Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Rukatunturi

Good and inexpensive accommodation for our large group. There was plenty of space and comfortable beds for everyone. We found everything we needed. There was room for two cars and a trailer.

Beautiful villa, in a quiet area! Beautiful scenery. Reasonable drive to the slopes! Ski-in/ski-out! Comfortable space for 9 people. Messaging with Emma was great!

Extremely clean and atmospheric cellar house apartment in a quiet location in the immediate vicinity of the slopes and trails of eastern Koli.

A cottage decorated in Lapland. The cottage is as described and as expected for our family (2+3). Spacious, spacious and bright cottage. For example, the kitchen has everything you need, the sauna right away, a separate warm utility room, comfortably soft beds and a couch. Yard functional and carport for car. The ski bus runs quite close. Our recommendation 5/5

Amazing accommodation - I would 100% recommend When looking to visit Lapland, we looked through all the normal areas, but after much research we decided that Ruka had everything we wanted and was far less commercial than Rovaniemi. My two boys wanted a chalet in the middle of some woods with plenty of snow, I wanted somewhere with great road access and that felt like we was in the middle of nowhere. This accommodation ticked all our boxes and more, this place was truly an amazing dream. From a location point of view it was amazing, 10 minutes drive from the ski resort, 5 minutes drive from the husky park, 10 minutes from a lidl and the reindeer farm was on the door step. but it felt so remote so location was perfect. Accommodation - my kids loved it, very big spacious, nice and warm and had lots of snow, it really is probably the best air b&b accommodation we have ever used, Oh and the Sauna was a great added bonus. Added bonus We got to see the Northern lights very night.

We had an amazing stay in Piritta’s cabin. The cabin was cozy, beautiful and contained everything we needed and even more. Piritta was there for us for any question and problem. The cabin’s surrounding was magical. Everything was perfect. We were sad to leave, and can’t wait to come back.

This apartment was amazing. We really appreciated it. It is very modern and clean and very close to the nature. All the furniture and equipments are very high quality. I was happy for the car charger. My wife really enjoyed the fireplace with a lot of wood. We were lucky, because we saw the Northern light from our bed. The Ruka’s ski resort is also nice. It is highly recommended and we would like to come back in the future. The apartment is much better than what you see on the pictures. Thank you for everything!

It was nice and cozy stay

Very good place to stay for our family with children. Ski trails almost next door and walk to the slopes and the village. The place to stay found everything you need for cooking, and there was a good sauna in the evening. Communication with Kaija is smooth. We enjoyed it and can recommend the stay to others!

The apartment had everything you needed and was tidy. It was a 300-400m walk to the Winter Lake ski track. Our vacation went well.

I had a fantastic stay in this cozy cabin in Kuusamo! The location was perfect for enjoying the beautiful winter scenery, and the cabin itself was warm, clean, and well-equipped. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of outdoor activities. The host was very responsive and made sure everything was just right. A very nice and cozy house in Ruka, I totally recommend it for those who plan to have a skii trip and still want to feel like being at home which is equipped with all the basic needs. The host responds quickly to the doubts and gives a helpful guide for the stay at the house.

We had an absolutely amazing week at the cabin. The surroundings were stunning and peaceful. The cabin itself was great, brand new and extremely warm and comfortable with everything you need. It was so easy to park the car and access the cabin. The sauna was fantastic and the views from every window of the beautiful forest and lake were unforgettable. Ritta was really helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The location is idealic. Endless incredible walking trails within easy access. Ruka and Kuusamo are close by if you need a supermarket or restaurant. We rented a snow mobile in Ruka which was great and went to Pizzeria Ruka one night which was really good. I would definitely come back, Lapland is heaven and the most beautiful place I've been. We even saw the Northern Lights on our last night, a perfect end to our holiday!

An absolutely brilliant stay in beautiful Finnish countryside - about an hour from Oulanka and Hosea National Parks, each easily worth a day, the Ruka ski/bike resort, Ruuta’s Winter War museum, and much more. Our family was delighted to stay here - the house offers boating and paddle boarding and multiple saunas. We spent five nights and would have happily spent ten - we definitely hope to return!!

LModern one-night stay in Ketorinte. Ski-in/ski-out, beautiful scenery and peaceful location. It felt like coming home. After the sauna, I had a good night's sleep. We were comfortably flexible on the arrival schedule. Esa was kind enough to give some nice tips (things like Konttainen came inspected). We'd love to come back.

We have spent a week in Meas lovely house. Everything about our stay was first class: the house, Meas tips and her response to questions, the surroundings, the sauna- everything was great!. We recommend this house to anyone who appreciates spending time enjoying Finlands natur whilst having a comfortable, inviting home base.
