Wendy was a great host. When a minor problem came up, she dealt with it fairly. In fact she went a bit beyond my complaint and then asked if I thought that was fair ( it was). I deeply appreciated that attitude and attention

This was our second stay here. Our daughter's family lives in the neighborhood and this is the perfect location for us to stay while visiting. It is quiet, comfortable and just what we need. The yard is very cute and we love to look at the animals with our grandchildren. We lucked out and saw the planets aligned from the driveway on the 25th, as it is dark enough to view the stars without city lights. Don and Lori are great hosts- there are treats and fresh eggs in the fridge, and everything we needed was right there. We will be back.

Stayed here for 3 nights and our only regret was not booking for longer. Chuck’s place is the perfect getaway retreat in Bolinas. I’d describe it as quaint, cozy, rustic, clean and just right for a couple of people. Hot tub and outdoor shower are private and easy to use & the views from the deck are unmatched. During the stay I accidentally locked myself out of the house and Chuck was super responsive to help me out. Would 100% return.

Mara is very friendly and considerate. She provided everything my dog and I need during the full month of stay. The house rules are clear and fair, which elevates the whole experience and simplifies communication needs. The view is fantastic in the garden. You can enjoy a very nice sauna in the early morning while overlooking the valley and listening to birds chirping. The whole experience is a good combination of natural connection, self reflection, easy access to school and city, plus safe and friendly living environment provided by Mara. Will definitely want to be here longer.

Host knocked it outa the park, appreciate it. The house itself was perfect and easy to fine, beds was comfortable and had everything ya needed. Toilet paper wasn't the cheap kind either 😂

My spouse, parents, and I were looking for a quiet, last minute local getaway for NYE. I saw Diana’s listing and it looked perfect for a mini weekend. I highly recommend the space; it’s as advertised, easy to find, and very cute as well as clean. It felt like home away from home, which is something I always take into account. Plenty of space for 6 people. There’s also a nice, private back space you can hang out in. I would definitely stay again or recommend to friends and family that would like to experience Alameda. There’s no cleaning up needed when you check out so that’s a bonus too! Thank you again to Diana, what a wonderful and responsive host :))!

Overall we had a good stay at Susan’s rental. She was very nice and communicative. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Large refrigerator. Regular drip coffee pot. Very close to downtown Mill Valley so you can walk into town easily. There seemed to be a few other renters on this property, and our rental was the very back unit. The walkway down the length of the front house was a bit tight, with 2 gates. It was farther than we expected to load/unload bags. Just a heads up - Parking was a bit tricky because this property is on the main avenue (Blithedale).

Riza and Miguel’s place was spacious and cozy. The bedrooms were a good distance away from each other which provided privacy. The house heated up quickly, even though it was a little drafty by the windows. The private parking spot and entrance (long driveway) made it feel safe and tucked away from the street. Communication was quick, even when my parents had trouble getting in one night. They helped out right away and got my parents in the door. My only ask is that they put in a motion sensor light or something similar by the front door. The smart key pad is hard to see in the dark and often when you push it to turn on its light, you accidentally push a button on the keypad to start your key code. Very central location, close to lots of restaurants and shops.

We had a great stay! Cynthia was very responsive and helpful before and throughout the stay. We had plenty of information about the house, what was needed from us, and the house was stocked with everything we could need. The location is amazing! Very easy to walk to the beach, and we loved the feature of the warm water shower at the home to clean up before entering.

Host was very responsive, gave great recommendations for outings and restaurants. Location was great for exploring point Reyes and local coffee shop (Pump) was an added bonus. House was clean, had all the amenities and yard was great for dog. Thanks Hallie - will recommend to friends!

The Bluebird Day Cottage was such a beautiful and charming retreat! Though not large, everything was unique and artfully curated, unlike so many listings that are just standard black, white and grey. You can tell that this is a place that they actually use themselves and it felt like visiting old friends with hand selected dishes, furnishings, artwork, and amazing books to read. The setting was relaxing and peaceful with numerous outdoor places to sit, eat, read and relax. I really cannot say enough good things about this magical place. I wish that I could have stayed longer and just had time to relax and retreat for a longer period of time. The hosts were accessible, responsive, and very friendly. I loved my stay!

A beautiful studio in Bolinas with easy walking access to beaches and the town. So peaceful hearing waves from the deck. Truly relaxing and lovely.

Mary is a wonderful host and amazingly kind. I have stayed a few times and I would definitely stay again! The location is amazing. Walkable to so many things and a nice quiet neighborhood.

My mom and I stayed here for a few days as I was in town for work and we both needed a reset! The cottage is absolutely perfect for 2, it is very intimate and peaceful. The cottage is stocked with so many fun things and an amazing book selection. Please do the hike out the back gate as much as you can, it is so healing ❤️‍🩹 so many amazing plants on the property to enjoy and just an overall amazing trip. It definitely gives writers retreat vibes so if you have a project you’re working on or looking to be productive while in the midst of natures beauty, look no further.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our host were very sweet and accommodating. The cottage was very cozy and is perfect for a single traveler or a couple. I recommend anyone traveling to San Francisco and needs a place to stay to check this cottage out.

I couldn't have been more pleased with my stay, and interfacing with Tom. The place was clean, tranquil, and well appointed. Tom was responsive, flexible, and kind. To top it off, their two chickens were the quietest, cutest little beings to be adjacent to and were welcome companions on the property. It was such an oasis, comfortable bed, great desk, and could hear the creek just below the window. Will definitely return.

My third stay at Molly's Cottage and so grateful that I have this sanctuary to call my temporary home after an emergency hospitalization. Grateful to Marcy and Kent for accommodating my last minute request to stay at their home. Great location and very responsive hosts. I will definitely book this place again on my next holiday.
