Monthly Rentals in Over Hulton

My stay at Kev's residence came with lots of interesting memories. Kev was lovely, friendly, approachable, kind, and fun to be with. The wife was hospitable and their dog was welcoming. Throughtout my stay at the residence, Kev and his family ensurred I felt confortable within the residence. The accommodation was top class in everything. Although my stay was just for 2 weeks, I will always choose Kev's residence anytime I'm on a trip to the Manchester Greater area.

Yasmin was such a great host- really friendly, welcoming and quick to respond to all my queries! The location itself was super! Right in the centre and very easy to get to and find. I will be booking again!

Our family of three had a great two weeks stay at Marvin's place. The house is as described and as shown on pictures, with its own driveway for car parking. The location is quiet but convenient, and we have walked into town a few times over the duration. Marvin is very responsive and quick in addressing issues that may affect our stay. We had a washing machine problem and Marvin promptly made arrangements and followed up frequently to ensure the issue was resolved promptly and that our stay was not disrupted. As we have relatives in Bolton, we will certainly return to Marvin's place, the fully equipped kitchen was a plus for us for home cooked meals. Thank you for hosting us.

Really helpfully hosts with great communication, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely stay - was cosy, comfy and has everything you need for a few days. Not much in the area, meaning you have to travel to places. Thank you!
