Beautiful stay! The accommodation is beautiful, furnished and tastefully decorated, very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine and dryer) and with all the necessary comforts (wifi, kitchen and cleaning products, sheets, towels, etc.). The location is ideal, all walks and activities are within walking distance, such as beaches, the city center and Les Halles. Yves Marie is an available host, responsive, very accommodating! We'll definitely be back!

Very responsive host. We were welcomed by Erwan's father, a very friendly gentleman. Accommodation only 30 minutes walk from the beach of Saint Malo intramuros. A very nice view from the apartment located on the ground floor. Secure entrance. We recommended this place to our family who regularly come to Saint-Malo.

We had a great time at Elisabeth's place. It is perfectly located, in the heart of Dinard but quiet. The accommodation is very clean and functional, and very bright. We did not take advantage of the small balcony because we went there in January but it is possible to have lunch there and it faces south. The bedding is very comfortable and the shutters and windows allow perfect insulation from noise and light. Elisabeth is a very friendly host and accommodating for schedules. We will keep this address safe because we will definitely come back. A big thank you!

Very nice character house with an amazing view. We were 9 adults and we felt like we were at home, we were even able to enjoy the garden for lunch. A few minutes from the beach, the location is ideal. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms very comfortable. We plan to be back!

For a first time on Airbnb, I must say that I was very satisfied. The accommodation was really very nice and the host Ana was very friendly. Knows how to receive guests in the best possible conditions. Also knows how to advise you and meet your expectations and requests. I had read the comments of previous people who had been there and I can confirm that this place is at the top as well as the restaurants around. We'll keep fond memories of it.

We had a great week with our family at La Hunière. The house is cozy, the living room is suitable for small children and the fireplace is very nice after a day at the beach (2 steps from the house!). A big thank you to Edouard and Mrs. Menard who were very responsive and accommodating. The area is beautiful and easy to discover from St Cast Le Guildo. We recommend!

We (six adults) had a lovely stay at Isabelle's place. The house was clean and tidy and had good amenities. The size was perfect for us. There are two ways to sit outside and the proximity to the beach was a special pleasure for us. Thank you for the time, we would come back anytime.

Bright, clean, well-equipped and good location. Comfortable bedding. A downside for those who sleep with the window open: noisy neighborhood, party people, delivery trucks. Otherwise, window closed, sound insulation ok. Free parking on Avenue des Terre neuviers, 8 minutes walk. Great hosting.

It's always nice to come to Patricia's! The apartment is great: spacious, well arranged and superbly decorated. The quiet and sunny balcony is a real plus. There is plenty of storage in the bedrooms and the bathroom to put our things down. We also appreciate the parking and the possibility of doing everything on foot (beach, shops, restaurants, walks...). Finally, connecting with Patricia is always simple and easy. Apartment as described and very clean. Very well located: Saint-Malo intramuros 10 minutes walk, Sillon beach on the other side of the road... Gérard and Liliane were always very responsive in the exchanges. Marie-Claire was also very pleasant in the management of departure and check-in. In short, we had a great stay. Too short this time. Christophe was friendly and available. Following damage to the apartment originally chosen, he offered us a new, smaller but very suitable intra-muros accommodation. We had a great weekend at Clément and Christine's place who welcomed us remarkably well. The apartment is impeccable, impeccably clean and very well-equipped ( nothing is missing). It is also decorated with great taste and attention, which gives it a warm atmosphere, which we greatly appreciated. The comfortable exteriors of the apartment offer a remarkable view of Saint Malo on one side and Dinard on the other. The residence, very secure, is in absolute calm, in a green environment with walking access to the beach! In addition , the hospitality of our hosts was friendly and very easy to contact. We would highly recommend it and will return for our next stay in Dinard.

This is a lovely place, we would stay here again. The description and pictures in the listing are accurate. Beatrice was a great host, she met us when we got there and gave us a thorough orientation to the apartment. We had everything we needed there, we did pay the extra 10 euros for linens. There was a lot of room for us including lots of storage space. We highly recommend this place.
