Martine's apartment is very nice, very clean, very close to the city center of Cogolin on foot, where there are many merchants , a very pleasant Wednesday morning market, for us who also love the coast on the side of st too , it was perfect. Martine is very responsive and present at the welcome, which is nice, the bed is very comfortable , a very good value for money , we recommend it without hesitation.

Warm welcome from Adrianna when we arrived. very friendly, present us our cottage. Adrianna had planned for us, chocolate breads, four quarts jam, tea and coffee for our entire stay, an attention that we particularly appreciated. We had a pleasant stay,. enjoyed the spa and the peaceful environment. Came to greet us when we checked out. Very satisfied with this stay, we will probably be coming back to Adrianna's place.

Very pleasantly surprised with a tastefully decorated accommodation that we discover as we enter , the roller shutter lowered to discover the terrace at its opening with its atmosphere and the desire to stroll and the room in its very comfortable little corner, we were not far from one of these parties where we discover surprises one after the other . All his proposals for walks despite our short stay were very pleasant Amandine and Enguerrand

I was very happy to have chosen Laurent's place. Not only was he super friendly and responsive, the place was perfect (and is perfect for long-terms stays, I stayed for a month), bakeries, restaurants, and grocery store are within 5-10 minutes walking distance, so are bus stops, train station, and of course the beach. The huge park right opposite of the building with lots of birds (parrots among them!) is a beautiful, quiet spot for walking (with or without dogs), jogging or just hanging out. AND it's an ideal base for going up and down the coast (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Monaco) or to the backcountry (Tourette-sur-Loupe, Vance, Grasse etc). All in all (you guessed it) - highly recommended!

What a beautiful place! Wish we could have stayed longer! The apartment is beautifully decorated and nothing missing. The terrace is perfect too! Perfect location and very quiet. Sylvia is responsive and very friendly. Thank you very much, I'll be back:)

Wiktoria was a very kind host and informed us well. The apartment was very nicely decorated, in boho style. It had everything you needed. From capsule machine to washing machine tablets, beach towels, diving goggles to a cozy lounge. The only drawback was that you had to take the car as soon as you left the facility. And unfortunately, restaurants, shop and the large pool were already closed at the end of Sept. Thank you for the nice stay!

We had a great time. The apartment was really great, very nice, very clean and really very well located (close to the beach, restaurants, shops etc...) It's easy to get around without the car. The real plus of this apartment the hot tub which is really a real comfort to relax. To summarize, I recommend this apartment to anyone who would like to spend a stay at Le Grau du Roi in excellent condition.

We had a great time at the accommodation. The accommodation is very clean, very functional, everything is well thought out. The 2 terraces are a real plus, breakfast with the sunrise in the back. The pool, like the tennis courts, are close by and accessible. We will definitely be coming back!

Our stay went well, quiet, cool and greenery. The apartment is very well located, perfectly isolated, functional and if necessary, given the weather, we were able to heat up. All within walking distance. Only small downside, the carpet... but we have abstracted. Covered swimming pool accessible until 8 p.m.

I had a fantastic 3-week stay at Renaud’s place. The apartment was clean, with a functional kitchen and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the nearby bus station (for Bus A and Bus 9) made getting around very convenient. Renaud was always prompt and helpful when I had questions—highly recommended!

The experience was great, great welcome by Samantha, we had trouble getting to the apartment with the suitcases she very kindly came looking for us, great service and kindness, apartment provided with everything essential and above all, what cleanliness! Not a dust or crumb
