The location and location of the house we stayed in was excellent. Transportation was convenient as it was in the middle of places to visit. Thanks to Mr. Murat, he took care of us and was in constant communication. Just thinking that Mr. Murat overlooked; the kitchen utensils were dirty, we cleaned it again and the backs and bottoms were very dusty, but he is a host who will go back and recommend me... Thank you.

We stayed in Erhan and Yudum’s place for two weeks and we felt very comfortable. After we arrived Yudum brought us home made cake which was great. They were very fast to respond and helpful when we were asking. Erhan also helped us to book a taxi from airport when we arrived.The location is very nice, close to a lot of nice restaurants and grocery stores. You can find anything you need to buy just by walking. There is a beach close by around 20 minutes walking distance. We will come back if we go to visit Fethiye again.

A spacious and cozy apartment that fully matches the photos. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and has plenty of dishes. There are two spacious bedrooms, both offering a comfortable sleep. The area is quiet with beautiful views, and the waterfront is just a 15-20 minute walk away. A great neighborhood and apartment for living with a child.

Our weekend in Fethiye was great! Everything was very comfortable in the Airbnb house we stayed in and the hosts were extremely helpful. They supported everything from directions to the tools we were going to use. We felt very safe and comfortable. It was very nice to see such hospitality. I recommend everyone with peace of mind!

Clean, tidy, very nice location. However, it's not very suitable for people who don't like the nightlife because the street is noisy until late. For those who love, it's the best location to be on the contrary. I would love to stay again.

Nice place, central location - hosts were very nice

The house is very nice, spotlessly clean and has everything you might need. The garden was great, but unfortunately we couldn't use it much because it was raining all the time. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, if you enjoy activity, there are no cafes, restaurants, etc. 10 min by car to the nearest beach and cafes. There are plenty of grocery stores within walking distance. Overall, we were very satisfied, would recommend.

When we reached the house with our family of 3 and our dog, Ms. Gülden and Mr. Yusuf welcomed us very warmly. The house was spotlessly clean and very tidy. Everything a home should have, and even more, was available. The house was cool because it was a little high altitude in terms of location and on the edge of the forest. Which allowed us not to be overwhelmed by the heat and sleep comfortably. We didn't feel the need to turn on the AC at all. The garden was quite large and surrounded by a fence. Our dog enjoyed it freely in the yard. The pool was small but enjoyable It was ideal to start the day fit in the morning. The surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. There was no sound other than the occasional distant dog barking. Our hosts were caring. They often asked if we needed anything. The only address we will stay in when we come to Fethiye. We would like to thank Ms. Gülden and Mr. Yusuf for everything.

The house's location is great, with a garden of greenery and a large enough pool in front of its large enough patio. We did all the food on the porch with poolside pleasure. We had a beautiful house that we would prefer for our holidays in Fethiye, thank you Mr. Murat.

We had a fantastic four-day stay at this villa. The view, the atmosphere, and the cleanliness were all exceptional and highly recommendable. The host was very friendly and proactive, accommodating all our requests. We booked the villa for a bachelorette party, and the host was kind enough to decorate the villa according to our wishes. Everything was perfect. A car is definitely necessary, as the villa is in a remote location—but we personally really enjoyed that.

We found Bayram's villa just as described if not better - modern, very spacious, clean and very comfortable for a couple. As stated in previous reviews, the beach is only 300 meters down the hill and Kabak Bay is truly picturesque and much quieter compared to Butterfly Valley or Ölideniz beaches. The bus stop is a few minute walk up the road and buses to Ölüdeniz and Fethiye leave every hour. We absolutely loved our stay here, it was four relaxing days and just what we needed. Bayram is a very kind and responsive host. He kindly agreed for us to check out later and on top of that offered us a free lift to Fathiye where we had to catch a bus to our next destination. We'll definitely come back if we find ourselves in this neck of the woods again. THANK YOU.

Great location close to everything

It was an amazing stay, we enjoyed it so much Everything was close to us, supermarkets are 3 mins walking, beach is 5 minutes and easy access to transportation.

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.
