Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Queensland

What an amazing place to stay beautifully renovated Queenslander, with large veranda front and back and a beautiful big yard for our dogs to run around very safe and secure, the house itself inside is very homely, I was quite surprised how warm the house was, it has a fireplace but the gas heater was all we needed,the bed was so comfortable . Emma our host was very helpful and friendly, Queens Park was only a short walk up the road and we found an amazing bakery just around the corner The bakers Duck , we’ll definitely be back

We had a lovely family getaway at Nathan’s - everything you need for a relaxing time away & so close to Maleny - views are beautiful & coffee machine was a hit along with the pool table, clean and tidy & perfect spot to relax with our fur babies too ! Casita de Bosque is a lovely open plan cottage, being one of three owned by Rodolfo and Maria, all privately located in separate areas on a large rural block with interesting features and short private walks. The property includes a vineyard and they make nice wine. I recommend the tampranillo! Delicious. Rodolfo and Maria were very welcoming and great hosts. We had some nice chats, and they provided excellent recommendations, including an appointment-only winery tour at Savina, which was lovely. Our cottage was well appointed with plenty of amenities and nice little touches. A pot belly stove, air conditioning, radiator and electric blankets ensure you can be warm and cosy, or open the place up and use the large deck in summer. The bed, bedding and furniture are very comfortable If you want to disconnect, relax and unwind, this is the right spot. Thank you Rodolfo and Maria.

We recently stayed in this three-bedroom apartment overlooking the ocean at Surfers Paradise. It was an immaculate stay with a great view that truly felt like a penthouse. We loved the refurbishment, and the awesome proximity to the beach was a highlight. Being able to wake up and do the surf check from the kitchen was a unique and delightful experience. Would stay again

We always enjoy our annual trip to Hayden’s place at Sky Lodge. Usually we book the studio apartment but this time we booked the one bedroom apartment and we had the best time. Unbeatable views and great amenities. We enjoyed spending time on the deck and spacious lounge area and soaking in the stunning views. Kitchen was ample to be able to cook anything we needed to. Great communication and flexibility with early check in provided. We will be back again next year.

What an amazing stay we had at Jeff and Jewel’s place! Nothing was a trouble, communication was excellent and the place itself was so generously sized as well as being set in time and wonderful to wander around in its own right with all its little curios. The chickens out the back and in the neighbours yard were also a wonder for our 3 year old. Such a quiet peaceful location as well. So much to do in Warwick and surrounds, we used our time to go apple picking at Nicolettis, headed to Queen Mary falls and enjoyed local restaurants like Bluebird Kitchen and Smokehouse which was only a short walk from Balcone and absolutely delicious! Can’t wait to book our next trip!

Such a beautiful apartment—immaculately clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The location is fantastic, with lots of great cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. It’s also very close to the riverwalk and Howard Smith Wharves. Andy was a fantastic host with excellent communication. The resort is located in a beautiful and peaceful tree-lined part of Lake Tinaroo with walking tracks, playgrounds and is close to the dam wall. There is a nearby mini mart for basics and you can hire kayaks, bikes and free use of fishing rods from the resort. Kylie is very accommodating and helpful. The apartment we booked was spacious, clean and had a view of the lake. The resort also lends you board games if needed. A great location.

This is the latest of many trips to Natalie’s lovely home. As usual everything was great, such a perfect home in a great location. Natalie is a great host, always responsive if you need anything. Thanks and hope to be back soon!

Booked this AirBnb due to close proximity to our wedding venue. Groom and groomsmen stayed here the night prior to the wedding. I did not read the listing correctly and was unaware the the sleeping arrangement is one large bedroom with multiple beds, dorm style! Whoops. This was written on the listing however may need to be made clearer. The house and grounds itself was lovely and beautiful views.

We absolutely loved this place. Its set in a lovely tranquil setting in the wilderness with spectacular views of the mountains. The fitout of our retreat is modern and well planned and set out. The kitchen was fully functional, bed extremely comfortable with a beautiful deck looking out across the mountains which made the experience all the more relaxing. Graham was wonderful and accommodating. We can't wait to come back.

we had a quick response from host. she was very easy and helpful. I would recommend to hire this place to anyone if you have a big family with kids or group of friend with kids. plenty space for kids and parents to get relaxed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Beachside. So much thought has been put into making sure that the property has everything that you need. We loved being so close to the beach and our daughter thought the arcade machine was the best. The beds were amazing too.

Such a beautiful and cozy cabin! It was clean, well-equipped, and had incredible mountain views. The peaceful setting made it the perfect place to relax and recharge. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again!
