Aly really did think of everything, and the home was exactly as pictured on Airbnb. From coffee selection to condiments, the kitchen was well stocked and immaculately clean. Even had a yellow toaster to match the bee theme. Bathrooms as well had everything needed, including those often forgotten items like razors and toothbrushes. The bee decor was sprinkled throughout the home - lots of thoughtful touches without us feeling overwhelmed. And flameless candles! All were lit for our afternoon arrival on a chilly, overcast day and on timers. Hoping Aly’s Bee Hive is available when next we visit Asheville.

These hosts are awesome. Nothing short of attentive, kind and put so much thought into their guests that stay with them. This house is my fiance’s childhood home and he was blown away with how many gorgeous renovations they’ve done. He said it feels so good to know his favorite home is being so well taken care of. Stay here, go to Rocky’s hot chicken shack, biscuit head and take the short drive into downtown Asheville. You won’t be disappointed!

Kate’s place is truly a hidden gem. It is cozy, tastefully decorated, and the windows / porch highlight a beautiful view of the mountains. Kate was responsive, accommodating, and she left helpful instructions / recommendations. We would certainly recommend her cottage to those looking to stay in the Asheville area!

It's a lovely place. Just 2 of us, but would've been room for 4 or 5 or 6 easily. Very comfortably furnished and well equipped. It's so nice to stay in a place with a little personality, living plants, a variety of tables to work at and such. Spent most of our house time with those plants (and the view) in the sun room. With the bird feeder up and filled (wonderful!) it was a great place to do a little bird-watching too! Definitely would return.
