A perfect getaway for couples and businesspeople coming to Central Texas for fun or work. We built this guest studio as a quiet retreat from the main residence, a free-standing structure set back from the street with separate walkway and two dedicated parking spaces. This 864 sq. ft. space with 512 sq. ft. covered porch backs up to a 10-acre green belt. The metal paneled exterior belies the modern farmhouse interior. We are favorably located between the Texas Hill Country and Austin, Texas.

A Clean & Comfy Home
Quaint home in a clean & quiet h.o.a. manufactured home neighborhood. Located 12 minutes from TX State Tubes, 13 miles north of San Marcos Outlet stores & 25 miles north of Comal/Guadalupe River tubing & Schlitterbahn water park. Equipped with household essentials except an iron due to previous burned carpet damage. 2 bedroom queen bed each, suitable for 4 adults 2 per room, & two vehicles. It’s a great alternative to staying in hotel. For less money you can have an entire house to yourself!

Welcome to our recently built home, tastefully decorated, located just south of Austin with easy access to I-35, only 18 miles from Austin Airport and 17 miles from downtown Austin. Cabelas, Walmart, HEB, Restaurants, many popular food places are within a 2-mile distance. Great for those who plan to visit Austin and major events (Formula 1, ACL & SXSW). We have a special rate for weekly or monthly stay, a great housing option as you work on contract, visit relatives, or wait on housing.

The Tree Haus
The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.
