Our stay at Carla’s was fantastic. The property offers a breathtaking view, with the lake, mountains, and sunsets creating a truly unforgettable backdrop. Experiencing it all from the comfort of the balcony made it even more special. The added amenities like the pool and jacuzzi were a perfect touch—super relaxing and just what we needed.

The place was very nice, spotless, and had a fully equipped kitchen. It was well-heated, making the stay comfortable. However, if you're visiting for the view, keep in mind that on foggy days visibility can be very limited. Also, driving at night requires extra caution as the road is not well-lit. The highlight of the stay was definitely the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, with each room getting a private one-hour slot per day, a great feature, although we wish the pool had better heating. The nearest supermarket is about a 5-minute drive away, and the location isn't easily accessible by public transportation. It's a good option if you're seeking privacy and tranquility. Parking is available but is quite narrow and better suited for small cars. The self check-in and check-out process was smooth with clear instructions. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return on a clear day.

The apartment is simply fantastic, especially the view of the lake. The kitchen as well as the bathroom is fully equipped, you feel like home. The hot tub and sauna are super easy to use – there were clear instructions on notes on site so you didn't have to ask questions or contact anyone. Everything was self-explanatory and uncomplicated, totally pleasant, especially if you just want to have your peace and quiet. It was the same when you checked in. This was also done on instructions and you could practically check yourself in. The organization is great! Thank you for this lovely holiday! We will be happy to come back. This is honestly the best vacation home I have ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice. We were in awe just staring out every window at the beauty of the mountains and lake. The indoor pool, sauna, and steam room were great places to relax and unwind, and even better it was private (you book the hour). The inside of the home was beautiful and the kitchen had everything you need. At first we didn’t have a car, but after seeing how high up the mountain we were, we went back to town and rented a car for the duration. Made it a lot easier to explore without having to rely on taxis. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful area, fantastic view of the lake from the balcony. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, but a car is advisable because of the location. We enjoyed the time very much, also the SPA area is highly recommended. Communication with our host was also very good. We will be happy to come back!

The place is in a great location. The view from the terrace is magnificent. The bathrooms and kitchen are in very good condition. Unfortunately, the beds were a little uncomfortable. We'd love to come back!

Urs's apartment is very tasteful and furnished with style. It is absolutely clean and it lacks nothing for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. For the car, there is a parking space in a spacious garage. We also liked the central location with the proximity to shops and the lake. We will be happy to come back.

If I could give the home (and Silvia) more than five stars I would. As beautiful as the view is in the pictures it doesn’t compare to being there in person. It is spectacularly beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and Silvia was very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and look forward to visiting again in the future!

If you want to stay in a traditional historic Swiss farmhouse this really is the place for you. Yes, the floorboards creak and the ceilings are low, but nothing you wouldn't expect in a building of this age. It is well described and accurate. The views across the lake to the Rigi are breathtaking. It would be possible to simply sit all day and look out of the window. The accommodation has a lovely modern bathroom, is well equipped and as described. It is up a small private road which would be easy to miss if you didn't follow the clear instructions. Highly recommend a stay here. Jürg is lovely and the surroundings are simply gorgeous.

One of the best Air B&B locations we’ve stayed at. The view was incredible and the town was great for outdoor adventures. Hiking and skiing from the front door. We liked it so much we stayed an extra day. We’ll be back!

Oliver's apartment is highly recommended! We felt very comfortable😊. Location The location is great! Skiing: the bus stops at the front door and takes 1 minute to the cable cars in Flims. In the afternoon you can still sunbathe on the balcony. 🌞 Facilities Especially the kitchen is really well furnished. No cheap materials have been used. Top appliances, great finishes and comfortable furniture in the apartment. You can see small signs of wear every now and then, but totally ok and so it's much more sustainable💯. The children's room was smaller than expected, but still totally cosy. Additional 🧖🏼‍♀️ The swimming pool and sauna are right in the annex. The use is - once you understand it (everything is explained and the residents of Casa Caglims are super nice and helpful) - pleasant and soothing. You'll also have the sauna to yourself. We had a great stay at Daniel's apartment in Flims over Easter. Daniel is a superb host who is very friendly, communicative and goes out of his way to make you feel at home (he even provided Easter chocolate for us on arrival, which was a nice touch!). The apartment itself was clean, well-located and was equipped with all the amenities we needed for the weekend. The incredible mountain views from the balcony were definitely a highlight, and the top-class pool/sauna facilities were great for unwinding after a long day of hiking. I would 100% recommend Daniel's if visiting Flims or the surrounding areas in Graubünden.

David was very responsive throughout the process. He sent me a video showing the condo and the views of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. I communicated that we would arrive early and there was someone waiting for us to let us in and show us around. The condo was gorgeous and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. I highly recommend David’s condo!

This place was so so wonderful! Aside from having an absolutely beautiful view, the apartment had everything we needed for our stay, including a little patio right by the pool! Sarah was super friendly, responsive, and helpful, and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. We also loved the pizza restaurant just up the street - delicious food and more amazing views!
