With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

Newtown & Guillamene swimming coves nearby. Garrus and Kilfarrassy beach are 5mins drive away. 5mins drive to Tramore town that has long been associated with Irish tourism and offers a traditional seaside experience. The beach front features a long promenade and an amusement park in the summer.

Built in the late 1400s, Grantstown Castle has been lovingly restored and mixes medieval architecture with modern comforts. The Castle Is Rented In Its Entirety And Caters For Up To Seven Guests. The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms and one single. The castle has great battlements which are accessible at the top of the staircase and host amazing views of the surrounding countryside.

Fantastic views and long quite walks are promised. A stones throw from the beautiful Curraghmore estate, Comeragh mountains with the spectacular Mahon Falls and Coumshingaun Lake and Slievenamon. The Deise Greenway and Copper Coast beaches are easily accessed nearby.
