Vacation rentals with a patio in San Jose

We enjoyed our stay here. Keith was very responsive and helpful. The property is on a very steep hill! Parking was tricky during the evening. Great views of San Fran and excellent location.

The stay was very peaceful and worth every penny. There was lots to do around the area and the place felt like home. The host are very nice and responsive. I look forwards to staying there again when I go back to San Jose

It’s a nice place. Looks newly renovated. Nice shoe storage, patio with furniture to sit. Pool view. Laura has stocked most of the things needed. Spices, enough dishwasher pods, laundry detergen etc.. Pots and pans looked little old. Check-in is very easy and the auto lock works really well. One assigned car parking was given. Not easy to get a parking spot on street. A nice stay overall. Felt like home..

Bonnie's place is a lovely, peaceful apartment located within a short walk of many good restaurants and one of a kind shops. We had no trouble finding on-street parking, the unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times, and it’s always been a pleasant experience. The place is well-equipped with a washer and dryer, and the shower is fantastic, offering excellent water pressure. The kitchen is gorgeous, though I was a bit surprised there wasn’t an oven—but it wasn’t a major issue for me. One small suggestion would be to add blinds to the two windows. While it’s unlikely anyone could easily look in, it’s possible to see the TV screen, and if there were workers on the roof, they might have a clear view inside. Overall, it’s a great spot, and I’d happily stay here again!

The weather was wet and dreary while we were in the SF Bay Area, but Lisa’s beach house has a lot of amenities (cards, puzzles, games) that kept us busy while in doors. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook our favorite meals. It was home away from home!

Great place for a family to stay - host even had plenty of toys and kids books, plus a 'house bed' that the kids had a ton of fun sleeping in. Host was extremely responsive to any questions that we had during our stay.

Kit's property was the perfect respite for us when visiting family in Alameda. Close to the water in a nice neighborhood with an adorable backyard for lounging. Would highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of staying at David’s place for several months while searching for a permanent home in the area, and it was truly the perfect fit. He helped arrange cleaning services, and when we encountered a minor issue, it was resolved within hours. His attention to detail made our stay seamless. Overall, we highly recommend David’s home to anyone seeking a comfortable, well-appointed place that truly feels like home.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this location. It was a BEAUTIFUL home, fully equipped. Our family traveled with kids, and the back yard was a welcomed escape. The location was walkable to downtown Burlingame, which was perfect for restaurants and grocery.

Great place to stay, nice and quite but still close to shops and restaurants

We had a really great stay at April’s place. It was in walking distance of my mom’s retirement home. This part of Palo Alto has safe streets, cute houses and beautiful gardens to walk past. Close to downtown and shopping too. The place was spotless and comfortable. There was a strong cleaning fluid smell. We opened all the windows and let in the crisp California air to get the cleaning smell out. Next time, I would request vinegar cleaning if possible. Laundry is very easy and the kitchen is well stocked with cutlery and plates, mugs. Bedding and pillows were very comfy.

Noel’s always responsive and friendly during our stay. The house is exactly the one you see on the pictures. Check-in and check-out are also easy to process. Furthermore, it’s a quiet neighborhood which you can get great rest here. Recommend to stay if it is available!

Beautiful location, great communication and help during stay from our host, Sidharth. He responded quickly to our requests, and was very helpful coordinating a pickup of some items I left there. Will stay here again next time I come.

Stayed in SF for a week for work, this was a great little pad to temporarily live in. Felt like a local and the apartment had everything we needed. Easy check in, nice rooftop, and loved having laundry in unit. Would stay again!

Place is in a GREAT location as it is close to Piedmont Street (restaurants, coffee shops, movie theater) yet on a quiet neighborhood street. Very nice experience.
