Open concept efficiency has large windows with great natural light. Entertainment center with cable and free WiFi are provided. Apartment has full kitchen and bathroom. Central location makes it ideal for enjoying nearby restaurants with metro station within walking distance. I do not allow pets

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.
