We had a wonderful stay at a wonderful price! House was very well stocked with everything we needed especially in the kitchen. Beds were very comfy with rooms set up perfectly for a girls trip stay. We enjoyed the fore pit followed by a movie marathon on the super comfy couch!

This was our second time staying at Courtney's place and we absolutely loved our stay. The home is spotless, well-appointed, and the beds are beyond comfy! We've stayed at many short-term rentals and this one is so peaceful and relaxing. The sunroom with wall-to-wall windows offers a beautiful place to feel like you're outside in nature, but without the Texas bugs. :) And the sunset views from the top floor of the dock are stunning! Courtney is a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying here again!

Very pleasant stay, beautiful view and house, had everything we needed - highly recommend! Communication with host was smooth and friendly. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
