Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Rome

Beautiful place to stay with easy walk to Vatican City and local Taxi station and bus stop. A little difficult to find for cab drivers, so be sure to tell them the EXACT address, including the number 7C. Gabrielle was amazing, responsive, provided clear instructions and made check-in a breeze. She also provided a large list of places to go for food and drink. Much appreciated! I'd definitely stay again. The inside was clean, quiet and comfortable with an excellent view!

AMAZING apartment. On the ground floor of a beautiful Liberty style Italianate building, with a beautiful garden and outbuilding seating area, in a super quiet authentic Roman neighborhood, if you want to know what real Rome is like, stay here. Restaurants, cafes, and stores all around, with convenient buses to take you in and out of the city, and within 1.5kms of a metro stop - Policlinico. I cannot recommend this place enough !!! And your hosts Giovanni and Veronica are amazing !!! There is a B&B on the 1st floor of the little villa, too, so if you are a large party, some can stay there.

Apartment in the heart of Rome in a quiet and elegant condominium as described, I absolutely recommend it especially for the location since it is easy to get around on foot and with the Barberini metro station a 2-minute walk away

Very easy to arrive, it was all the time pending to be there when we arrived from the trip with our bags. Then, when we asked him to go out to start the heating, it was an unusual cold in Rome, it took 15 minutes to get there and he quickly fixed it. The apartment 2 minutes from the entrance to the Vatican Museums and 5 minutes from the Plaza de San Pedro and the Ottaviano metro to reach anywhere in the city. Very clean, everything worked properly and there were even things in the kitchen like oil, salt, sugar as well as detergent, trash bags, etc., everything. Especially thanking Roberto for allowing us to check out a little later because we had the flight in the afternoon and so we didn't have to be with our bags around the city on our return day.

this place was awesome!! we came to visit mainly Vatican, which was only a 10 min walk!!! metro was close by but theres a bus stop across the street that took us to the center and to Colosseo. nice calm area. the apartment was awesome. cant complain. would stay again.

Very good service and place, location was good since it was based in the centre of rome and was close to tourist attractions. The wifi was a bit slow but it still worked. The airbnb was nicely furnished and a good stay with family or friends. Host was amazing as well.

We had a super rich stay, we booked a little bit of time but Dunia made it easy. The instructions were very clear about arrival. The location is great, close to the trevi fountain, metro line A, and many restaurants/shops. We stayed 3 in the apartment and the truth was super comfortable that the apartment has a very spacious living room. There was not only a sofa bed but a fold out bed. The kitchen was all stocked with good quality loaded coffee. We had a wonderful time, 100% recommended.

Isabella's apartment was a quiet and comfortable place for us to stay during our week in Rome. The apartment itself is spacious and light. The seating area in the living room is SO comfortable. The kitchen has everything you may need to cook or snack (or have coffee, as we did). Isabella also provided a quick response to the few questions we had. We love the apartment's Monti neighborhood, which has so many lovely cafes and restaurants and a great mix of locals and visitors. In short, this is the ideal vacation rental! Enjoy it.

Antonello was an extremely helpful and responsive. Greeted us at the doorway and helped to check in. The appartment is in historical center of Rome and close to sightseeings. Good location for exploring the city.

Cosy apartment with real fire

Andrea was so kind and willing to help us with anything we needed! The place was gorgeous and so well located, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Andrea also left us free drinks, snacks, and coffee and allowed us to securely leave our luggage with him after checkout for a few hours. Absolutely amazing!

We needed a house with three rooms each its bathroom and a common convivial area with a nice equipped kitchen. And we found it. The house was perfect for our family needs, which was found coming from different parts of the world. I definitely recommend this house even for couples of friends with children. We were three with us 3-11 years old.

Great spot to stay in Rome. Super quiet area but still walkable to Trastevere restaurants and beyond. Easy walk from 2 train stations and easy ride to Vatican city. Laura was able to welcome us herself and was reachable if we had any questions. Would stay again!

Roberto is a wonderful host that goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. He was very responsive and helpful. He is very friendly and warm. The home is exactly as described. It has many amenities that make even a long stay comfortable. The home is spacious and can certainly host a family. The kitchen is well-equipped if you'd like to make your own meals The home is situated in a very charming square and only steps from the main square of Castel Gandolfo. Castel Gandolfo is a very beautiful and charming town. I highly recommend this airbnb if you are in the area.

Wonderful host, beautiful place. Very good for a family to rent. Safe and fully prepared for needs of a child. I especially appreciated the kids bathtub. Walkable location and the host was amazing with responding to messages, helping with our needs and communication.

My two sisters and I stayed at Rudi’s home for 4 nights. Upon our arrival in Rome, we had planned to meet my niece for a birthday lunch and Rudi was very flexible with our check-in time. He was friendly and helpful with the instructions about the lift to the sixth floor condo, which was clean, bright and spacious. We always felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed sitting on the 2 patios taking in the view of the city a few times. We were walking distance from all the sights in Rome with cafes, restaurants and shopping nearby. Rudi checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and our self check out was easy. We had a lovely stay in Rome at Rudi’s home!

Easy check in. Area is a little busy but easy to take a taxi or uber to tourist locations. The apartment was clean and well stocked with coffee etc. there are a few good supermarkets nearby to pick up food. Lots of storage space for suitcases. We had 6 adults and could have squeezed in 2 more if needed.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable there is nothing needed because Livia thought of everything in case you needed something or forgot. Livia, super attentive to everything, welcomed us herself explaining how access to the apartment and things inside works. also has a book with local recommendations that serve a lot. You have board games that you can use. Below were some places to eat and a few blocks away you have local supermarkets and coffee businesses.

In October 2024 , we stayed three nights at Michele’s apartment and left the same 5 star rating in all categories; the review is still available to see. We just spent 10 days here in February, and found everything as good as previously. We intend to return again. Michele is a gentleman and a superb host.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Great location. Pharmacy and grocery store directly across the street. Lots of restaurants around closest one 30 second walk at the corner. Pasqualino restaurant right on the corner has great food we ate there 2 times. Manager was wonderful we chatted and he showed us his wonderful wine cellar. We loved the condo, the security of it and location was great! We had a sink that started to leak in the bathroom was a small leak in the drain so I put a bowl so didn’t affect us at all. The only recommendations I do have would be to replace the bathroom linens and leave extra bathroom linens for guests. One shower towel and one hand towel left for each person wasn’t enough for 5 days. I had to wash towels a few times. Other than that the place was spotless clean we enjoyed our stay. 😊

This is a lovely apartment in a perfect location - very centrally located. My (young adult) daughter and I had everything we needed - two bedrooms (one up a flight of stairs), 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, etc. Lots of natural light and fresh air - lots of windows. There is a little noise from the street and from the birds (!), which must hang out all night on the roof, just outside the window - but we loved it.

Great place in a very good area. 200 meters from the Vatican. Elisabetta was impeccable. First of all because we were 6 people we asked her if it is possible to find us a car for our transfer to the apartment . He responded instantly. And he suggested that we do the same for the return, which we accepted. Apartment? Like the photos? Clean? Great. We were surprised that there were detailed instructions for everything in the living room. For wifi, for transportation, for restaurants, for sightseeing, for where to throw trash, useful phones for taxis and generally anything else we wanted was in the apartment(tea, coffee, espresso machine, water kettle, NESRESSO capsules). It was all flawless and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few days in Rome. If I find myself in Rome again, I'll go for it again.
