This apartment is just as amazing as it looks in the photos. It is clear that a great deal of time has been spent to stylise the apartment with a keen attention to detail. The apartment had everything we needed, and its location in the building made it very quiet. The bed is super comfortable and I spent hours lounging in the hanging nest chair. The themes make for a relaxing getaway to destress. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Perfect little spot right downtown. Easy to find, great location, easy access, clean, lots of little extra’s such as; cell phone charging cords, universal plugs, lots of towels, face clothes, things that you may need, but forgot to pack. Some may find the street noise abit loud for sleeping at times, I did not, but, she even has ear plugs there for you. I would highly recommend 👍

That is a sunshine, bright room. You can see the great Library from the window. The interior is amazing, can enjoy 80's record jacket. Also can enjoy cooking in the kitchen, the host prepare good stuff. Close to tram stop and Melbourne Central Station. Charlee is very kind and friendly.

Charlee has a thoughtful attention to detail, including lots of finishing touches to make this charming place feel welcoming and fun.

Charlee helped us with a last-minute late check-in, which was appreciated! The space is stylish and comfortable with everything you need. Only issue is if you're a light sleeper and bothered by the noise of the tram - earplugs are provided, however. Thanks again Charlee! :)

Charlee’s flat could not be in a better location. Less then 5 mins distance from Melbourne central and the metro. Super close to major attractions and great restaurants, highly recommend Chin Chin (thank you Charlee for the recommendation)! Kitchen had enough basics if you needed to dine in, coffee/tea and milk thoughtfully left out. As well as extra phone chargers & adapters which were super helpful. Highly recommended!

Kate and Has have a wonderful little apartment in a beautiful part of Melbourne. The fitzroy is such a fun, hip, exciting area. The apartment is in the heart of all the action. Only a few meters away from great cafes and even better bars. I highly recommend it.

Great place for a single or couple that are looking to explore Melbourne from an almost perfect inner city base, if you want to be walking distance to various restaurants and famous places. The hosts offer a thoughtful accommodation which we would come back to the next time we are visiting Melbourne.

Beautifully simple, great location in the heart of Fitzroy.

Couldn’t ask for a better location in Fitzroy, a short walk from the cafes, bars and restaurants of Gertrude, Brunswick and Smiths Street! The check in/out process was seamless and the agency that looks after the property was very accommodating with looking after our luggage. A perfect spot to explore from, comfy and cosy - a great little studio!

This place was perfect for our one week stay. It's close to everything you need, including public transportation. The apartment was very clean and Kenneth was quick to respond to my emails. I would definitely stay here again.

Kenneth’s place is a super convenient location in the CBD. It really had everything I needed to be happy during my stay. Little details like international power outlets and breakfast fixings in the apartment were a really nice touch! It certainly is smaller than the photos would suggest, but would easily be comfortable for 2 people.

An excellent stay!

The AO experience has been something that I have wanted to do for a very long time. Kenneth's place made it extra special as it was so convenient ( 15 minutes walking to Flinders Street) and the apartment was in a great area and perfect for myself and my daughter. Lots to see and do nearby, great restaurants/ coffee shops/ very central-. Don't look any further, this is the place to book if you want somewhere styly and comfortable. The pool was also great to use after a long day at the tennis.

The location was perfect, in the city centre. Bron kindly guided me and recommended a coffee shop. Michael greeted me in Korean. In particular, the dog difference is so cute and lovely. I also enjoyed toast every morning. If you come to Melbourne, I want to stay here again !! :)

I wrote an extensive review about my last stay here back in May 2019 so feel free to check that out. This time around I stayed from 5th to 9th February 2020. As with my last visit, it’s a wonderful experience staying with Bronwyn, Michael and their furry child Chai. So great to meet Michael in person this time too! Their super spacious warehouse apartment has everything you could ask for, plus the very central location in the city makes getting to the major local sights and CBD shopping / eating districts a breeze. I also really appreciated the complimentary continental breakfast that was so thoughtfully laid out the night before. This gave me a good energy boost at the start of the day as this time I ventured a bit further out and caught more trams - note that Melbourne is quite flat and very easy to get around on foot, which I mostly did during my last visit. Thank you for your warm and gracious hospitality as always.

I spent five wonderful days here. The location of the apartment is really amazing, in the heart of the city center. From here, it is very convenient to go anywhere. The house is the same as the pictures look like an art gallery, full of art atmosphere. Living here, has the private room and the bathroom, also can use Brown's kitchen, open kitchen, the tableware is very complete. Brown & Michael, They are very enthusiastic and made me feel very warm. They also gave me some very convenient and useful tour advice. There are extra services, a hearty breakfast, a bottle of wine, a transit card, washer, and dryer, and can store luggage for a while. They are really considerate for the guests. If you want a deep experience of Melbourne's life, come here ！ Brown loves food，if she has time, you can cook with her. I'll come again next time. I had a truly wonderful 4 night stay. Bronwyn and Michael made me feel comfortable and cared for during a difficult time. They are both really charming and generous hosts. Their hosting arrangements gave me the flexibility and privacy to comfortably interact or not depending on how I felt at the time. Their place is stunning and the location fabulous. The guest room and bathroom are gorgeous.

Air B n B is at its best when you get to meet lovely hosts. This is what this Bronwyn and Michael bring: warmth and hospitality. Even better, the location is amazing, what’s not to love about being in the centre of Melbourne.

Absolutely great!

The apartment is conveniently located on Hardware street which is especially great for getting a feel for Melbourne's street cafe's and general vibe. We travelled with a 4 month old and found the lift to work well for taking the pram in and out of the vicinity. A comfortable treasured space in superb location made it easy for us to explore the city without too much hassle.

Great location in the CBD. Good sized bedrooms and I loved the water pressure in the shower! Easy apartment to stay at I and enjoyed my time there.

There were rooms from 1 to 3 so we didn't know how many rooms we had but waited but the room was better than I thought and the room was clean

We didn’t spend any time in the apartment, we really only slept there. The apartment was neat, tidy and clean. It had everything we needed including fluffy white towels and comfy beds. Chammy’s communications were timely and all the necessary information was provided including photos which was very helpful finding the entrance. An added bonus are the restaurants and breakfast places in the same road. We enjoyed our stay and would rebook again.

Location is #1 with this apartment! Right in the thick of things and a very short stroll to the free trams. Shops, cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. Hardware Street has loads of appeal. A couple of things to note... The interior looks a lot better in the photos than in reality but that didn’t worry us. There are two queen sized beds, one in the room with air conditioning and the other has a free standing fan - the bed in that room is terrible! It’s an extremely soft mattress and clearly the right hand side of the bed is used way more than the left cause when you get in you disappear into a hole! And that’s no exaggeration. It’s an easy fix though... spend less than a week’s rent on a new mattress. I would definitely stay again if the owner put a new mattress on the bed, cause you can’t beat the location!

Great property to stay!

A great place to stay to explore Melbourne. Very easy to get around the city and thoughtful hosts. They even had cereal and milk on hand; the kids loved it. The building complex also had a large rock wall/bouldering area that was lots of fun.

The apartment is nice with cereal provided in the house. The room have enough space for rest though may not able to put the luggage inside for those smaller rooms. There is only one air conditioner in the living room but it is ok to turn it on with the bedroom doors open at night for summer weather. The location is convenient with free tram nearby.

Great location, lovely little bakery near entrance where you can get lovely breakfast treats and an amazing chicken place across the road. This appartment is in the centre of everything with nothing to far away. Tram lines around the corner with free rides around the city however most places are easy to walk to. Bill has put really thoughtful touches in for when you arrive. We had milk provided, cereal, shampoo conditioner and shower gel, laundry detergent and teas and coffees to get us off to a good start. Bill also leaves a whole host of instructions for you on the table telling you really useful information. Bill is very quick at responding, friendly and a great host. This apartment is clean and trendy with amazing views of Melbourne. If you want to stay at a place with a great location, great host and hassle free stay this is the place.

Bill’s place is in an excellent location just minutes from Southern cross station and Skybus link to the airport. The apartment is up high, clean and well furnished with everything you will need for a short stay, it really is a great base to explore the city from.

This place is truly amazing! Perfect for two people in a great area! There’s trams, buses and trains a minute away so you’re close to everything! Bill was great. When we’re in Melbourne again we know where we’ll be staying!!

Bill’s place is everything you see in the pictures! My partner and I were especially impressed when our sliding door would not open and after contacting Bill, he came within an hour, on his lunch break, to fix the door and help us out! He went above and beyond to ensure everything was okay and we couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. The place is very clean, great layout and the bed is especially comfortable. Wonderful location for great food too. Overall 10/10 experience and a lovely host.

Bill's place is very convenient, and good for exploring Melborne, everything is as expected. Although we didn't meet Bill, the communication was smooth.

Our stay was really nice. The location was very handy, and the apartment was nice and big. It was very easy to check in, and it was especially helpful having a washing machine/drier-in-one. Perfect for a getaway, or a business stay.

The young lady introduced the apartment facilities very warmly, and the location is just opposite the train station.

The apartment is right smack in the middle of Melbourne central. Easily accessible via free trams just few mins away from the apartment. Room were clean and homely.

Tiorentina's place is super convenient and very accessible! Everything is within walking distance and you'll have no trouble finding anything you need. The room was really clean and the bed was really comfy. There were hangers and a hairdryer that I could use whenever, and she had extension cords so that I could charge 2 things at a time. And Tiorentina was really helpful throughout everything! She was very easygoing, and allowed me to check in a little earlier than expected. And she was so nice to talk to! She made my stay in Melbourne very pleasant! :)

one of the best located airbnbs with a more than reasonable price tag. check in and out was easy. place is clean enough although a bit dusty when we were there and could use a vacuum. Soap, shampoo, and other consumables like having box tissues could be an improvement but otherwise for the price and location it qas fantastic

What a great location!! Super-close to the Southern Cross Station, as well as other trams, so getting places (or walking places) was a breeze. The apartment (building, even) is very modern and has a LOVELY view, particularly from the balcony at night!! The shower was FABULOUS, and the bed was comfy. The elevator is the SMOOTHEST-riding elevator I’ve ever been in!! And fast! Roy was my contact, as Khee was away, and he was friendly and offered to help, should I have needed anything. I had a friend drop me off initially, so I had to meet Roy outside the building. Doing it this way made it a little confusing to find the entrance, as it’s amongst a row of shops and restaurants, but I was able to figure it out quickly! Lots of shops and food options nearby, as well.

I have stayed at Bill’s place for the second time now. It’s always nice to come back. The location of the apartment is ideal. Due to a broken shoulder I could not take advantage of the swimming pool this time which was really a pity. Bill has put a lot of effort in providing lots of toiletries which I find great.

The location and view were great, the bedding was clean and comfortable. But the kitchen utensils were inconvenient to make food, and the ice cream in the fridge didn't freeze well. It's not a place to eat, but a place where you can enjoy a great view and feel at home. The elevator was fast and fast, no problem, and I was worried about safety because the door locks coming in the house were poor. All the reviews describe this house very accurately. Please read carefully. But for me it was a really nice hostel, thanks to the picturesque scenery outside the window every day. Thank you for the good accommodation.

A very well-located apartment that is about a 15-20-minute walk from just about everything. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze. Kirk's Wine Bar is a MUST.

If you’re looking for a stylish apartment in the best location in Melbourne, this is the place! It’s handy to everything in the CBD with plenty of cafe and bar options right outside the door.

Place was great. It was clean and spacious and the facilities were excellent. also very central to everything the CBD has to offer. Only concern was that there was a night club ‘la la land’ right next door and the venue would blare bass dense music until 2-3am every night.(Thursday-Sunday) Good if you’re into clubbing but if you need a good nights rest after a day of sight seeing it can be a disturbance. Overall a great apartment and Chammy was great to deal with.

Jackie's place is a wonderful base for a visit to Melbourne. We could walk everywhere. It is located directly across from where the airport bus leaves you off and it is right across the street from we picked up our car rental for the next part of our journey. Jackie was readily available to provide any info we needed. The place is sparkling clean and has a great view. The train station is across the street so it is a little noisy though on high floor. For us most of it was like white noise and didn't bother us significantly.

Jackie’s apartment is so well equipped. It has everything! Jackie is incredible responsive with messages. She has also suggested a few nice places to have coffee and dinner. Apartment has incredible view and it’s even amazing during sunset. The only annoying thing is the lift which takes ages to come to the floor that apartment is located. I would highly recommend Jackie’s apartment for your stay in Melbourne

I stayed at Jackie's for one night and wish I had been able to stay longer! The apartment looked just like the photos and was immaculately clean. All the appliances, furniture, linen etc were high quality and the styling/decorative touches made it feel modern and fun. The building block itself was easy to find and navigate thanks to Jackie's instructions, and in great condition. Nothing but good things to say about this stay! :)

Mark’s place was great! I would definitely stay here again. You can’t beat the value. The space is perfect for one person and has everything one could need – including an in-unit washer/dryer which made freshening up one’s clothes all the easier. The apartment itself was very clean and smelled nice. The area is very cute and residential. Mark was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. One thing I think it’s good to be aware of: the trams don’t always run frequently at night, so it can feel like it’s a bit out of the way. Overall I felt like the area was safe so it wasn’t much of an issue (and the trams run much more often during the day, so the time to Melbourne goes quickly). Overall, I highly recommend Mark’s place!

Mark is extremely hospitable. The place is easily accessible by tram from the city. Only 130m away! Simple amenities to prepare food and watch the tennis on TV! The place was clean and spacious enough for 2.

Since our booking Mark answered all our questions very promptly and friendly. Once in the unit we had the amazing surprises of being absolutely well located, sparkling clean and with all the facilities that made our days in Melbourne much easier. Certainly would come back and recommend!

This apartment was perfect for getting in and out of the city with tram stations very close. It's a short walk to the beach in st.kilda. The apartment was super clean, with lovely touches from our host such as tea and coffee. We had a great stay in this apartment.

We stayed at this georgous apartment for 3 nights and it exceeded all expectations. It was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and lovely linen. Everything that one could want was supplied and very much appreciated. The location of the property was very central with supermarkets, great cafes and restaurants very close by. Public transport was right outside on Chapel Street and the train station a short walk away. The view was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would recommend staying at Qui’s apartment and we will certainly stay there again next time we are in Melbourne

The location is very good, the old prison is opposite, only 5 minutes walk to the Victoria Library, 8 minutes walk to Queen Victoria Market, the rooms and pictures are exactly the same, the kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is comfortable, Chammy's response is very timely, and it is highly recommended

We very much enjoyed staying at Chammy‘s loft. From booking to info on arrival and checking procedure, everything was always communicated in a very nice and timely manner. Although we never met Chammy we received some very nice restaurant recommendations from her. This time we came for the Australian Open and enjoyed being in walking distance not only to the event but also to the main city highlights. The loft is fantastic, clean and very nicely furnished. We plan to come back and will recommend to friends as well.

The room is large enough for two people. The self-service key collection is very convenient. There are not many people sharing the bathroom. The bathroom is very large. There are free washing machines and paid dryers. The big Netflix TV is really great!

Lynda and David were both great with communication and the extra touches of including tourist type info at the apartment was very helpful since I haven’t been to Melbourne in a long time. The space was really nice and clean and a great place to just chill out and relax. It’s super close to free teams heading into the city and such a comfy bed and couch. Would definitely come back!

Next to free trams so quick jump on to get to central areas for connections. Local supermarket just up the road for all catering needs. The kitchen cooking facilities great and bonus of small dishwasher to complement the small sink drying area. Both a washing machine and dryer if needed. A walk into town perfect when dry. Okay for couples, the noise from the road, keep fit fanatics outside bedroom balcony and traffic lights could be an issue in the hotter months if you want the windows/ doors open, but it has air conditioning in the lounge/ kitchen area and a fan was located in the wardrobe. A great little balcony to enjoy a glass of wine and enjoy the local area. The Docklands also have a vast array of restaurants and coffee shops. Well worth a stay if you want a peaceful sleep, but want to enjoy Melbourne. Check out this lovely place you won’t be disappointed.

Would highly recommend staying here, great links into the inner city and no issues whatsoever with cleanliness or things not working. 10/10

The home is much more beautiful then it looks in the pictures. Perfect holiday home at a perfect location with free tram stop just outside making the city tour easy. Amazing view from the balcony. The hosts are very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this home for the stay.

We loved our stay at Lynda' s place. The apartment was super modern and clean and the views of the river from the balcony were amazing We used the gym and pool, which were a real bonus. We also used the free tram into the CBD which was 2mins from the apartment. All in all a fantastic stay in a fantastic city!

This home is absolutely perfect. The hosts are generous, kind, helpful and will go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. David met us at the apartment at midnight and brought along groceries so we could start our day off with no worries. The home is comfortable with nice furnishings, decor, and a fabulous bed and sofa. The linens, pillows, towels, blankets are of exceptional quality. All supplies (TP, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap,detergent) are provided. The complex itself is beautiful, has a pool and workout room, and is extremely quiet. The location can’t be beat. It is close to everything either by walking or using the free tram. Look no further for another place to stay. We are traveling for one year. I would be so fortunate if all of my accommodations were of this standard. I highly recommend this fabulous home.

This is the best AirBNB we've stayed in. Location on the Yarra river was ideal with groceries practically across the street and the free tram outside the door of the building. It was clean, spacious, bright and nicely furnished with laundry facilities in the apartment. There was a good lap pool and a spacious gym with fairly decent equipment in it. Our stay over Christmas and New Year's was very enjoyable although many of the restaurants were closed over that period.

Fantastic apartment, perfect location for exploring the city. This was our first visit to Melbourne and we wished we could have stayed longer - hopefully we'll get an opportunity to return. We would definitely stay here again if we do.

Excellent Docklands location ideally situated to use the free tram zone to get about. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats travelling up and down the Yarra. Very clean, secure, well maintained. These super hosts have thought of everything. Definitely planning a repeat stay.

Nice place, very central so it was easy to walk within the city and across to Southbank. Coffee and doughnuts just across from the building entrance is a great way to start the morning.

Debbie's place is the perfect location to stay if you're visiting Melbourne. Our flight got in super early and Debbie worked with us and we were able to drop off our bags early. We were in town for the Australian Open, and the tram was literally at the front door. This is the perfect spot for tourist. The place was clean and cozy. The place looks amazing and has all you need; I was staying there by myself but definitely suitable for a couple or 2 friends as well. Excellent location. Very comfortable space with plenty of amenities. My only complaint would be that the building seems like it has too few elevators for the number of people living/visiting and the waits can be long.

Great space in a great location! Would have liked top sheets on the bed and wash clothes but other than that a great stay with thoughtful touches like breakfast cereal and basic toiletries. Only complaint would be the occasional long wait for the elevators and only being able to use the stairs to go down (fire exits and locked from the stairwell). Overall, highly recommend booking this place!

Vincent's place has a great penthouse view of Melbourne. It's located close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Also next door is the State Library which was an incredible sight. Vincent was excellent at communication and provided fantastic instructions. Thank you for being a great host.

The flat was really nice and clean. The most amazing thing was view from the room and the location in the CBD. We Couldn't ask for better! We'll definitely come back again in our next time in Melbourne.

The location is great. The downstairs is tram. It seems that there are also subway supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. There are many hosts near the restaurant.

Great space and location. Conveniently located close to public transport (tram stop virtually outside the front door), supermarket, cafes and bars within 100m. Our apartment wasn’t exactly what was pictured in the Airbnb ad, however we weren’t overly disappointed as it still met our needs, was very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.
