A cottage with an equipped kitchen with all the essentials to cook a good meal, a table and comfortable armchairs to enjoy a homemade meal. A new 160x200 bed (hotel quality) with 2 firm pillows and 2 fluffy pillows. 100% cotton bed linen. A bathroom (organic shower gel, shampoo, towel dryer) The lounge area with a heated hot tub to relax in. Water heated all year round to 38 in winter and 35/36 in summer. A table for an aperitif by the spa.

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.

Small country house, completely renovated and located in the village of Béganne, close to small shops and the port of Folleux. The house sleeps up to six with three bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and an outdoor area with barbecue. Possibility to discover the surroundings : beautiful beaches at 30min, character villages (20 min : Rochefort en Terre, la Roche Bernard and la Gacilly), large area at 10 min.
