The property is located about 1,250 m above sea level and is characterized by the cozy atmosphere and the quiet location at the end of the access road. It is only about 5 minutes by car to the lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer). The valley and the nearest supermarket are about 12 minutes away, there is a bakery near the lifts.
