Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Seydikemer

This house is beautiful. The garden and pool are well kept and clean. The house is also very clean with lots of communal space and private spaces if people need some quiet time. The location is good, on a Dolmus route and with a taxi button just outside. The road is noisy but the plot is completely private and we got used to the noise so it wasn't a problem for us. There is a lovely pizza place 2 mins walk away and plenty of shops and restaurants 10 mins walk away. The host is very helpful and responsive. We had a lovely stay - we did scuba diving, visited Kayakoy, Calis Beach and Butterfly Valley via the water taxi and shuttle boat service - you don't always need to book the day long trips. We enjoyed going out for the morning, relaxing back at the villa in the afternoon and going out again in the evening. We had a lovely holiday. Thank you.

During our stay at Mr. Furkan Bey's villa, he informed us about Fethiye and its surroundings. The villa is very close to the city center and within reach of the Fethiye cordon and local markets. The villa is stylish and beautifully furnished as it appears in the photos. There is air conditioning in all rooms with all amenities. The pool and garden are beautiful. It is suitable for working remotely at a reasonable pace. Vacation can be made with peace of mind. Thank you for everything. See you again.

A great apartment with loads of good places to eat nearby. The apartment is very spacious and very comfortable. My daughter swam in the pool!

Seda’s place is warm and clean. Clear instructions were provided for us to easy navigate to the house. We had a very good sleep night at this place. Will definitely recommend this home to anyone else who travel to this area.

Fatih was a very good host, sent all the information in advance, responded quickly, welcomed us, said everything we needed, and recommended some places we could visit. The apartment was very well furnished, there were also things that are missing in other apartments - towels, a dog, a pig for washing, washing tablets. The kitchen was super furnished,there was also oil, coffee, salt, sugar. The deck and beautiful view of the mountains were perfect. We definitely recommend it.

The stay we made in March 2025 as a family was very peaceful. The garden forehead and the tiny park put in our baby were very enjoyable. We would like to thank Ms. Aybüke and Mr. Turgay for their hospitality. Since the weather was bad, the extra helpfulness they offered was also very valuable to us. After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Great location apartment was spotless. We couldn’t get tv to work and Canan’s brother arrived within minutes to sort out the problem. Would recommend. Thank you Canan for a lovely stay .

I wanted a place that was calm,quiet but also close to the sea. The place was definitely the place I wanted. Since we went with our own vehicle, it was very simple to go to shopping places, beaches, Kalkan. The house was very clean, thank you very much about this, also thank you very much for this. We would have had a mosquito problem during our holidays in the future, but this year we did not have it and it was very nice. The items in the house were sufficient and clean. It was a subtle behavior that they had detergent for the dishwasher. We had a very enjoyable holiday for 10 days. We would definitely come back if we wanted to have a holiday again.

Safa's apartment was an amazing choice. Located in a very nice central Fethiye but also in a reaidential private area. Lots of restaurants, shops, banks and a huge shipping mall 10 min walking distance from the house. Safa was an extremely kind and helpful host. I got great recommendations for any local place and also advised a lot with the public transport. Always asked if I needed anything, very thoughtful. He also waited for me until late evening and picked me up I'm person from the Fethiye bus station. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable and peaceful. I've had a great night sleep. Everything was within a walking distance. I highly recommend to stay at Safa's.

I had little reservations when I came on vacation, but I was extremely comfortable with the location and cleanliness of the house, whether it was Ms. Saliha, the recommendation of the places to visit by the host, which seemed to be small but had a great impact on the details that seemed to be small as the restaurant advice for the food to be eaten. First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Melek for her very quick communication. We were guests as 2 families. We were greeted by her parents and we really felt at home:) There was a large environment where they would move comfortably, especially for our young children, both inside the house and in the garden of the house. In summary, the cleaning order was very good, thank you very much for your efforts:)

First of all, thank you to Mr. Aydın for his hospitality. The house was quite large and spotless . In 3 bedrooms, both beds and pillows , quilts, etc. were considered . Each room has a built-in closet. The kitchen met all our needs. The garden was very well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the barbecue and seating area. They didn't use the garden to make us comfortable because they had a host upstairs, and they made the slightest noise. We felt like we were at home. The house has air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. It's never a problem for someone with a car, but if you are going to come without a car, the location of the house is 1200 meters to the beach. It can be a bit difficult to walk in the heat. We had a very nice and calm holiday. You can rent the house with peace of mind. Thank you again Mr. Aydın.🙏

Good apartment suitable for a longer stay. Good location next to the main street, dolmus (bus) station is 50m away. Hosts are willing to help with any problem. Internet can be very slow sometimes.

We had a lovely relaxing time staying at home. The place is even more beautiful than than in the pictures, and very very clean and beautifully decorated inside as well as the terrace. The landlord really thought of everything you need for a relaxing holiday, and breakfast was also great. Thank you for the stay we will certainly come back.

It's a perfect house, Mr. Birol helped us a lot, thanks to us, we stayed with 5 people, we were very comfortable, the house was immaculately clean, you can rent everything with peace of mind.

The villa is exactly as described, very spacious, gorgeous pool. Saban was so helpful prior to and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble. The views are amazing of Babadag mountain, and only 10 mins to Olu Deniz where we watched many many paragliders fill the sky! A word of note , depending on when you are visiting, unfortunately we had awful weather for most of the week( just unlucky) but as you are quite a way up towards babadag we found it was a few degrees cooler than in Olu deniz, and less sunny. If you visit in peak season this will have no impact on you whatsoever!!! There is a water dispenser in the villa which saves you dragging bottles up the hill. ( there are no other supplies , eg salt pepper oil, coffee tea)

I had a wonderful stay at this villa. It looked just like the pictures and I instantly felt comfortable and at home. It was very clean and taken care of. Tuba was very helpful from start to finish. She provided very clear instructions on how to get to the villa, gave recommendations for restaurants in the area and was flexible with changing the booking times. Overall, it was a great experience that I would recommend.

Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!

The villa was exactly as described and pictured. The view through the mountains to the sea was spectacular. The house was clean, spacious, and well appointed. There were ample supplies like toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and full kitchen staples. This would be a very comfortable stay for a family of 4. The villa is up the hill from old town Kalkan. About a 5-10 minute drive. Very easy. The driveway and approach roads can be bumpy so I’d recommend a small SUV or AWD rental. But we did just fine with our sedan rental. Overall, great location, wonderful space, and attentive service from Mr. Tolga. We would highly recommend.

This villa is lovely , to be able to have the outdoor and indoor pool is lovely especially in the evening the heated pool is great and sauna , well equip with all you need lovely location and views 30 minute walk into the main area of hisaronu but only a few minutes by taxi a market just 5 min walk away with all you could need also . Altugs help and communication was great from booking to transfers to just simple questions of area made the whole experience easy , thankyou all for a great holiday experience .
