We highly recommend staying with Alessandra and Camila; they were exceptional hosts. The house has everything you need and is close to the Po River, with great parks and good cafes just two blocks away. Every question and recommendation we posed was answered promptly and with multiple options to choose from. They were also flexible with some of our schedule needs. The only area for improvement is the internet speed, which is noticeably slow, but it did not affect our stay in any way.

We were delighted with the property and the assistance of Enrico / Barbara always available . The property exceeded modern expectations with connection and equipment in perfect condition a true 5 star . Our stay has been wonderful. It is a little known corner of Italy with exceptional nature. Small villages perched on hills hold wonders of architecture and painting. The wine and food are very good. The accommodation allows you to come as a fairly large group, there is a lot of sleeping. Anna and her little family are lovely and the place is very nice. We were delighted with our holiday.

Great villa that is very well maintained with lots of room and great facilities. Villa was very clean when we arrived and the equipment in the villa is of a high standard. Plenty of room for everyone and the fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom and air-conditioning was a real bonus. Outside space is very well maintained and the pool is very nice and was much appreciated during the hot weather. The villa location is very quiet and peaceful. The local town has a few small shops and restaurants but a car is essential because of the location (which was clear from the description) to get to bigger supermarkets or visit the likely attractions. Host was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting a peaceful break!

We loved staying at Barbara's house! There's something magical about it! A warm and caring energy. Barbara is an amazing host! In addition, the house was decorated for Christmas, the children were delighted!

We had a great week in Poggi. The Apartment is super nice and communication with Barbara was quick and straightforward. Everything important is available and the apartment is also clean:) The parking situation is a bit difficult, but that's a general "problem" in the region...

We had a wonderful week in this vacation home! When entering through the metal fence, the driveway was flanked by beautiful oleander bushes that were in full bloom. Inside you enter a living space with high ceilings and spacious rooms. There was a cool bottle of rosé ready, which was a nice welcome:) In the kitchen everything was well equipped. Glad you have another shower room separate from the bathroom with bath. When we stayed on the spot we enjoyed the swimming pool and the cozy garden with the beautiful, high umbrella beds and the wide view. Very quiet neighborhood! Slept wonderfully! Claire contacted us immediately after booking and also asked how we were doing during our stay. That made us feel very welcome! And then we certainly don't want to forget Paule: she is a super sweet neighbor who was waiting for us with a key and explanation and also came to pick us out on departure. this has been our favourite airbnb experience so far! on arrival, Melanie greeted us and showed us round the land and cottage. she was so friendly and welcoming, and very responsive throughout the stay. the cottage itself was lovely - rustic and homely, a lot of character. there was nothing we were missing, everything was well equipped. the land was stunning. the hilltop at the back (with stairs leading up to it and benches at the top) had a lovely view of the sunset. we loved going up there for our morning coffee and to watch the sunset. we went end of February/ early march so a bit too cold to use the pool, but I imagine that would be great to use when it's warmer. the pool house has games and sport equipment (eg for badminton or table tennis). this was also a perfect hub to visit all of the places we wanted to go (villages, hikes). overall we are beyond fulfilled from our stay, and a huge thank you to the hosts. highly recommend and would definitely visit again in future!

Excellent 3-night stay to ring in the new year. Quiet and relaxing place; beautiful unobstructed views. Very nice walks around the house. Despite the cold outside, the house is well insulated and well heated.

We had a great time staying with Dominique, who welcomed us warmly into her home. This one corresponds to the description and is very nice. The private pool is sunny for the whole day, the environment is quiet and rural, and the house is not lacking in amenities. The stay at Jo's House was nothing short of spectacular. The host Anna was very kind, nice, courteous, she met the requests making sure my parents' stay was as comfortable as possible. Very convenient location of the accommodation, all kinds of services are located nearby! Highly recommended ☺️

Very nice apartment with beautiful views. Be careful, it absolutely takes the car to enjoy it. Very well located for visiting Nice, Monaco and the surrounding area. Our arrival was complicated because the parking space reserved for us was already occupied by a neighbor and there are not really other spaces nearby. We recommend this apartment which is spacious and warm.

The beach and promenade is wonderful with a few nice beach bars. We rented two e-bikes at Alfa Bikes for a few days. One day we took them on the train to Imperia and cycled back to Sanremo on the ‘pistacliclabile’ that has been made on the old railway track. It was really fantastic!

This was one of the best air bnb’s I have ever stayed in. Lucian has everything you could think of. Felt like I was home.

We were two couples in this six-person home. Apartment in gated residence very quiet, great location and very clean. Very good responsiveness from Sophie and Fanny who welcomed us. Ideal site to radiate from the Giens peninsula to St Tropez and in the Maures mountains.

Very attentive, very helpful and great place. Dad is in a wheelchair, and found himself at home!
