It was a wonderful time.

A very, very nice experience, would like to recommend it to all tourists who travel to Osaka, if there are more people, this place is really perfect.The host was very welcoming and saw a table of snacks and fruit drinks when they arrived at night, which was really sweet.Convenient location, whether it is a sightseeing spot or shopping, Tsutenkaku and Namba are within walking distance, and the Nankai Express at the airport is directly accessible.

Nice house, very quiet neighborhood.The host was very friendly, the first day I picked us up from the station to the house, very warmly introduced the surrounding area, and I will come back next time for the opportunity.
