Modern ve oldukça farklı bir dizayna sahip olan balayı suitimiz korunaklı yapısı ile de dikkat çekmektedir. Villamızın dış havuzunda ısıtma sistemi bulunmaktadır. Ortalama sıcaklık 28 derecedir. Ancak hava koşullarına bağlı olarak havuz sıcaklığı değişiklik gösterebilir.
