Apartment just as described, very clean and tidy and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy and flexible check-in. The area is very quiet and very easy to reach, a thousand extra points for the possibility of always being able to find a parking space near the house, which for a city like Rome is almost a dream.

Very nice and clean place!

This apartment is really great for a stay in Rome. It is in a very charming area with restaurants and shops nearby. The most is really the metro which is a short walk from the house. Close to city center so you can visit. We were greeted by Marie-Anne who really took care of us. The apartment is spacious and very clean. A real favorite. Recommended!

I absolutely loved my stay at this accommodation! The place was cozy and perfectly clean, and the host went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It truly felt like a home – I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Beautiful apartment with a real kitchen, two bedrooms and a living room, 8 minutes from a metro station. Good bedding. Andrea is very responsive once there. Note the presence of a market on the street at the foot of the building every day except Sundays, double glazing limits noise when the windows are closed.

Lovely little place perfect for a weekend break only a stones throw from the centre. All the amenities inside to cook clean and wash clothes for longer stays. host was very friendly upon turning up and made us feel right at home and helped us with any queries we had. Would highly recommend!

Great place. it's within walking distance of a sub urban metro and bus stop. Made getting to central Rome easy. Note sub urban metro stops running at 10pm, so if you're out later you will need to bus but it's not too bad. Bus doesn't take long to get their at night. Mario was a very responsive host made sure my sister who arrived before me got all the instructions she needed. she helped her get in when she had difficulties. Great Host and Great and affordable place!

Nothing to say, perfect home. The house has everything you need and for anything they are super friendly and helpful.

This is a stylish room with high ceilings and beautiful art displayed. It’s just a 3-minute walk to Barberini Station, and there are plenty of delicious restaurants nearby, so you’ll have no trouble finding something good to eat. The host was very kind and even prepared salami, wine, and some sweets for us.

Such an amazing place to spend the last two days of our trip. We booked last minute due to some personal reasons and Frederica, accepted and communicated immediately. My wife and I, are so thankful for her. She coordinated shuttles multiple times for us saving us much $$. She also gave great restaurant options. Thank you again. We appreciate you Frederica.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

It was a wonderful stay. As a 6ft tall American you just have to get used to the way the bathrooms are situated, not a fault of Iris. Be aware that the stairs are definitely a bit of a trek if you have a lot of luggage. Would gladly stay again!

We had a wonderful few days at Sabina's place. The apartment was super equipped and had an excellent location. The communication with Sabina worked out very well and was totally friendly. She answered questions at all times and gave us recommendations for the area, open and helpful! We highly recommend the place and would gladly come back.

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! After a 3-week vacation around Italy, we wanted a quiet place to unwind for the last three days before our flight, and this apartment was perfect. The space was clean, comfortable, and, best of all, free from any unpleasant odors – it was refreshing to step into such a well-maintained and welcoming environment. It truly felt like home! The location is great, with the seashore right in front of the house and the port and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Despite its proximity to everything, the area is quiet and private, with a bakery and supermarkets conveniently nearby. Free parking is also available near the house. Communication with Stefano was excellent! He was very accommodating! Highly recommended!

We stayed here on our trip to Rome. Giuseppe was a great host and gave us lots of recommendations. He was Very responsive. Just a couple of minutes to walk to the metro. And only a few stops to the main termini. Quiet and safe neighborhood. A little gelato place around the corner. Best in Rome in my opinion. We stayed here with 5 adults and it was very comfortable. If visiting Rome, I would stay here again.

Our stay at Vittorias Apartmant was perfect ..Everything u needed was at the apartmant ,the location is perfect the metro was 2 min from the apartmant and with the metro for 5 min u arrive at the center ..Vittorias is such a kind person she texted us if we needed smthg..Thank u❤️

Sergio and his daughter were exceptional hosts. Since we came to Rome late at night, we were personally greeted and introduced into the apartment and gave detailed instructions about the neighborhood, the use of public transportation, and the most attractive tourist destinations. All recommendations for comfort and cleanliness. The village is very well connected by public transportation to the center, the bus stop is right across the street from the building. Giuseppe was quick with responses and very helpful in helping arrange transport for our family when needed. Clean space. Accurate description. Located away from the historic district but a quick walk from the metro which was convenient. Great place to stay and fit our family of 5 well and could hold more if needed.

We had a great stay at Simone's apartment. The apartment was very clean and even detergents, hygiene products, shampoo, sunscreen, etc. were provided. The apartment is spacious, equipped with many utensils (e.g. kettle, clothes rack, umbrellas,...) and offers everything you need for a city vacation. The connection to the metro and train is great and communication was fast and reliable. We were received by Stefano in a very friendly and uncomplicated manner. The only thing to note is that you can hear the trains of the nearby railway line from time to time. However, we found this not very disruptive. All in all, we highly recommend the accommodation as it offers a good all-round package for a multi-day stay in Rome.

It was a very pleasant stay. Close to the metro. The center of Rome easily accessible. Supermarket and eateries close to the apartment. Helpful host. He also arranged a taxi for the return ride to the airport.
