Vacation rentals in Preston-under-Scar

What a stunning little cottage. Great space for me, hubby and our dog. The cottage has everything you could possibly need and more. It was very comfortable and cosy and the attention to detail is amazing. The welcome basket was an added bonus and very much appreciated. It was just a 5 minute walk into the centre of Bedale and it has everything you need.

We had a fantastic stay here as a family. The park is so peaceful and tranquil. The accommodation was very spacious, especially the living area. All amenities catered for. The views from the cabin are breathtaking, and the rear patio is a little sun trap. We didn't use the onsite facilities (pub, shop, reception etc). The play park was good. Plenty of walks from the site and in the local villages.

Wow wow wow, what an amazing place to stay. Stunning house, stunning location. The attention to detail was fantastic, Philippa and Andrew were so approachable, friendly and helpful and they helped to make our stay comfortable. The house was spotless and full of everything we needed. Our children are already asking how soon we can come and visit again. The hot tub was ready for our arrival and the view were gorgeous, what a gem of a find. Very much looking forward to returning to Yoredale House, Thankyou for having us!

A gorgeous weekend spent with friends in the Old Potting Shed. What a beautiful home, very well equipped and stunning surroundings. James popped round to say hello and gave us some recommendations of walks and places to eat over the weekend! Hopefully we will return one day! :)

brilliant place to stay. really nice cottage with everything you need and super comfortable. really peaceful area and perfect for a relaxing couple of days away. we will definitely be going again.

Clive’s place is beautiful, it was a perfect, peaceful sanctuary for us whilst on our honeymoon. Clive couldn’t do enough for us, he went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay, by far the most helpful and generous Airbnb host we’ve ever met. I couldn’t recommend this stay highly enough. Simply incredible!

We had a great stay! The place was clean and cute—exactly as pictured. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available, from kitchen essentials to little extras. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Elizabeth was a great host and the accommodation. She provided lots of advice on places to eat. The eagle in Barrow is worth a visit. We would definitely go back.

Really enjoyed our stay! Especially excited that there were 3 baby lambs right outside our windows. Absolutely loved the outdoor bath, lovely after a days walking. Was worried it’d be chilly out, but it was perfect, the bath was big and comfy, and the fairylights were so pretty. Am now thinking of installing an outdoor bath at home! Bed was comfy. An extensive dvd collection. The place was private. Recommend :)
