Designed for 4 people on 55m² (possibility of 5 or 6 on request and with supplement), it includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an open kitchen and a cozy living room. Enjoy the 27 m² terrace from spring for outdoor dining or relaxing. Dogs are allowed (under conditions)

My cottage is new, with a mezzanine height 1m60 maximum with a double bed, it is ideal for two people, the bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower with toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave and a fridge and washing machine. Our home also has air conditioning. You will also have a living room with TV. Outside, a garden furniture and barbecue is at your disposal under a pergola.

Luvigny is a village of 100 inhabitants near the Donon. On the first floor, a comfortable bathroom (shower, bathtub, toilet), kitchen, living room and small bedroom.
