It has seven rooms and large living and dining rooms. There are two bathrooms and washrooms and two toilets, as well as a Japanese courtyard carefully designed by Japanese garden experts. The all-weather air purification and ventilation system of Japan's highest brand is installed, and the cleanest air is passed through the humidity and temperature control system through a special filter device. The bedroom is a Japanese-style room with a futon on a tatami mat, and the living-dining room is a Western-style room, creating a blend of Japanese and Western styles. The kitchen has an IH stove, and it is equipped with cooking utensils and tableware. There is also a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator (please let us know at least three days in advance if you would like to use the rice cooker or seasonings). There is a drum-type washing machine with a dryer, so it is convenient for long-term stays. It is on the second floor of a three-story building, and you will use the entire one floor. There is a desk that can be used for teleworking or studying. There is a projector, and you can enjoy YouTube, movies, and more on a large screen. It's incredibly convenient, as you can reach a large supermarket, a drugstore, a fast-food restaurant, a 100-yen shop, and a post office in just 1 to 2 minutes on foot. You can get to Urawa Misono Station, Saitama Stadium, Meiji University, and Higashikawaguchi Station by taking a single bus. It is also a 10-minute train ride to Omiya Station and Kasukabe Station, so access to Saitama Super Arena, Kawagoe, the Railway Museum, Tobu Zoo, Skytree, and Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Shibuya, and Ueno is also good. Iwatsuki is an old castle town, and the streets have an elegant feel that lets you experience its history.
