Vacation rentals with breakfast in Rome

I stayed 4 days at Veronica’s place and it felt just like home. It’s 10min away from the Fiumicino airport by bus and the bus station is very close-by. There are great seafood restaurants nearby the place, at a walkable distance. I also thought the place was clean and had a nice layout. I highly recommend it if you want to stay close to the airport!

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

Valeria was incredibly helpful and very responsive to messages, the house was perfect, clean and homely. We were welcomed at the door by Valeria who showed us around and even organised a cot for our baby, she also left out some colouring books, pens and toys for our 5 year old. She went over and above 5 star service with transport from the car rental drop off and also transfer to the airport very early in the morning, for a small fee but it made our stay very relaxing knowing we didn't have to worry about anything! Thanks so much! We will definitely be back next time!

Die hübsche kleine Wohnung von Giulia bietet alles, was man für einen Städtetrip benötigt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es ist ein sehr ruhiger Wohnkomplex. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass das Quartier San Paolo ein ganz „normaler“ römischer Stadtteil ist. Es hat sehr gut getan nach einem Tag in dem touristischen Trubel von Rom in ein total entspanntes Umfeld zu kommen. Sehr empfehlen können wir die Enoteca „Quattro Quiaccere“ mit toller Weinauswahl und leckeren Taglieren mit lokalen Spezialitäten. Giulia hat auch einige Tipos für ihr Viertel. Das Zentrum von Rom und auch Trastevere sind schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Giulia war eine hilfsbereite freundliche Gastgeberin, die immer sofort geantwortet hat. Wenn wieder Rom, dann sehr gerne dort.

I chose Villa Venere for its size and pricing. It turned out to be a lovely, sprawling home with warmth and comfort. Navigating amenities was a challenge but the host was helpful and responsive. I knew it was locates outside downton Rome but I was surprised to find it in a relatively isolated part of Rome's suburb. By that I mean, it was a significant distance to regular commercial activities. For it's price, it was a good deal but would ask anyone I recommend it to prepare to rent a car or at least have detailed bus maps.

The place was amazing, very clean, and was happily surprised with all the amenities provided. If you’re visiting Fiumicino this is a great place to stay.

We booked our one night stay at the last minute at the end of a long vacation for a flight out of FCO the next morning. Antonio was a fantastic host. He responded immediately to our messages and had the apartment ready for our arrival, including making up the sofa bed for our daughter. The apartment is super cute, clean, well appointed/decorated, and was easy to access when we arrived after 10 pm. Our only regret is that we couldn’t have stayed longer to see the Fiumicino neighborhood, which is supposed to be wonderful. Nothing but positives to say about Antonio and the apartment. We would book it again and definitely recommend it to anyone.

The apartment is cosy, comfortable, and has everything you will need for a few days in Rome. Suggestions: add a fly screen so that we can open windows in the morning and air the place. Add a couple of blankets- the comforter was a bit too warm and the very thin blanket was not warm enough for this time of the year. Small additional suggestion - Add a small makeup mirror with led lights. The light in the apartment is very dim, and impossible to apply any makeup or see anything in fine detail. The location: absolutely perfect, a few steps away from two different metro stops on the A line, which takes you to most of the main tourist sites in Rome. Lots of eating places, coffee shops, small grocery stores all within walking distance. The apartment is on the ground floor, and is fairly quiet. You can hear/feel the metro rumble by in the distance, but it didn’t disturb me at night. Cecilia and Walter are wonderful. A+ hosts, very communicative and considerate.

It was perfectly located for our stay and met and exceeded our expectations. Parking was also very easy. Lovely view of the beachfront as well as close proximity to station and therefor allowed good access to Rome. With Thanks!

Laura’s ‘Tiny House’ was perfect! I was looking for a cozy place at close proximity to the Rome airport (FCO - Fiumicino) and to the waterfront. Laura’s house was just right, and is fewer than 5 minutes from the airport. The house was very clean, secure, and has a nice veranda from which to relax. I’d definitely come back on my next trip to Rome. Ciao for niao, Laura!

El departamento es cómodo, cuenta con todo lo necesario y está muy bien ubicado. Tiene excelente conexión a pie con el centro histórico y una zona importante de restaurantes.

Wow where do I even begin. Our trip to Rome certainly would not have been half as good if we had chosen anywhere else to stay. The apartment is beautiful and equipped with everything you could possibly be need. The location is in a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty of local delicacies and things to do. The reception of Paola and her daughter was what the real highlight of the trip. From before we had even landed in Rome, they went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after including arranging for us to be picked up from the airport in a limousine. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the both of them stocking up the apartment. The pair had stocked up the house with goodies and essentials we could need for the duration of our stay. Despite the circumstances, Paola ensured we were looked after including giving us advice on what we need to see and do whilst in Rome. From the bottom of our hearts thank you for everything and we cannot wait to come again!!

This comfortable, spacious, light-filled, and atmospheric apartment is supplied with anything one might need. It's in a perfect central location, walking distance from many sights. Yet, it feels tucked away from crowds, with a variety of excellent food options right outside the door. Fabio is charming and helpful.

camera spaziosa e pulita con bagno privato impeccabile. in comune con un'altra camera si trova la sala e cucina col terrazzo.dove Carlo ci lascia l'occorrente x la colazione eppure la croissant. host gentilissimo e soggiorno ottimo!!!

La atención fue expectacular, valeria y Claudio son muy atentos y amables , la comunicación fue rápida y nos ayudaron en todo , todo impecable habitación y baño, nos recibieron con cositas para comer y tomar, el baño queda afuera de la habitación, pero es privado, sin duda los recomiendo y volvere con ellos una próxima visita

La estancia fue magnífica, todo súper limpio cama oliendo rico, sábanas suaves, todo muy cómodo, excelente ubicación, una zona extremadamente segura entraba tardísimo en la noche solo y nunca me sentí amenazado, lo recomiendo demasiado, ella es una excelente persona. ❤️

Francesca place was as described, it was incredibly central about a 20 minute walk to the coliseum and a 5 min walk to train and metro stops. the hosts weee both very helpful and always on hand if there was ever an issue. We could also store our luggage there which was good x

Luca&Marilla sont des hôtes charmants et prévenant. Leur logement est propre et spacieux et proche d'une station de métro qui permet d'accéder très rapidement au centre ville.

Tive uma excelente estadia neste Airbnb! A localização é perfeita, a poucos passos do Vaticano e ao lado da estação Ottaviano, o que facilitou muito nossos deslocamentos por Roma. O quarto é espaçoso, moderno e muito funcional, proporcionando bastante conforto. O café da manhã foi um ótimo diferencial, tornando nossa experiência ainda mais agradável. Além disso, a Francesca foi extremamente atenciosa, fornecendo todas as informações necessárias com clareza e garantindo um check-in tranquilo. O acesso ao apartamento foi fácil e bem explicado, o que fez toda a diferença. Recomendo muito este lugar para quem busca conforto, praticidade e uma ótima hospitalidade em Roma!

Tout était parfait et comme espéré après avoir lu les commentaires. L’envirement est très agréable et vraiment proche de l’agitation de Trastevere, que j’adore ! La balade de 10 min que lie les deux endroits était pour moi même un point fort avec la vu et toute la nature autour! Le petit déjeuner avec Les œufs magnifiques de Laura avec la musique classique au fond était parfait. J’ai vu un piano, malheureusement j’ai pas vu personne jouer :)
