What a lovely little villa in a beautiful location, close to some amazing beaches and restaurants. We are a family of 5 and the villa was well equipped for our needs. Two well sized bedrooms, both en-suite. Kitchen had all we wanted. Garden and pool were lovely, although this late in the year (October), the garden is in the shade until mid-morning and the same again from mid-afternoon, so the pool was a little on the chilly side. Rabia was a great host, super-responsive and quick to reply to questions around beaches and restaurants worth visiting. Villa and location were as described, clean, tidy and we felt very at home. This was our first time in Turkey and we loved everything about our stay, we will be back for sure.

The location was really in the center of Fethiye, walking distance to both the beach and restaurants, and there are grocery stores very close by. Dolmus station was also very close, I preferred Calis beach to swim in the sea, I reached 10 minutes by dolmus, really the location is great for transportation. The interior was spotless , especially the sheets and bathroom were very important to me, everything was sparkling clean, I felt very comfortable in the house. I did not have any problems, the host, Mr. Ozan, is really helpful, answered all my questions quickly and helped me, and gave me suggestions . There was nothing missing in the house, there was everything I was looking for, it had a very peaceful balcony, I really felt like I was relaxing. I will definitely choose this place again for my next holiday in Fethiye. Really the cleanest and nicest place to keep at these prices.

Mr. Emre was very helpful, he always tried to help when we needed it, the nearest migros and a101 there is a grocery store nearby for 15 minutes by car, but Mr. Emre warned us, it was a nice stay because it was very expensive, thank you for everything.

When we reached the house with our family of 3 and our dog, Ms. Gülden and Mr. Yusuf welcomed us very warmly. The house was spotlessly clean and very tidy. Everything a home should have, and even more, was available. The house was cool because it was a little high altitude in terms of location and on the edge of the forest. Which allowed us not to be overwhelmed by the heat and sleep comfortably. We didn't feel the need to turn on the AC at all. The garden was quite large and surrounded by a fence. Our dog enjoyed it freely in the yard. The pool was small but enjoyable It was ideal to start the day fit in the morning. The surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. There was no sound other than the occasional distant dog barking. Our hosts were caring. They often asked if we needed anything. The only address we will stay in when we come to Fethiye. We would like to thank Ms. Gülden and Mr. Yusuf for everything.

My family and I had an excellent stay, comfortable, clean and super spacious, the pool was clean, I would come back. If you come to Fethye, I recommend this villa.✔️✔️

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Ali for his hospitality. The house was as described. She provided a lot of products that I could count in the basic needs category for the kitchen and bathroom. (Oil,shampoo, dish soap, etc.) The view of the house and the view of the terrace were excellent. However, the pool is the place to say that it does not see any sun. The pool may be a little cold in September October, but this doesn't require breaking points. We were satisfied. See you again…

We had a really nice stay in Ahmet‘s Airbnb, with a nice little garden for ourselves and the pool nearby. It was easy to communicate with Ahmet and he always made sure that everything was alright. He even brought us eggs, what was really kind! If you’re a light sleeper, the chickens in the garden could be a problem for you in the morning because of the noice, but for us, it was fine. The only negative thing for us was, that after showering the bathroom was a little smelly. But overall we had a really good time and would definitely stay here again!

The villa was exactly as described and pictured. The view through the mountains to the sea was spectacular. The house was clean, spacious, and well appointed. There were ample supplies like toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and full kitchen staples. This would be a very comfortable stay for a family of 4. The villa is up the hill from old town Kalkan. About a 5-10 minute drive. Very easy. The driveway and approach roads can be bumpy so I’d recommend a small SUV or AWD rental. But we did just fine with our sedan rental. Overall, great location, wonderful space, and attentive service from Mr. Tolga. We would highly recommend.

Abdullah and his wife were amazing hosts, they were extremely responsive and went the extra mile for us on multiple occasions. The villa itself was exactly like the pictures and very clean. The area was peaceful with a beautiful view of the mountains, it was also a very safe neighbourhood. Central Fetihye was a 10/15 minute drive and all the shops and touristy bits were there.

The villa was huge and great value for money! Derek was very attentive and provided lots of recommendations which was super helpful. The location was lovely as it was very quiet and peaceful. It was actually at the bottom of the mountains and not by the sea, however, taxis were cheap and arrived within 5 minutes or less after pressing the taxi button. Overall very happy with our stay. Thank you!

There were four of us in the accommodation. The place was very clean and exceeded our expectations immeasurably. Everything was super nice and very private. The hosts were so kind and helpful. For German standards, the accommodation was very upscale, luxurious and lovingly furnished. In the kitchen there was everything and the electrical appliances were all clean and new. The bedrooms were both air-conditioned. The place was nicer than the pictures in the ad.

We had a fabulous stay at the villa. Mehmet was a great host, greeting us on arrival and getting in touch every couple of days to check that all was ok. The pool was fantastic and the living space worked really well for our party of 5 adults and 3 children. There are various shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance of the villa, brilliant taxi services from a call button just outside and the larger resorts were a short and cheap ride away. The images do not do the house justice. As you drive through the forest for a few minutes towards the house you are surrounded by a beautiful pine forest. The house is within a secure fenced off part of the mountain with massive electric gates. There were always at least 2 of the kindest most gentle helpful men around the property ( they stay in the villa behind you - you never see them as there villa is set back, but they are literally a call away and are only too happy to order taxi open the gates for friends or organise anything, as too is the pool cleaner. We didn’t hire a car taxis are cheap. They had the cutest, quietest Pomeranian dog that my 4 daughters fell in love with. The staff were amazing - the house is beyond beautiful. Literally a James Bond house - what the images don’t explain is the fact that you are in the middle of a mountain. The energy and peace that the property offers in the vast mountain and wonderful home set in the pine forest - see you next year

Everything seemed to be in the photos. The bathroom, kitchen and bed were spotless and tidy. In the same way, the pool was maintained and clean. A nice neighborhood for those who prefer a quiet, tranquil vacation. Fethiye is 1 hour from the center, can be reached by Saklikent minibuses. I would definitely like to stay again in the future. This was a stunningly beautiful setting to stay. The outdoor space/view is wonderful to wake up to and to watch the ever changing light into the evening. Swimming each day surrounded by the mountains was fantastic. Furkan was on hand for any questions too and very supportive/helpful. If you want to escape somewhere beautiful this is the place.
