Great spot, in a great location... 5-8 minute walk to any bar and nightclub really close to Jos Garden Pizzeria which was fantastic!

This was such a great place to stay. It was walkable to everything I wanted to do and the view was amazing. The house was adorable and perfect for my trip.

Son's place is is fun, beautiful and unique. I stayed in the round Casita which was adorable. It has a great view and a lot of Cabo charm which really adds to the experience. Zon goes above and beyond with helpful local trips, transportation, and tickets for excursions. Helps you feel like a local! Helpful tip: Uber is now available in Cabo but it helps if you already have the app downloaded before you get to Cabo.

Zon is a great host! He makes you feel like family, and he definitely knows the best places to eat like a local, shop, and have tons of fun! We did the Cerritos Beach trip and had a wonderful day plus probably the best tacos EVER. You'll want to come back after staying!

This villa is a spectacular little gem in a very safe and convenient part of Cabo San Lucas. The hot tub and fire pit are divine, and the villa itself is super cute. It’s a great value and we’d love to go back some day!

Perfect place if you want to get away from the busy town and take it easy. There is a big supermarket very close which was handy. The hot tub was amazing early in the morning.

His place is a little hard to find on the map but once you get there it’s amazing! Really nice getaway from the heavy tourist presence at the marina and it’s so calm and cozy. Also for the photographers on here, his place is full of great scenery and lighting, we had a day of taking photos here and they rock!

I’ll be quick and tell you that the place is amazing. What you see in the pictures is real and honestly, it is more beautiful in person. We felt safe and comfortable there. Definitely will rebook on our next visit.

Jesus's villas were absolutely beautiful! We stayed in Villa Margarita for 5 nights. It was a ways out of the touristy Cabo which was cool because we had to practice our Spanish at local restaurants and grocery stores. There's a mall nearby, a pharmacy and a laundromat where you can drop off your dirty clothes and they'll wash, dry and fold them for you for a small fee. It was amazing!! 15 minute uber ride ($5) to downtown Cabo. Discount rates on Cabo Adventures (pirate ship dinner cruise, snorkeling etc) just ask Jesus! Casa Abadia was clean, absolutely beautiful, surrounded by a brick wall and iron gates with a personal code to get in (very safe) , a secret garden, lovely plants and lizards and birds, oh my!! The pool was chilly but not too chilly for 80 degree weather. Hot tub heats up in about 10 minutes with jets. Music plays throughout the day. At night the water lights up with LED gradient lighting. It was like a private paradise just for my family and I. The artwork and decor in the rooms was a highlight. Jesus was on top of it with communication and always there to answer questions. My 8 year old son was in love with Jesus's dogs, Ody (chihuahua) and Gory (poodle) . Ody was such a cuddler so was Gory, once he warms up to you. An amazing experience and would love to come back. The ONE downside: Walls are thin. You can hear the people below watching on TV at 2am. We also stayed in the bottom villa, Villa Maria, for 1 night due to poor planning on my part. The people above had a baby... much like the parents above, we didn't sleep. If you want to have an authentic Mexican experience, stay at Casa Abadia. It's magnificent.

Great location which makes it a great place for walking almost everywhere you want to go. If it’s too far, an Uber is available within minutes. Excellent condo. Spacious, clean, great views, nice pool area, comfortable beds, safe and secure. The owner and manager are very responsive. We recommend you have the owner connect you with a service to get you to and from the airport. Well worth it.

My group and I enjoyed our stay here. We had been in hotel rooms up until Cabo. This was a luxury in comparison. Generous sized rooms and high ceilings. The space was very clean. The communication was fast and well managed. Highly recommend for great value in Cabo 👌🏼

We stayed at Kristen’s place for a few days and it was great. Very clean and very big. It’s like a home away from home with a better view. She is very quick to respond and very attentive to details regarding check in and anything else you need. Would recommend anyone to stay here. Hope to go back soon.

This condo was amazing. The pool was great for morning swims, the condo itself was clean and spacious. We travelled as a group of 4 and couldn’t have been more comfortable. A 3 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to marina. We are the kind of travelers who like to go off the beaten path and experience local life...20 minute walk to the best restaurants in town and 15 minute drive romSanta Maria Beach and Chileno beach. We also loved the view of the futbol fields and watched some local games. We felt so safe and loved this trip!

Amazing place to spent some time and relax, Its very unique since its located on the side of a hill in a gated community with no neighbors around it, it has a great view of the beach and the golf course. We could even see the Whales from the patio. Charles and Fredi were amazing, they were very attentive to our needs and helpful with everything we needed. I would definetly stay again at Casa Garvin.

Best value you’ll find. Amazing place with perfect views. You can hear the waves and see the whales from the master bedroom. Close enough to downtown that you get there quickly in a matter of minutes but far enough outside the main city area where you get peace and quiet at night and can only hear the crickets chirping and ocean waves crashing. The place is huge, clean, and comfortable. Charles is an excellent host always quick to reply and offer recommendations. He is very helpful. The fire pit and hot tub on the balcony are just perfect to spend relaxing nights.

Excellent service! Very good person and very good communication, the Garvin house is amazing, nothing to do with the photos in person is a huge and beautiful mansion! Very private and secure, if you are looking for something romantic and private it is the best option and even for the whole family. (Jacuzzi, first class bathrooms, kitchen, living room, everything new and high level)

Casa Garvin was exactly what I was hoping when I booked 5 nights there. My wife and I were looking for space and seclusion and this house delivered! Every window has a stunning view, the house was immaculately clean, the hottub was hot and clean, and it was so spacious and airy we felt like we were on an episode of MTV Cribs! We got to relax and unwind to the sound of crickets every night, and we were only a 10 minute drive to the bustling downtown Cabo. Best of both worlds if you ask me! We will definitely book here next time we come to Cabo!

The location is sort of hard to direct drivers to, but is in a very secure location. The house is absolutely beautiful with a breathtaking view. They were super helpful during our stay. Unfortunately the trail to the beach was caved in so we had a hard time getting to the beach

Perfect size and sight.

To those who it May concern. The house is really nice. Tucked away in the private golf course hills. You kind of need a car to get there but taxis cost 20 dollars to downtown. If you need events use Freddy he can get you discounts and is on call your entire stay if you get lost from the airport to the house. Trust me at night you will get lost on the way to the house and being lost in Mexico with an infant is no fun. Just use WhatsApp and call Freddy when you are on your way to the house. Letty (Charles mother in law) is an amazing cook and will help you with anything you need. She even was nice enough to do our laundry while there at the house. Super nice family felt like home. They stay in the basement and are on call if you need anything during your stay.

The house has a beautiful view of the water. It accommodated our large family very nicely.

We found everything great here. Very clean apartment; everything works, plenty of towels and soap, nice cozy space for two. Not to mention the sunrise & sunset views from the rooftop patio. Easy to cook basics on the small 2-burner stove. Walking distance to main arterial road, and from there not far to marina, tourist attractions, etc. Hosts have a cistern to get around the water cut-off that the municipal govt. puts the locals through every week, for most of the week. Tourist hotels get all the water, while locals only have running water two days a week.

This was my first ever solo trip and I was a little apprehensive about staying "off the beaten path" by myself as a single woman. Angel and Emilio really were amazing to me and showed me the basics about getting around. I never felt unsafe walking by myself, even at 11pm. My space was exactly what I needed. Comfortable for 1 or 2 people. There is no TV, but that was ok because I didn't come to Mexico to watch TV. I enjoyed coffee on the rooftop and spent time up there relaxing in lieu of TV when I had the downtime. If/when I come back to Cabo, I will gladly stay here again. I cannot even explain how exceptional the service Emilio and Angel provided.

Such a Beautiful place to stay. The roof top has an amazing view of Cabos (at night). The location is near every thing, from the beach to the central. We walked & we felt safe. Highly recommend for a couple. Definitely will stay here again.

Our stay here was so wonderful. We had everything we needed to stay cool in the heat, WiFi for movie nights, and even everything to cook our Mexican store bought foods. The room was sparkling clean when we got there. The balcony was a perfect place to do quick morning workouts and dine and drink wine at nights. We walked everywhere to the local eating spots, tortilleria, taquerias, convenient store, coffee shop, restauarants, and juice bar. We also walked a little bit farther distance to the downtown flea markets, pharmacies, bank, pier, and Medano beach. We took Ubers to Walmart which was further away. When we wanted to go to the northern towns and beaches we took the desert bus which was like less than $4 USD a person. We also did a sunset cruise and lots of snorkeling in lovers beach. We made tons of memories here and plan to come back in the future! The only thing we needed more of was more toilet paper which Tom brought to us immediately and possibly more shower towels as we stayed there 10 days. We didn’t use the beach gear as we were walking everywhere, but they had beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and cooler for our use which was so nice. Awesome experience, thank you!

Great place with amazing views. This was the perfect retreat for our girls trip, great location. We loved sitting outside or inside for sunrise, sunset and when it was dark, each view breathtaking, Great value too!! Uber worked out great but the hill was great exercise too. Unbelievable view!!! Huge 2BR condo with spacious living area. We did not lack for any supplies or amenities. We are in our 70s but it was an easy walk down the hills to town. My husband acquiesced and we would take a taxi home. Bryan responded immediately when we couldn’t figure out how to use smart tv and college football championship was on!! Quiet locale. This was a great choice!

Very nice apartment with an incredible view of the sea. The apartment is huge and ideal for two couples or a family. The master bedroom opens onto a very nice terrace. It has lots of storage and it has an adjoining bathroom.

This condo is truly a great value! It’s updated and modern and offers tons of space to sprawl out and unwind. The views of downtown Cabo and the Sea of Cortez are fantastic! It’s enough removed from downtown to be more quiet and relaxing, but close enough that anything you would want to do in downtown Cabo or the marina area is within a 10-15 minute walk. Ubers are always readily available and inexpensive to get you back up the hill. And we loved the security we felt of being in a gated community. Bryan was always very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Cabo!

Bryan’s place is amazing!! The location was the best, with everything located about 10 minutes away. Easy walk downtown, and only a bit of a hill coming back. Sunset on Pedregal beach is heavenly (no swimming, though!). The condo is nice and spacious, with clean, comfortable accommodations. The view is to die for, and is especially great to enjoy from the infinity pool in front of the building. I would definitely stay here again!

The view is as advertised. Uber can quickly come get you at the security gate which is downhill as Bryan's place is at the top. Coming home Uber can carry you all the way back. Lot's of lounging places and an outstanding property

Bryan's place is Awesome!

Bryan’s place has everything you need. It’s clean and close to everything. Small little restaurants within walking distance. It’s quiet and has a great view! We rented a car and I wasn’t aware that the parking spot is located a few steps from the front door. A lady was waiting for us to turn in the keys and waited for us to checkout the place in case we needed anything. Pool was clean the only bad thing was that it was super cold.

I’m so glad I stayed in this studio! What a gorgeous location in a perfect area close to Cabo proper, and not far from San Jose! This host (Claudia) is super nice and attentive. She’s very interested in making your stay a happy one. This is a very magical place. Go and enjoy!

The BEST place to throw a bachelorette! Our group of 11 girls absolutely enjoyed the breathtaking view. We felt like we were at our own private resort. The staff was very insightful and welcoming. Simply put, the place was spectacular and matched the exact description in the listing. We had a group of 12 guys staying at the Toro Rojo for a bachelor party. All first timers to Cabo. Everyone had a bed to sleep on (shared in several cases) and we spent a majority of the time on the first floor enjoying the views from the pool. Rodolfo’s cooking was incredible - we made a special request for a Super Bowl spread and he absolutely killed it. Juan (property manager) was the best - super friendly, responsive, and helped us navigate Cabo. I’d definitely go back and would highly recommend.

The villa is as described. Mark & Brian respond quickly and are quite helpful with offering ideas and recommendations. The staff from the house managers to the maid service to the chef and bartender, are all amazing. I would absolutely stay there again!

Choose this place! It is a no brainer. It was perfect for a bachelorette group with plenty of space and great features! The hosts and staff are quick to respond and were far more readily available upon our arrival than we anticipated. I had the best vacation I may have ever had and this property was the main reason!

Five couples had a magical time in this beautiful home under a mile from the fun zone. Lower density neighborhood, low traffic, security fantastic. We spent every afternoon on the patio enjoying the pool, hot tub, and the views. Hosts have anticipated guests needs and included concierge services make this villa experience especially luxurious. We had Chef Rodolfo have a meal ready for us when we arrived, and he surpassed our expectations. He was so pleasant and low key, and seemed to know exactly what we wanted.

Toro Rojo is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. The house is spacious, comfortable, and a perfect layout for several couples. The pool and hot tub have an amazing view of the ocean. The managers,Juan and Irania, are very helpful and easy to reach if you have any questions or need a taxi, reservations, entertainment, etc. We had chef Rodolfo grill fish that we caught, and it was outstanding. So good that 2 days later, caught more fish and asked Rodolfo to cook again. This home is amazing and very well kept and equipped. Thank you host, Brian and Mark.

All very well, my wife and I loved staying at Zon's house, we were very well received and it has a very good location, the loan of chairs and umbrellas is very good if you want to spend the day enjoying the beaches, when we return out we will definitely stay there again

3rd year staying with Zon first time staying in this room. Overall you just can’t beat it. It’s in the main house. Room is spacious. You have access to a large shared fridge/freezer and kitchen. The place was clean and as described. Suggestion would be to upgrade mattress. It’s springy. Any movement by either person is felt throughout the entire bed causing broken sleep. At this price point the pros far out weigh the cons.

The accommodation is incredible, just as in the photos, it is very central and you can reach many parts until walking, the very attentive and friendly staff and Zon excellent host, always gave us almost immediate response for any doubt or situation. Definitely recommended

RARE opportunity to be @ COPALA at Quivara. Most rentals are not in the private residence area. Great first floor access to pool and views of the Pacific Ocean.

The pool area is absolutely stunning. The whole Quivira complex is quite impressive. It's wonderful to be able to go to sleep with the patio door open listening to frogs and the sound of the ocean. The prices within Quivira are pretty standard tourist rates. I'd recommend eating or acquiring provisions in the local economy / nearest neighborhood. Very friendly and helpful people. Quivira staff are equally wonderful too! Copala is very quiet. Please respect the owners by keeping it quiet.

This was an incredible deal so much better than expected! Felt like a luxurious home with access to so many resort amenities. Highly recommend!

We had a great week long vacation. The condo was perfect. You have the resort feel, and access to all the resort's amenities, but have quiet space away from the resort crowds. We would definitely come back.

This place is a gem! The view is unmatched. Alejandra was a great host and checked in with us via message throughout the stay. Once you have the house location pin, it is easy for uber to find you and drop you off.

This is a great locations, super clean house, awesomely decorated. Pool cool, view is beautiful! Directions to finding it a little ehh but it actually makes it that much more appealing - if everyone knew about it, it would always be booked, right??? Alejandra was easy to communicate with and very welcoming! The bus from the airport was easy and Alejandra made sure we made it to her place. The infinity pool (and view) is amazing, and it was very relaxing to be a bit removed from downtown. We walked to town one day (approximately 2 hours) but it's an 8 minute Uber ride from the house, so very accessible. Comfortable bed, fluffy towels, and a fridge and coffee maker made this stay perfecto!

My family had a very pleasant vacation at Pueblo Bonito Sunsent. We were very fortunate to book this wonderful place for our mid-winter break vacation, ideal if you have teenagers. Charles was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions. He kept me updated before departure and connected me with the resort to learn about all inclusive options. When I asked him questions he was very responsive which was good because the resort was so busy they sometimes were not very responsive. I would highly recommend Charles - he is great! Very kind and helpful. The resort is beautiful but it is expensive to eat on the resort. I would take Charles’ advice about going to grocery store in town and would not recommend all inclusive. We thought the golf cart service was outstanding and all staff were very friendly and helpful.

Well people this place is amazing. I was slightly confused when I booked thinking there could be some false advertising due to there being so much in one place. I thought the resort was one building and one pool. However I was very please to find out that there are 6 different pools to enjoy and most of the hill side comes with the resort. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and look forward to visiting again in the near future! Charles was amazing with very timely responses and helpful tips. It was a real pleasure booking with him. You will not regret your stay here the facilities were clean and the staff treated you like royalty.

It was as advertised. The Main Street was very loud on the weekend but that is Cabo. We drove to marina because we thought it was too far walk. Bed was comfortable and overall a good value.

A good place, the price is good for the service they offer. About 20-25 minutes walk from the center and in Uber 6 minutes (approx. $ 45-50). All excellent very clean and comfortable.

If you’re looking for a no frills spot, this it it! Great price, parking available, located close to the marina and many restaurants and shops / a mall. The place is small and cozy, also very clean. Keep in mind the downtown area is very tourist and noisy but the apt is far enough that you can get to all the spots quickly yet not deal with all the noise and tourists.

This was a great place to stay in Cabo! It's a good location and there is a cute juice shop and taco stand down the street. It was very clean. We had a small problem with the water but Genesis was quick to respond and work it out.

Villa María is wonderful, my partner and I could enjoy the Jacuzzi at night, quite warm, the pool during the day, the hammock at night quite relaxing and we shared with our neighbors of Villa Margarita an evening at the Firepit ( campfire), has a balcony, incredible option, it should be your only option if you go to Cabo San Lucas.

I highly recommend Jesús' place if you're trying to stay in Cabo San Lucas while avoiding all of the annoying partying tourists. His place is a little outside of town, but it's a nice walk or run away. There are also plenty of Ubers around if you don't feel too safe walking or running. I had a great time and would rent again.

Excellent stay, the villa is just like in the photos, the space is enough for 2 people and the decoration + cleaning make this option very good. In addition to the villa, the power to use, the pool, the jacuzzi and the bonfire give this option a super plus. The transfer to the marina is also simple via Uber, they are 10 min trips with a cost between 60 and 80 pesos. We had a great time.

Jesus place is pretty unique. We enjoyed the fire pit and jacuzzi and like the company of the little dog. I liked the fun Mexican decor in the room. Very quiet area away from the touristy streets but not too far a drive to get there.

We really had a great opportunity to experience cabo culture staying here. It was an adventure finding the bnb and discovering where our room was on the property (which is gorgeous!). We loved the authentic styling of our space and access to a kitchen. We only got use out of the fire pit this stay but that's because it gets cold in cabo at night during December and I didn't want to freeze getting out of the hot tub. I'm looking forward to staying here again when I return!

Comfortable and convenient. We were happy to have a place to park and were glad we brought earplugs to dull the noise of the city and nighttime storm. Zon shared lots of tips and information with us that made our first few days go more smoothly. We enjoyed the company of the kitties and views of the city.

It was a pleasure spending a month in the studio, we walked everywhere with no problems at all. Questions or queries were answered immediately. The studio is quiet, looking onto the beautiful courtyard, the courtyard is emaculate at all times. I'm a clean freak especially when it comes to bedding, each time the room was cleaned for us all the bedding including, cushions, duvet and blankets were washed. Elodia was very kind and sweet, we truly enjoyed having her there, it was our pleasure to spend time in her home. The studio is completely private with it's own entrance, security is no problem. If you want away from it all and you dont mind walking 7 mins to the harbor, beach etc think about this one you wont regret it. Thankyou Andrea for your consistent prompt follow up, it was a pleasure.

My husband and I stayed here on our first trip to Cabo and it was a great introduction! The apartment is clean, quiet, and feels quite safe. It takes about 15 minutes to walk either to Medano Beach or to the Marina area which has lots of restaurants and where most tours/water taxis begin and end from. This is a great way to spend a lot of time in Cabo for a reasonable price and we'd be very happy to stay again. Check in and check out were easy, and all of our interactions with our hosts were pleasant. Thank you Jorge and Andrea!

Andrea was super accommodating. She was well informed and always willing to help in whatever way possible. She had endless ideas and suggestions for what we could do within an affordable budget.We had skme trouble navigating the town and also getting to her place and she was available to take our calls and assist. The place is just as pictured clean, cozy bed, nice open windows, and a bench/garden outside the home. Lovely neighbors/walking distance from the marina. Great bakery next door with delicious cupcakes!

The space is perfect for a relaxed and quiet stay, especially if you like the garden, which you personally enjoy very much. The apartment is very central and you can walk to the Paseo de la Marina, there are many restaurants and nice places and you can also walk to the beach.

Very nice.

We spent a wonderful 5 nights here. The walk to the beach is quick and very beautiful as it is along the edge of a an amazing resort with a nice sidewalk and scenery. They have beach chairs and towels for use which was really nice. Remember your sun screen! There are also some good restaurants at the end of the road -easy walk- if you don’t care about going into town. It was the best food we had while we were there. It was an excellent trip with great accommodations at a great price. I want to say that the security team were always super helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.

It was just what we needed for our getaway. Beach is super close you access it through the RIU hotel. Uber’s will not come down the street because of taxi laws you will need to walk up to main road. But other than that it was a nice stay

The property and hospitality was amazing. Myself and 6 friends stayed here and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff was kind and helpful every step of the way until the very end. They were very accommodating and all the different services provided were above and beyond what we expected. I would definitely stay here again.

There is really not one bad thing I can say about our stay. We were there during a long weekend for a bachelorette party and if I could give more than 5 stars I would! The staff was amazing and nothing like a normal Airbnb stay where you have a to do list of “chores” to complete before you end your trip. It was just like staying at a resort but better! Irania was great and helped me plan our itinerary before our arrival making sure we had everything we needed! Groceries and activities were set and ready for us. Chef Rodolfo is a must! He’s so flexible and works around our daily schedule, if we’ve built up our leftovers and didn’t really need to have another meal cooked for us he was totally ok with any last minute adjustments as long he hasn’t bought the groceries which he buys daily. Juan is amazing! He checks on us daily and can basically make anything happen! We had a miscommunication with our private yacht day and he was able to reschedule it for us super last minute! Like I said, there’s nothing bad I can say!! You won’t regret booking this place! It’s perfect!

All I have to say is WOW! A group of 10 girls stayed at this house for my bachelorette. I can’t say enough good things about the house, hosts, property manager, housekeeping, and all other staff that made our stay the most memorable and seamless weekend ever! The house felt like our own little oasis yet was only a 10 min drive to downtown. Taxis we easy to get. We never once felt unsafe walking around I’m the neighborhood. Once we arrived to the house we had a few questions throughout our stay and the property manager was quick to respond and help us with anything we needed. We hired the chef for a day. DO THIS! The food was amazing even for some of the girls who were vegetarian. I highly recommend this house and we will definitely be coming back!

It was a bit difficult to find the entrance because google maps sent me to the corner of the block where the building was instead of giving me the location the actual building but aside from that Daniel was great and very helpful. He left a nice note with traditional Mexican chocolates to make us feel welcomed and it was very much appreciated. He is a super host so I knew it was going to be a good stay!

Location! Location! Location! We were thoroughly pleased with our stay and the location of this air b&b! It was an easy 10 minute walk to the marina/strip but far enough away that you can eat like a local and enjoy the quiet. There are a ton of great, close by places to eat and there is a store right across the way to grab drinks/snacks at. We felt very safe and the host took great care of us. Daniel sent us great local tips and even brought us fresh towels (we stayed for a week). Would stay here next time we visit Cabo!

I would hands down recommend this place. Every time I had a question the host would reply quickly. He provided so many amazing amenities that came in clutch. The bed and sofa bed were very comfy. Everything was walking distance which made it easier to explore. I would definitely stay here again.

Felicia was an amazing hostess. She accepted us earlier than expected and met us with recommendations for places to travel nearby. She ensured that we were settled in and was nothing but kind. The place was very spacious, clean, (bed was cozy) and there wasnt much more that this girl could ask for. There is a churro queen up the block * must try also the cart across the street had really good food!

I cannot say enough about the host and hostess, they are truly amazing people. We were only there for four nights as we continue on our journey. Their quaint Studio is exactly what we needed. They have a full kitchen, air conditioning, a washroom and a comfortable bed. The location is amazing there are many great restaurants and shops nearby. Last thing I just really want to thank the host and hostess they picked us up from the airport checked in every day to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. They are definitely super-host in my opinion.

We had a wonderful month long stay at Grazzia and Pedro’s condo in San Jose del Cabo. The condo was in a terrific location, with a 5 minute stroll to the beach, and an easy walk to the grocery stores and we used the urbano (bus) to the old town. The bed was very comfortable. The whole place is very charming and we enjoyed the pool areas. We made good use of the beach chairs, sun umbrella & cooler!! Overall an excellent place! Grazzia and Pedro live next door so they were always available to provide information and answer questions.

Grazzia’s place was adorable. You walk in and immediately feel the colorful kitchyness of San José. Everything is clean, simple, and well organized. Kitchen has essential cookware, dish soap and H2O. Steps from the beach, galleries, and restaurants. A perfect place to rest your head for the night!

Grazzia is a great host! She gave us great tips for food and fun. We even got to baby see sea turtles!

Outstanding option near beach and town. Communication with Grazzia, who lives just next door to the unit, was easy and she had great recommendations for the area. Tracy’s place was very clean and well-equipped, we absolutely loved the balcony!! The security staff was great and very helpful when we arrived. It was a perfect size for the two of us on a kid-free vacay :-) Our only issue with the place was the noise. The condos are located right on a very busy highway, and it is consistently loud. There is also a club across the street that you could hear very loudly until well after midnight on Saturday night (other nights were not as noticeable). On the whole, we really enjoyed our stay at Las Olas, but think this is important to point out!

Awesome views-terrific access to the beach & pool! So fun to watch all the surfers each morning & even during a storm!! Also the covered terrace is so nice & relaxing...

This apartment is as shown in the photos. It is a great location for surfers. We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony and the swimming pool. We did rent a car a few days for touring further afield but we easily got around town using local buses and Uber. Tracy is quick to answer all messages and was very helpful. We would stay here again if we were to return to Cabo.

Superb stay! I come to San Jose Del Cabo often for surf trips and this condo is my favorite place to stay when I do! I location just cannot be beat! And Tracy's condo is by far the best one that I've stayed in at the Las Olas complex! This unit is updated and has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. And the view just can't be beat! You can see all 3 surf breaks from the balcony! Often Tracy's unit is booked up and I am forced to stay in other units in the building. But none of them can compare to Tracy's for the updated condo, fun decor and outstanding views! Looking forward to coming back! And I'll be staying here if it's not already booked up! Thanks Tracy for another great stay!!

This room is such a great value for the location and amenities! It’s only a short walk to the beach, the marina and downtown. You get access to the hotel pool and services. You can also get your room cleaned for $15. You can leave the room messy, no clean up needed as the hotel staff will clean for you! You can also pay a little extra for WiFi access. The hotel is small and beautiful. The staff speaks English well and are eager to help you have a good time. The pool is never too crowded. The walls are thin so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper! It gets a little loud on weekends but most days are quiter. This place would be perfect if more details were paid attention to. The toilet seat was not staying up for us. Bryan was responsive but it didn’t get fixed. We had to stuff paper in there to make it stay up. Other small things like salt and pepper, and a wine bottle opener would complete this room. Overall, the room’s value makes Bryan’s place the best value in town.

This location is outstanding for the hotel amenities and restaurant alone. Beyond what the Bahia Hotel offers the location is perfect to be close to everything. This is a great value with a beautiful pool, swim up bar, beach house/club. Close to all the things you want to do. The hotel staff takes great care of you during your stay with any tips or additional services you need. Bryan was very responsive and so helpful with my inquiries. Personal tip: have Alexis at the front desk arrange for poolside massages. He set this up for us and it was just what we needed! Amazing experience!

Bryan’s place is in a prime location and walking distance to everything in the heart of Cabo. Since it is so close to all the action, it should be noted that it can get a little loud at night (during peak season), due to surrounding restaurants, bars and nightlife. The Bahia Hotel is beautiful, extremely well maintained and employs a great staff. The hotel bar and restaurant can be pricey but the location is fantastic for Bryan’s rate.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cabo! Place is exactly as pictured and the hotel amenities, food, and staff were all excellent. The beach is a two-minute walk away and you can opt to hang out at the hotel’s beach club for a day like we did. The room is also close enough to the marina and downtown Cabo to walk there but just far enough away to still be relaxing and mostly quiet. We especially enjoyed the pool. It was never crowded and a great place to just relax.

Stayed at Bryan’s place and it was awesome. It’s inside the Bahia Hotel which is only a block off the beach and walking distance to pretty much everything downtown you would wanna do. The space is very clean and modern. Bar in the hotel and great. Drinks and food are great. Recommend staying here whenever you can.

Our stay at Tito’s place was awesome. The condo is located right in the heart of the marina. We walked to coffee, restaurants, bars, the beach, and a local convenience store. The condo was stocked with the essentials and was very clean. We will miss drinking our morning coffee on the balcony with the amazing view of the marina! Tito was extremely responsive, and I would recommend his condo in downtown Cabo!

My husband and I highly recommend staying at Tito's marina condo. It is an amazing space and so very comfortable. The view is fabulous and just about everything is within walking distance. Tito is very responsive to any needs or questions about the area.

The views are spectacular! Tito and our driver Nelson were amazing! Great location for our quick trip to get on excursions and Medano beach. Cute efficiency condo with great service. Make sure you eat at JM Italian Steakhouse too. 15 minutes walk but well worth it!

We loved our stay at Zon! He has the best local advice and ideas for restaurants, fun and excursions. He makes himself very available and is super helpful and responsive for anything you may need. His air b&b is simple, but has an incredible view and location so definitely worth its value if you plan on spending more of your time out and about than in your room.

An excellent option to stay in Los Cabos

Zon's place was perfect for us. Yes it's up some steps, but they're not difficult and without the steps you wouldn't get the great view of the town. Our room was lovely and spacious and had everything we needed. The shower was nice and strong. Despite us having our own private entrance and a lockbox for our key, Zon made a point to greet us and give us some great local tips. He also made sure we knew that he would help with anything we needed, should we need it. I'd definitely recommend his home to others.

The condo was very clean and roomy with a very large balcony overlooking the ocean and rest of the resort. The nearby golf course called Quivira was out of this world and I would highly recommend it for anyone that plays golf.

The place and lodging are fabulous Pueblo Bonito in general is beautiful, The apartment is great and super clean, just as a comment the television in the room is often unconfigured Suddenly loses connection and does not detect the network. As a suggestion I would recommend that when the guests arrived someone was more attentive since in my case they were not aware of the arrival, I missed a bit to arrive but in the end asking I found the apartment It is a very large complex and it is easy to get lost. But everything else was more than excellent, I would definitely go back ❤️

This condo is located in a beautiful private community adjacent to Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. It is the perfect location for rest and relaxation which we desperately needed. The condo is immaculate and stunning. We commented more than once, that we must be the first guests ever because everything was so clean and looked brand new. There are many pools on the property and a beautiful clubhouse with a pool and Jacuzzi that overlooks the ocean. The clubhouse also offers a nice outdoor grill for food and drinks for an additional fee. We do recommend stopping for a few groceries/necessities on your way to the property. There is a coffee maker and filters but no coffee. The property is a little drive from town and they do not allow Ubers in the property. They have a complimentary shuttle you can take off property and then Uber from there if needed. We also visited the Spa at Pacifica (which is another adjacent property) and it was amazing!

Beautiful place. Good views of the water. Kind of hard to find so directions could be more detailed. Like, turn up the road between the Hydai dealer and a furniture store. Other than that our stay was lovely.

Alejandro's place is off the beaten path of San Jose del Cabo, quiet and stylish. The mountainous views are incredible from the balcony area. The dip pool is only heated by the sun so it was not a 'hot tub' rather a refreshing place to cool off. It is on the other side of the main highway from the beaches so walking to a beach is not exactly possible. A car (or uber) was a necessity for beach going and was safe in the gated parking area. After researching nearby beaches, I found them to be very accessible by car with plenty of parking. Alejandro provided everything you need-- down to beach chairs and an umbrella (which were amazing to have!). Alejandro is wonderful to work with, quick in his communication. Thank you for such a lovely and peaceful stay!

Our stay was so perfect. Upon arrival, Alejandro greeted us and gave us a tour of the place. He even left a bottle of wine and two glasses on the counter for my boyfriend and I. It was so romantic. The views are so amazing, watching the sun set behind the mountains was the highlight of the trip. This place is sooo aesthetically pleasing also, every corner of this place is incredibly picturesque so remember to bring your camera. Uber was a little tough to get at night only because the street is unnamed but I didn’t have any problems in the day. There’s a shopping mall literally walking distance where they have sushi, pizza, a bar with great drinks and even a high-end steakhouse for date night. Next time I come I’m definitely renting a car since you have parking access in this gated complex also. Thank you so much for everything, Alejandro! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing getaway away from overpopulated areas.

A very special place to enjoy as a couple, the host is always aware, available all the time and attentive to any circumstance, the view is unmatched and makes you do not want to leave the place, the location is perfect and if you need to rent a vehicle to enjoy the surroundings to the fullest, the jacuzzi really does not have an elevated temperature so using it at night is not so easy however the terrace is magnificent and will provide you with lasting memories, me and my girlfriend will definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay at Luciano's! It's in a great location if you are looking for a quieter spot than downtown Cabo, but still close to everything including a beach just a short walk away. It was a nice place to unwind for a few days.

Definitely a recommended place for vacations has everything to enjoy. A few meters you can enjoy the beach crossing the Riu walking past the road you have Walmart and restaurants. I highly recommend renting the lucíao apartment. It is very complete. I would recommend the owner a couple of extra TVs in the bedrooms. It would be fabulous.!! If you have a pet and travel with it, I do not recommend it since the neighbors are very sensitive to the possible noises of the pets. Although it is a Pet friendly building. That led us to stress just on Christmas day while we took a walk without the dog since the administrator of the building Cesar Pérez asked us to medicate the dog. This being a working dog is stressed when he is not with the person he cares for, which only happened in an extreme and very necessary case such as a boat ride. Since thanks to its documentation it is perfectly acceptable in almost all places. Of course, this situation has nothing to do with the lucíao department or its staff. They on the contrary supported us to the extent that they were able to mediate with the neighbors and the impertinent administrator. Out of that it is FABULOUS !!

We had a great time over at Luciano’s place. The unit had plenty of space for our group of 4 and was a beautiful short walk over to the beach. Luciano was always quick to respond and check in to make sure we were having a great stay with easy check in. The staff/security on site were also very friendly and helpful! Plenty of taxis and Uber’s are around as well for and we were able to get into town or Costco in under 10 minutes. We’ll definitely look to stay again.

Dulce's condo is very well placed. It is a 10 minute walk to downtown and another 5 to the marina. The condo is soooo spacious and is outfitted with everything you need. We truly enjoyed our visit to Cabo and our stay at Dulce's made our visit very comfortable.

The condo is located in an amazing area. Close to town and over looks everything and still nice and quiet. I loved having my morning coffee on the huge deck. What a way to wake up. The condo is huge with really tall ceilings, sparking clean all over and pretty stylist decor. Really nice place and will be back with my wife for a romantic trip.

Amazing!!! My first AirBnB experience and it was fantastic. Great quick communication from the host the condo was beyond what I had hoped for and the crowning touch was a recommendation to have a private chef come in to cook a romantic dinner. DO THIS!! The whole thing condo, chef all of it. You'll have an experience of a lifetime!!!

The condo was great! We enjoyed the location and the pool! We really enjoyed the walk to town and all the good taco spots. I would definitely be back. Dulce was very accommodating and she was always checking in on us to see if we needed anything. Thank you Dulce, we really enjoyed our vacation with our friends.

Dulce's plaze is stylish, great location, and spacious! It was exactly what we were looking for in our stay. Very spacious, with beautiful views! Short walk to downtown!

This place is just amazing. It has the best view from the balcony and the neighborhood is very secure with 24 hours security. It is very close to the action, maybe 5 min drive. Overall experience is really nice.
