Vacation rentals with a patio in Pelayos de la Presa

Maria Jose and her husband were very nice, they helped us with an umbrella and find a parking lot at the time of arrival. The place is nice, the kitchen is very complete. For being winter we couldn't be much outside but the patio is big and looks nice.

We had a great stay in Madrid! The apartment is spacious and bright, and within a good walking distance of the city. There are many nice restaurants in the neighborhood for both brunch and supper, yet it is quiet. Highly recommended!

What an amazing experience with Alejandro! Our stay at Alejandro's place was simply wonderful. From the first moment, Alejandro was very attentive and friendly, always ready to help us in everything we needed. The place was spotless, very cozy and with all the details designed to make us feel at home. The location is perfect, close to everything but in a quiet area. Alejandro gave us great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants, and he wasn't wrong at all! It was definitely an outstanding host who made our experience even more special. We felt incredibly comfortable at Rosario's! Even before our arrival we had contact and thus received the exact directions: with the metro in Madrid no problem at all!!! Location is pleasant and quiet. Supermarkets in the immediate vicinity guarantee a supply of everything. The house itself is WONDERFUL!!! Everything corresponded exactly to the description and was perfectly equipped! From shower gel to body lotion and toothpaste (and brushes), a fully equipped kitchen with EVERYTHING you need. To welcome drinks, butter, marmalade, milk, ham (in the fridge) and kitchens and pastries (including plenty of coffee capsules); spices, olives, tuna ... I can't even list everything! Excursion tips and a quick guide for all appliances in the house as well as a plan of the metro! Everything was there! The contact with questions was always lightning fast and super likeable! Thank you so much for everything! We will be back!!!

Totally new. All the perfect stays and facilities. It has a great terrace for enjoying with family.

We had a great weekend, three couples of friends with small children. The house was clean and had everything you need, exactly as described. One room downstairs and three bedrooms above, two bathtubs that come great with children. Although we were unable to use the pool because it was not seasonal, it was fenced and is an extra quiet with the children. Yes they used the trampoline a lot and the spacious patio, Beatriz even left a small swing and slide although it was already a bit old. The only thing is that around the house there is not much to do and there is some big park in the village, but there are many restaurants and some routes within a few minutes by car. We really liked it.

Maria’s place was a great base for a short visit to Madrid. It is comfortable and has everything you need. The area provides a glimpse of life in Madrid with some excellent spots for eating and drinks.

My wife and I stayed here for four days during my business trip to Madrid. The location was perfect for both of us. It was in the heart of La Latina, an easy cab ride for me to business meetings and walking distance to Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Gran Via and other notable parts of the city center. Lots of restaurants, shops and small convenience stores around the block (to buy water, drinks, an adapter, etc.) We also arrived on Sunday and had front door access to the oldest and largest flea/antique market in Madrid. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and modern. It was convenient to have two bathrooms, lots and lots of closet space and access to kitchen appliances (coffee machine) and even the washer. There’s an exercise bike and USB-C chargers (with charging outlets on both sides of the bed). The booking and check-in/out process was seamless and the manager (Jose Maria) provided excellent local tips and recs. Highly recommended!

Super clean, great location!

The apartment was in an ideal location walking distance to all of the notable sites (e.g., the palacio, plaza mayor, teatro, chocolatería San Ginés) but in a quiet, residential neighborhood with charming local spots. The space was functional and perfect for a weekend getaway with all the necessary amenities. Jose and his wife were great hosts and despite a slight hiccup at check-in were responsive and very welcoming!! Would recommend to anyone!!

I had a lovely stay at Leo’s place in Madrid. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to the city centre and easy to get around. Leo was warm, welcoming, and made the whole experience smooth. Would definitely stay again!

Cristina is a host who went above and beyond to help me and make my stay as comfortable as possible. Her beautiful apartment is just as it appears in the photos, being both elegant and cosy so my stay was truly relaxing and everything I needed was right there. The neighbourhood is vibrant but laidback and people were friendly and welcoming. There were plenty of charming local restaurants and knowing it was my first time in Madrid Cristina made sure to give me recommendations of the best places to try as well local shops. It is very close to the metro so you are easily connected to the rest of the city, though I did find it very walkable as well. Meandering through the streets, taking in the ambiance it only took 30 minutes to walk home from Plaza Mayor. The city is full of interesting places to visit and staying at Cristina‘s was like the ’cherry on the top’ of my Madrid experience. Thank you so much Cristina for sharing your beautiful home with me.
