Lovely little place. Perfect for a few days in Berlin

Very memorable Christmas experience. The house is tidy and warming. The rooms are well-equipped. At the balcony you can have a great view of the lake. Although the house is a little hard to find and Google Map sometimes give the wrong station to get off at, Carlos has provided us with detailed information of the route. What I like the most is the shower curtain featuring the periodic table lol. It is literally the same type of the tv series The Big Bang Theory! In all, it's a magical place to live in. (especially for students in physics and chemistry)

The place was the perfect get away from the city. Better furnished than a vacation rental and every comfort like in your own home. You can't get enough of the view of the bay and the kayak is the perfect addition to discover the surroundings on the water. Even on cold and rainy days, warmth and comfort on the boat is provided. Always happy to stay again.

I was on Simon's houseboat with my daughter for 4 days. Have a great time. The houseboat is self-built, very personally designed and incredibly homey. So if you are looking for something special, with some adventure, peace and water and yet in the middle of the city, you will be very happy here. Really nice.
