Vacation rentals in Kyoto

Grandpa has everything you need, towel bath towel Toothbrush mirror tissue... It is a very calm place, surrounded by many temples, shrines⛩️. Very Japanese-style room, all in all a pleasant stay!Thank you for your hospitality😀

The host is super friendly and helpful!We arrived late on the first day, the host provided us with a super detailed guide to the store and welcomed us super warmly, the room was very clean and tidy, the decoration was super cute!Puppy Theme!Hosts and her dog were very gracious!Thank you for helping us out!

Everything was fine. They were clear and responsive when you needed it. The place was nice and peaceful—a good location between the two main stations.

The owner had some calendar issues on short-notice, thats why we had to first stay in one apartment for one night and then relocate to another for the rest of our stay. Also, some of the interior was missing - but has been added very fast when we informed the owner. We also have been given a discount for the trouble. All in all, good location, very affordable and clean. (Would not recommend if you have loads of luggage with you because the apartment is pretty small)

The host was very nice and offered us to check-in as soon as the apartment was ready, and check out as late ad possible before the next guest arrived. The place was very spacious and the tatami was extremely comfortable. It was also very quiet! It was a bit cold in the bathroom but there are air conditioners on both first and second floor. Otsu station is not too close (about 10-12 minutes walk) but it is only 2 stops away from Kyoto station which is relatively convenient! All in all, it was a pleasant stay for our first trip to Kyoto! 😊

This was the best airbnb we ever stayed. It was a great room with everything you need. A little balcony which was very nice. But most importantly our hosts picked us up from the kyoto station on the checkin day and then gave us a lift on the checkout day. On both days they were so friendly and accommodating. We were given great tips about the city as well. They were truly exceptional hosts. We will definitely be staying in this place again if we come back yo Kyoto!

A delightful stay in one of the 4 attached units that constitutes this rental. Even though we got assigned a different apartment than the one picture on the AirBnB site, it allowed us to meet the manager of the property (owned by a foreigner), Mr Mori. He profusely apologized for the confusion and went well beyond of his responsibilities to make our stay comfortable and very memorable. Under the cold rain he took us to a local yakitori, showed us the shops around, and brought my wife his own cooker to allow us to prepare meals inside the unit (there is no kitchen in the apartment). Communication was excellent, always extremely courteous, and friendly. Thank you so very much, Keith-san for your hospitality!

What a great stay!!! We stayed at Jun’s place for five nights while in Kyoto and LOVED it. Jun is a wonderful host and very responsive . His place is very large and comfortable with a sitting room, a kitchen, a beautiful bathroom, and loft upstairs. We were right close to Higashiyama Gingaju and the philosophers walk and easy walking to many of the other temples. Bus and taxi service is close by. The area, close to Kyoto university feels like it’s next to a park. Just wonderful.
