The apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2021. it is located on the third and last floor of a quiet and secure residence in a cul-de-sac. from August 2025 private parking space in the basement (note: vehicles over 2 metres high not allowed) You will find all the amenities 300 m from the accommodation (supermarket, pharmacy) and the city centre of Saint-Brieuc is a 5-minute walk away (a bus stop is located in the street) the marina of Saint-Brieuc is a 10-minute walk away.
