We had a wonderful weekend at the cottage. It is absolutely perfect and we had a lovely homely stay. Very responsive to messages and very helpful in regards to parking. Had everything we needed and couldn't have asked for more. We can't wait to come back one day. Thankyou Sally & Nick

a fantastic little place with plenty to do in the village or neighbouring towns, lots of lovely little touches made it feel really well thought through and not a "standard air BnB" at all - fresh coffee, different teas, dressing gowns, welcome drinks, and plenty of logs for the log fired hot tub which we took advantage of every night of our stay. Also one of the increasingly rare places with a host confident enough not to leave lots of "please do this don't do this" type notes which helped us feel like we were at home really quickly.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kathryn's place. The place is exactly how you imagine it would be by looking at the description and the photos. We will definitely be going back again. Kathryn was very responsive and so helpful with whatever queries we had.

I booked on Friday afternoon and arrived on Saturday, so was all very last minute, Liz kept in touch and met us there to show us around. Place is very dog friendly. Liz also checked in with us during our stay to see if all was ok. We went for lovely walks and spent time in the spa to relax in the evening, just what we all needed, will be recommending to my friends and family 10/10 many thanks 😊

The location is breath taking, Sam description of this wonder is under promises and over delivered. The house is beautiful and had everything we could need. The views I will miss until I visit again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ he’s selling the dream and an underrated price.

A fantastic property with a high quality and luxurious finish. Peaceful, with the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere, despite being extremely close to shops and bars. Stayed with my three kids. Enjoyed the hot-tub and garden. The place was spotlessly clean and all of the appliances worked perfectly. A great sleep in very comfy beds, next to the sound of nature. Thanks for a beautiful stay!

Gorgeous little cottage, beautiful frontage with extremely comfortable garden sofas and throws, plenty of crockery and glasses, lovely furnishings and a delightful friendly dog next door who comes to his gate for a stroke.

This is a lovely cottage in beautiful surroundings. John was very accommodating regarding our late arrival and the cottage was easy to find and exactly as described. The cottage is very characterful and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. The garden is beautiful and very private. Thank you John, we’ve had a wonderful stay.

loved Karens place! beutifull old barn with a modern interior. everything you would need for a comfortable stay. we particular liked the log stove made the room really cosy not that you needed it as the central heating was on. gorgeous views from the patio doors. also everything was spotlessly clean. also the lovely hamper karen left with lots of goodies in . definatly top of our list of Air b&b places to stay.

Absolutely loved our stay at trespass. The cottage was so well equipped, everything you could need had been provided. The cottage itself was a perfect size for a couple, so lovely and quaint, and the location is amazing. We could walk to everywhere and explore the countryside without having to drive. The bed was also extremely comfy. Would highly recommend

Lovely private, secluded cottage in the quiet and peaceful village of Croston. We used it as our base for travelling from Canada and visiting family around the NW of England. The property was exactly as described and surpassed our expectations. As first time Air B&B users we were a little nervous about the experience but the host, Holly, was super helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Overall we highly recommend, it’s a lovely cottage and a great host - 10/10

A perfect family cottage and photos don't do it justice, it was really really nice!! Perfect location with fantastic views it doesn't feel like you're 15 minutes away from the madness of Blackpool. We'll return in the future 100%.

A lovely romantic hideaway with surely the best views of anywhere. We found the place warm and cosy, with a lovely town nearby having lots of shops to explore. We did a lot of walking and the surrounding countryside was beautiful. Ladybower was the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. All amenities provided. Wonderful.

We loved the cottage, Deb and Tim have created a really special space, in a really beautiful area, could not fault it at all, they’re very helpful and welcoming we felt at home. Would 100% recommend and hope to visit again in the future! Thanks again

I had an amazing time staying here! Susan was a fantastic host—so warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She gave us a lovely tour of the place and made everything so easy with her clear directions. It was super simple to get there. One of the highlights was how thoughtful she was—she even gave my son some books to read, which he absolutely loved. I mentioned we were planning a picnic with family, and she kindly provided a picnic blanket for us! The area itself is beautiful—private, quiet, and peaceful. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of London, and we were finally able to get some proper rest. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you, Susan, for making our stay so special!

Good location and within walkable distance to the town centre. A nice, cosy place for two!

Had a lovey Easter weekend at The Cottage, exactly what we needed. The Cottage itself was very well equipped and clean. Everything you could need was thought of and provided. The pub is only a short walk away and as we were lucky with the weather spent time in the lovely beer garden after our walks exploring the area, which is beautiful. Kim was very prompt in responding to enquiries both prior to our arrival and after we left. Great host and one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in. We would definitely recommend.

Wow, what a find! Great trip across country and just a few miles from A55. The cottage was fantastic, just what we hoped for. Well equipped kitchen, we love cooking and made great use of the kitchen and space. Plenty of sitting room in the lounge and big dining room complete with high chair. We slept downstairs in the lovely double with private bathroom, whilst our friends with children had two bedrooms upstairs and family bathroom. The outside had a sun trap on the patio with chairs and table for our sunset drinks and the kids loved the lawns and gardens. And to top it all, BlueLion pub a gentle 500m walk down the hill. We were blessed with the weather, sat in the beer garden which was gorgeous, but I think any time of year would be fantastic at Tyn-y-Coed. Such a find, we wanted to keep it a secret!!

A really lovely place in a stunning location, very peaceful and quiet and was very comfortable and clean. Would certainty stay there again.

The cottage is clean, cosy and everything you would want it to be from the photos. The views and surroundings are incredible. The host goes above and beyond. The communication, the little details and the generous welcome basket are all great examples of that. Thanks again.
