Situé à Péaule, à 5 min du parc de Branféré, 15 minutes des plages, accès rapide à Vannes, Rochefort en terre,La Roche Bernard Notre maison est entièrement rénovée a neuf, elle comprends 6 chambres, 6 Salles eau, piscine interieure chauffée à l'année , piste pétanque, table de ping pong, balançoire. Terrasse avec salon de jardin, barbecue Draps et serviettes fournis Les fêtes ne sont pas autorisées il est demandé de limiter le bruit à partir de 22h. A très vite !

Vous profiterez de 2 chambres climatisées, équipées de tv (pas de salon), d'une cuisine totalement équipée, une salle d'eau, un wc séparé, un espace rangement. Un espace équipé d'une table et de chaises vous permettra de vous détendre à l'extérieur. Environnement calme, à proximité immédiate du bourg et des commerces (boulangeries, superettes, boucher, coiffeurs, poste,...). 1ère plage à 15mn, grande plage surveillée à 20 mn

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
