Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Portstewart

This home is out of a storybook. So many fun quirks and something new to discover behind every corner. We traveled from the states to elope at Dunluce Castle and this was the perfect location for our shared house with our family. It fit the 13 of us very comfortably, with many bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved gathering in the multiple sitting rooms and thoroughly enjoyed the bar/library. Would highly recommend this place for any future family/large gathering. You won’t regret it!

Even before we booked David was communicative and helpful. On arrival check-in was extremely simple, and the house was amazing. Decorated tastefully and in neutral colours my friend and I had an extremely relaxing stay Location can’t be beaten, it’s on a quiet road, very close to the sea With an easy 20 minute walk into town. We wanted for nothing, there’s a larger way of equipment, and great basics for cooking. David leaves an excellent guide to the amenities in the area with some very helpful tips and directions. On leaving, I managed to leave my passport and David went above and beyond sending it back to me, I’m eternally grateful for that.

We stayed for five nights and the location was ideal for commuting around the north Antrim coast. It is walkable distance From Portrush town centre too. The house was large and spacious. There were five of us staying and we all had plenty of room. The house is well equipped with all you can possibly need and a welcome pack was much appreciated as we arrived late at night.

Brilliant for our short family stay. Superb location, modern style, clean and fresh interiors. Definitely will stay here again.

very please with location and accommodation. house very clean, felt like home from home. everything we needed in house, kitchen wear, bedding, towels, board games, books cards and things for the beach. off street parking for two cars. location - quite area, great for walking and watching the sun set on the beach. one local restaurant, shops about 1 mile away, able to walk safely to them. also egg vending machine 10 mins walk away! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anns house. The house was fantastic, very comfortable and with a bright and spacious kitchen/ living area. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather during our stay and the spacious back garden was an ideal spot to sit and relax in the sun. Walking distance to the village and a short drive to many of the scenic spots nearby. hist Ann was very friendly and helpful. would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic time! Karen was very responsive and so helpful with everything. We stay in Portballintrae often and this is definitely one of our favourites. Great location, excellent amenities and the outside space was perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay at this fantastic property. The location is perfect, offering easy access to all the local attractions. the house is incredible spacious, making it ideal for families (4 adults 4 kids in our party). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the beds are super comfortable. The entire place was spotless, which we really appreciated. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Mark, our host, was outstanding, providing us with plenty of useful information about the stunning local areas. We highly recommend this property and can't wait to return!

what an amazing home for a peaceful break. perfect location to get around, so close to the beautiful beach and a short walk to the pubs and shop. the house was exactly as described, loads of room, spotless clean and has everything you need while there.Dee was able to reply straight away when I needed to contact her and so so friendly and helpful. we will definitely be back, thank you so much.

The most perfect apartment in the lovely Portballintrae! We couldn't fault anything about the apartment. It had everything we needed...The apartment is perfectly located to see all the sites along the coast. Ingrid's recommendations were very helpful.She was responsive and easy to communicate with. Heather’s apartment was perfect. It was spacious and comfortable throughout. View of sea from the bedrooms. Comfy beds . It had everything you needed and she had left us tea/ coffee and milk which is great for arrival. There were no negatives. We knew from the description it was out of town; and the walk to the town and nearest beach was lovely. My only advice would be as it’s on the 3rd floor ( clearly stated in description) ; don’t book it if you have mobility issues.

Amazing space! So tidy and clean. Had the most stunning view of the beach, which was within walking distance! Willie and Nicky were so lovely and responsive and made our stay so comfortable. They also had great recommendations of activities to do and we did all of them!! Highly recommend!

it was as described, had amazing time there. kitchen area was spacious, living room had enough throws to enjoy time watching TV or banter with friends. Things were labeled accurately to operate appliances without manual like dishwasher/ washing machine. would definitely recommend and will visit again!

Another lovely stay at this beautiful apartment. everything was so clean and a very spacious apartment in a very central location. 10/10 ⭐ Vanessa was so easy to deal with and kept in touch with anything we asked her, nothing was a problem! We look forward to visiting again soon.

The studio apartment was nice and cosy, and well equiped with everything you'd need. The hot tub was a great addition. Nicola was quick to respond to any messages and close by if you needed her help with anything. Even though the studio is within her garden area, she allows you plenty of privacy. It was perfect for my two dogs and close to both Castlerock beach and the Mussenden Temple/Downhill Demesne. Would recommend the Coffee Hut in Castlerock and Al's Coffee Bar beside The Lion's Gate/Mussenden Temple. Will hopefully return soon!

Teresa's place was perfect for a short break in Port Rush, the apartment was super clean and cosy for relaxing in. Teresa explained how to access the property with easy to understand instructions.

This apartment was ideally situated for us to use the buses to walk the Causeway Coast Way. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay & was close to shops etc. We would recommend it to anyone for a great stay in this beautiful area.

This apartment is a beautiful, light open plan space with amazing views. We loved that every bedroom was ensuite & there was so much room for the whole family to relax with several lounge areas & a great little library corner. Even with such an open plan it was really warm & cosy. Few minutes walk to the promenade or to a great restaurant but very quiet. Easy private parking. Highly recommended.
