We had a very pleasant stay, the accommodation being functional, presenting a new and thoughtful condition. The accommodation is very well located in this district of Saint Enogat close to two good bakeries, a choice of restaurants and cafes and very close to the beach. We wanted to rest and we did. We recommend Charlotte's place.

Great amenities, wonderful location with good boulangerie right across the street. Central with many bus connections in a 3-minute walk, but without a large hustle and bustle thanks to side street location. About 10 minutes to the beach. Sometimes much more to the ocean. 😉 Fastest wifi/internet I've ever had in a hotel or place to stay. Apartment equipped with a lot of love and maritime details. Everything you need on vacation. Perfect communication with dear, accommodating, and professional host.

Nice and bright apartment. Close walking distance to shops and the sea . Very well-equipped. Downside , stairs to common areas a little narrow and in need of a big refresh. Have a nice stay in general Communicating with the host , simple and efficient

We were greeted with so much warmth and warmth that we felt at home from the first second. Even a spontaneous short visit from another family member was completely hassle-free. I can only recommend the apartment offered by Laure! Located in the heart of St Malo intramuros we are immersed in the old town, everything is within walking distance, the street is quiet, there are nice restaurants nearby and shops within a few minutes walk. The apartment itself is a gem, it feels really good, the decoration is warm and the atmosphere welcoming, not to mention the space that the apartment offers, especially for a stay for two. We had a lovely time there and would love to go back someday!

Well-located house with a garden where you can eat and car spaces on the street. Very clean accommodation with all the amenities, very quiet and not very far from the beach and the city center. We did everything on foot and a small crossroads 500m away. We strongly recommend to people who want to visit Dinard and its surroundings Christine

Great stay. Very pleasant time, the place is quiet and very pretty perfect to unwind. Near Dîna and St Malo to visit the surroundings. Very welcoming and kind host.

Clean and suitable accommodation for our family of 5. Very quiet area, close to the beach on foot. 45 minutes from Mont St Michel. Presence of a 5 seater hot tub on a covered and gated terrace, well heated accommodation and possibility to make a flare in the fireplace in the evening. We didn't miss a thing . I would recommend it in a second.

Great stay!! The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, the swing seats are very comfortable (small extra throws would have been nice😊) and then the balneo what happiness!! A weekend where you can slow down in all really perfect relaxation. Mikael is very responsive and makes sure everything is fine upon arrival, I highly recommend it.

A real pepop!!!!! Flawless accommodation, spacious, comfortable. A real cocoon to get together as a couple or family. Presence of everything you need for a perfect stay! The absence of TV and many board games is a blessing to disconnect and take full advantage of each other. Huge favorite for jaccuzi and breakfast with fresh, local produce.
