We've been there for an Easter holiday with our parents, and it was amazing. Paul & Silvia are wonderful, communicative and friendly hosts, their place was great and we have had unforgettable time - beautiful places around Locarno in the first part of the day, and chilling out with picturesque views in the afternoons. Because of multitude of things to see in the area, I recommend visiting by car if only to have freedom of where to go. Also, the town of Agarone has nice walkable paths that we've discovered only too late (these do not show up on Google Maps). All in all, we were very happy with our holiday and would strongly recommend Paul & Silvia as hosts.

Thanks for the wonderful stay. The place is very nicely decorated. I loved the many lovingly designed details. A nice surprise was the full fridge and the fine things for breakfast. Massimo and Viviana were very friendly and the communication worked out great. I really enjoyed the time and would book the place again anytime.

We had such a lovely week at Guiseppe's house. It was very comfortable, and the location was stunning. The views! We came without a car and were a little nervous about that, but it was all so easy. So many hikes just steps from the door. Easy to walk to Sonogno for good food and more beautiful hiking, and there is also a lovely restaurant just down the road in Frasco. Also, the buses are up and down the hill very regularly and it picks up just a block down from the house. Only thing to know is to get any groceries in Tenero or in Brione.

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The pool is shared but we never met someone else. You can "hike" down to the lake, there is a nice footpath just behind the house. I would recommend booking this lovely place only if you have a car.

We enjoyed a very great ski week in Teola. The apartment has a great location, very close to the valley station, quiet, sunny and separate, heated ski room. Giorgio's staff on site were very friendly and very helpful. Only we had 2x short power interruption, because the power grid doesn't seem to be so resilient. Otherwise, everything is great!

A great place to stay, with extremely friendly hosts. Accommodation as on the pictures, very clean, everything available, well equipped. A 15-minute walk in Ascona on the promenade. Quiet residential area, delicious restaurants, good starting point for excursions in the surrounding area. Highly recommended accommodation with or without children.

Great apartment for a weekend in Ascona. There were four of us (two couples friends) and the two bathrooms were very convenient. The location is sensational, in the middle of the old town, and also that there is a parking space is great. Communication with Alex was very good, he always responded quickly, gives tips for the area and is flexible with check-in/ check-out. Highly recommend!

Great place with plenty of space. It had everything we needed. The only downside was the lack of free parking, as all the spots are paid. Otherwise, Richard was an amazing host—super nice, helpful, and responsive!

This is honestly the best vacation home I have ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice. We were in awe just staring out every window at the beauty of the mountains and lake. The indoor pool, sauna, and steam room were great places to relax and unwind, and even better it was private (you book the hour). The inside of the home was beautiful and the kitchen had everything you need. At first we didn’t have a car, but after seeing how high up the mountain we were, we went back to town and rented a car for the duration. Made it a lot easier to explore without having to rely on taxis. Can’t wait to come back.

We again had a very pleasant stay in one of Anne's apartments and can only further recommend it. Perfect location, very nice apartment and the sauna is definitely a bonus compared to other apartments in the resort. Very friendly communication, clear instructions and fast response times. The best has been the fast communication about our forgotten jackets and the fact that they were sent to us by post already the next day.

We really enjoyed our time at Carlo's. The apartment was spotless and I have to say that the bed was very comfortable. The layout also suited us well as it had a bedroom, bathroom and sitting room upstairs and the same setup plus kitchen downstairs. Essentially, everyone could spread out and relax after a long day. The location is a 8 minute walk to the ferry and 10 minute walk to the bus station. There is a very good bakery with a coffee shop next door that is 4 minutes down the road from the house. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was all as described. The three of us (2 adults and one toddler) we had great space in the apartment. The balcony is a bit dangerous for young children as they can climb up and fall on one side. You should never leave children unattended on the balcony! The view is great and we were also already able to use the pool (end of April). Communication with Valentina was excellent. She always responded quickly and was very helpful! They even organized a high chair for us! The only thing we would complain about is the parking. With a slightly wider car, it is tedious to park in the steep slope within the parking fields, so that other vehicles can easily pass by and you can still get in and out. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Beautiful area, fantastic view of the lake from the balcony. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, but a car is advisable because of the location. We enjoyed the time very much, also the SPA area is highly recommended. Communication with our host was also very good. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this idyllic Airbnb in the mountains near Lake Lugano. The small Italian village exudes tranquility, perfect for switching off and relaxing. The surrounding nature with its mountains is breathtaking, and there are numerous opportunities for hikes and walks. The Airbnb itself is immaculately clean and cozy – a perfect place to get away from it all. If you are looking for peace, nature and Italian village idyll, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back!
