A really cool Little private place in the grounds of a Roman Villa with lovely grounds but very private. Views amazing and croissants to bake a really nice touch. Will hope to return.

Thank you Iris for the amazing stay; you went above and beyond with helping us to book restaurant reservations and taxis to the airport as well as leaving us thoughtful welcome gifts and a cosy apartment. We found it really easy to get around by the buses which were close and frequent into all the main attractions and as a host you improved our stay! Your apparent was quiet and peaceful and felt safe with a cafe for coffee and croissants just a few doors down. 100% recommend!

This place looked just liked the photos, and is very spacious. Perfectly located a stone's throw from the Vatican and within walking distance of Piazza Navona and Castel Sant'Angelo, among other places. If flying into Rome, note that there is a very convenient shuttle bus (Google "SIT Bus Shuttle") which drops you about an 8-minute walk from the apartment. The bus stop for the return journey is a couple of minutes further away, but oddly isn't shown correctly on Google Maps (so go with the address on the SIT website if this is still the case). I was a bit surprised that the owners had no idea about this shuttle bus and advised me to get the train into the centre of Rome and then a bus, which would have been significantly more time consuming and unnecessary. Also, when spending over €150 a night, it's disappointing to be given the bare minimum toilet paper to last you for your first 1-2 days, meaning you have to buy your own.

The apartment is like new, you have all the essentials to be more than comfortable, it is 20 mins from the main sites taking public transport less than a block. Overall the Area is quiet and pleasant. Alessio was aware of us the whole time and whenever we contacted him. If we came back to Rome we would look for it again. Thank you

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful, modern and cozy. Check-in was easy and hospitable. The location is perfect for exploring Ariccia by foot and trying great restaurants. Also, we ate at the Airbnb owners' restaurant and it was delicious! We hope to be back soon for another relaxing vacation.

Absolutely brilliant! Alessandro is a great host! He was very supportive and responsive with everything I asked for. His apartment was crystal clean and easy to access. He even left some refreshments for us.

We stayed around 1 months in that place. Tha place was quite clean when we came. Madelyn were so kind to answer all the questions and helped us with all problems. Location of the place is also good. A huge market nearby, well connected to the main areas by metro and bus lines. There's no gas heating, which might be a problem for long stays since the AC is only at the bedroom. There's also a small electrical heater. Since the place is at the ground floor, you need to close the window cover from the outside for security, which makes the bedroom dark all the time and hard to wake up in the morning. Overall, I recommend the place and I want to thank Madelyn for her kindness.

Very convenient location, with restaurants and supermarkets close by. The reception helped us in all ways possible. The breakfast was a nice touch.

The apartment is cosy, comfortable, and has everything you will need for a few days in Rome. Suggestions: add a fly screen so that we can open windows in the morning and air the place. Add a couple of blankets- the comforter was a bit too warm and the very thin blanket was not warm enough for this time of the year. Small additional suggestion - Add a small makeup mirror with led lights. The light in the apartment is very dim, and impossible to apply any makeup or see anything in fine detail. The location: absolutely perfect, a few steps away from two different metro stops on the A line, which takes you to most of the main tourist sites in Rome. Lots of eating places, coffee shops, small grocery stores all within walking distance. The apartment is on the ground floor, and is fairly quiet. You can hear/feel the metro rumble by in the distance, but it didn’t disturb me at night. Cecilia and Walter are wonderful. A+ hosts, very communicative and considerate.

We had a wonderful time at Stefano’s house.He is always really kind. It’s a beautiful flat,felt comfortable in it. It had everything we needed.Would be very happy to come back！

Everything perfect! Luca was a great host. Beautiful spacious apartment..terrace with a view of the sea, comfortable bed, conveniently located to supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and metro. I highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The host, Paola, was very generous with her time. She gave us a ride to and from the train station, which was super helpful. She even gave us a night time tour of the city! She was flexible with our check in and check out times. She was very personable and funny.😊 The Airbnb was well stocked with many helpful things. They pretty much thought of everything. A great place to stay!

This apartment is located in the Centro Historico and you can walk 20 minutes or less to all the famous sights of Rome. It is located on the second floor of a locked building and feels very safe. The four large windows in the apartment look out over a small plaza that contains a cafe, a kiosk, and a few benches and you can hear people talking and laughing. The apartment is large with a good-sized living room with a sectional, TV, and dining room table, a small kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with closet, and a large bathroom with a washer/dryer in it.

I was looking for a quiet, essential, relatively inexpensive place for Rome and quite close to the public transport stops from which to reach the center and I can think I found it. Very clean room and bathroom, tidy and easily accessible kitchen and dining room. If I have to be picky, just a few lids were missing to cook without problems, but for frugal meals it's more than fine. Carlo was kind, very helpful, discreet and welcoming and for that I thank him.

we had a great time with Valeria and Claudio (we only met Valeria). Very pleasant welcome and Valeria is really available. The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen are super clean. It's the perfect location to get anywhere else. Recommended. Review written by Betty.

Silvia is great host. Received us very well, the apartment is a few meters from the coliseum which made our stay easier. The building has an elevator, the shower is hot and the bed is comfortable. Thanks for the experience, we definitely recommend it.

Francesa and Anna Maria were very attentive and helpful, promptly answering questions and being very friendly and kind. The bedroom was great comfy bed and bedding, super clean and lots of extras like lots if types of coffee pods, water, orange juice and bits and bobs to eat. Easy check in and great location, however I expected to be next door to the coliseum, as it was pitched 2 steps from the coliseum, which in fact took us 20-25 walking. However there is a metro station 5 minutes away (Manzoni metro) and taxis cost only 10-13 euros to trastevere, which was great! Thank you so much you both, really appreciated our stay

Luca and Marilla were great hosts! Very accommodating (especially since we were later that we said with checking in). The place was clean, comfortable, well stocked and quaint. We liked the location because it felt really local and away from the crowds of tourists, but the place was close to a bus and metro so it was easy to get to the sites.

Myself and my daughter stayed in the Orange room. We had a lovely stay here! The room is exactly as described with the use of coffee machine, mini fridge and a safe. It was nice and quiet, especially at night. We heard no noise at all from anywhere. It was also very clean too. It's a great base to explore Rome. Only a few minutes walk to Vatican City, and a 2 minute walk to the Metro station for easy transport to other attractions such as The Colosseum and Trevi fountain. We found restaurants easily in the area also. I would highly recommend staying here, and would do so myself for future visits to Rome. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed for two nights and were pleasantly surprised by the daily cleaning service, which we did not expect and that turned out to be impeccable, the best ever received in these types of stays. The room was spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Paolo was extremely accurate in his description of every detail, making self check-in very simple thanks to his clear directions. At checkout, we had the pleasure of meeting him in person, a touch we really appreciated. The location is great: the Piramide metro and Ostiense station are both within walking distance in about 10 minutes, ensuring an excellent connection to the rest of the city. Breakfast, included in the package and affiliated with a bar nearby, was a pleasant addition. However, we recommend asking bartenders in advance what the offer includes to avoid surprises. Silvia place is a great place to stay . Silvia is very nice and friendly she even lend me a shawl to use for me . It’s was so Easy to get there , nice and short walk to metro c , just around 10 minutes away from metro , from metro C to Metro A you can get there at city centre of Rome just about 30 to 45 minutes , transportation is very convenient. There is also a bus stop nearby around 5 minutes to walk . The place is clean , and the owner stock some food for breakfast and it was pretty well enough . Silvia’s place will really recommended to anyone who is looking for their vacation to stay .
