Extremely beautiful home with stunning views! Its so hard to find somewhere that is private and several other benefits but this fit them all. We will love to come again. Tugay was very great at communicating and recommending things that we needed help with. I definitely would recommend this place for anyone looking to go to turkey!

A very pleasant stay, easy accessible to shops and restaurants, very accommodating just unsure if we had to wash towels, which we did, but weather wasn’t too good to get the towels dry quick enough. Probably recommend a tumble dryer in unsettled weather. Apart from that, it was a lovely stay for my family. A Highly recommended villa.

Ufak tefek bazi eksiklikler vardi ama Mutlu ve Mahmut Bey her seyle hemen ilgileniyorlar ve cok profesyoneller. Havuz buyuk ve cok guzel; ailecek cok keyif aldik. Veranda da hem yemek masasi hem oturma alani olmasi disarda gecirdigimiz zamani daha da keyifli hale getirdi. Ev daglarin arasinda cok guzel esinti olan bir konumda. 4.odada klima yok; o konuyu onemsiyorsaniz ona gore tutmanizda fayda var (ozellikle yazin sicak gunlerinde). Genel olarak oldukca keyif aldigimiz bir tatil oldu. Cok tesekkur ederiz.

Dört kişi ili gece konakladık ve son derece memnun kaldık. Ev tertemiz ve pırıl pırıldı. Denize yakın sessiz, huzurlu ve güvenli bir sahil sitesinde bulunuyor. Balkondaki havuz manzarası çok güzel. Galip bey çok ilgili. Ulaşılması kolay biri ve her ihtiyacımıza anında cevap verdi. Çok teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle.

Aslı hanım ve annesi çok güleryüzle karşıladı, sitenin içerisi ve ev keyifli. Ev ve eşyalar çok yeni değil ama kısa süre için ihtiyacı karşılıyor. Merkeze ve denize çok yakın, olanak çok fazla tam bir tatil yeri. Her şey için teşekkürler

The apartment is very nice! Clean light and cosy. Perfect for 4 people. Inside everything u may ever need. The house also have a wonderful location and great view! Thanks a lot for staying!!

Metin bey ve oğlu Levent bey'e teşekür ederiz. Konaklamamız boyunca bizimle sürekli iletişim halindelerdi ve tüm isteklerimize hızlı geri dönüş sağladılar. Evi biz çok sevdik. Çok huzurlu ve geleneksel ortama sahip bir evdi. Kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. Tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı ilaveten oldukça kalite kattığını söyleyebilir. Gerek bahçedeki meyveleri ve havuzu ile, gerek terası, gerekse ahşap mobilyaları ile çok keyifli bir yerdi. Şöyle bir dipnotta düşebilirim; Havuz oldukça büyük ve derin. Fotoğraflardan tam anlayamamıştık. Bu sayede çok daha fazla eğlendik. Tekrardan teşekkürler. Umarım tekrar konaklama fırsatımız olur. Sağlıcakla kalın :)

Beautiful place and a wonderful host! My sister and I sailed with Murat for three days and it was an excellent experience. Just a heads up to bring towels and cash with you :)

Ev fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. Eşyalar yeni değil ama rahatsız hissettirecek kadar da eski değil. Temizlik iyiydi. Mutfak malzemeleri asgari ihtiyaçlar için yeterli. Çamaşır makinesi ve bulaşık makinesi eski model ama iş görüyor. Sadece ilk zamanlar hızlı yıkama programlarını bulmak biraz vakit aldı. Bahçe ve havuz çocuklu aileler için çok iyi. Evin etrafında apart oteller var fakat ağaçlar uzun ve sarmaşık sardırılmış olduğu için bahçe ve havuz apart otellerden görünmüyor. Havuz ve bahçe yan villadan kısmen görünse de komşular neredeyse hiç balkona, pencereye çıkmadılar. Havuz temizdi ve bakımı her gün yapıldı. Alt kat kapalıydı. Oya hanımın annesi orada kalmadı. Evin kendinizi evinizde hissettiren bir enerjisi var ve biz konaklamamızdan memnun ayrıldık.

Our host Mehmet and Ibrahim were great! I have 2 small kids, this place was amazing for families. They arranged my transfers from the airport and from this place to city center in Fethiye couple times. Every time we needed something done at the home, Ibrahim was very responsive and took care of it right away. It is walking distance to boardwalk, many restaurants/bars, groceries. It was super convenient to have a market and restaurant within the community! We loved the private beach for the community as well as all 7 bigger pools. The pool in the house was a salt water which was a winner for us! I recommend this place for anyone! It had everything my family and kids needed!

Villa gördüğümüzden daha da güzeldi. Konumu mükemmel, bir çok koya ve aktif gece hayatına çok hızlı ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca havası tek kelime ile mükemmel. Geceleri klima açmadan yatabiliyorsunuz. Nem yok ve serin. Ev sahibi çok ilgili, ne zaman arasak telefonlarımıza cevap verdi ve ihtiyaçlarımızı hemen karşıladı. Özellikle teşekkür ediyoruz. Bir daha gelirsem kesinlikle yine aynı evi tercih ederim.

I recently stayed at the Lotushouse, and it was an exceptional experience. The place was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, creating an inviting atmosphere from the start. The views were breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama of the Mediterranean and its mesmerizing sunsets. Nestled in a serene, natural setting, it’s a paradise for nature lovers seeking tranquility away from tourist crowds. The house is spacious, tastefully decorated, and perfect for couples or groups of up to 12. Every detail, from the pristine bathroom to the well-equipped amenities, ensures a comfortable stay. The private garden is a hidden gem, providing a peaceful retreat. It’s clear that great care has been taken to maintain this home. I highly recommend it for a relaxing escape with outstanding views—I’m already looking forward to returning with my family!

Very grateful to Bir for helping us out when our original booked villa cancelled 8 weeks before we were due to arrive. A lovely villa with fantastic views that we miss already. Plenty of hot water and showerheads that worked well. Pool was very much needed as we had temperatures of mid 30’s to low 40’s during our stay, also a lovely breeze. We were very lucky as the villas around us were empty until our last day so we had a peaceful stay. The gardens do make the villa feel private and the pool area is not overlooked. We think the walk to uzumlu village would probably take 10-15 minutes but was too hot to time it during our stay, we always found a parking spot in the centre. The 2 of us had a real chillaxed holiday, which was exactly what we needed.

This is a wonderful villa for any family or group of friends that want a balance between privacy and close proximity to shops, pubs, groceries, etc. Ali was super responsive and met us at 8:30pm to help with checking in after a long drive from Istanbul. We requested additional towels, a fan (there isn't AC in the main living area but the rooms are very well equipped), and a clothing rack to dry our clothes, all of which Ali provided immediately upon asking. The house can use slight maintenance like tightening toilet seats, faucets, and cleaning shower heads but aside from this it really is a gem of a place. We had a small WiFi issue one night but it was quickly resolved in the morning and continued without any issues for the remainder of our stay. One of us worked from home throughout the day and did not experience any issues with conference calls. I would book this villa again without any doubts. Thank you Ali!

Turget was an absolutely amazing host. He arranged our transfer from Dalaman to the apartment. His place had everything you need, kitchen had all the utensils pot’s microwave washing machine toaster kettle. Well equipped. Turget has a travel company Seaside Travel, he arranged our excursion for 4 days and allowed me to pay in £. He even changed money for me at a great rate. Went so far as dropping us off to the centre of Fethiye the following day. He was always responsive via what’s app. Helped me to arrange my transfer to Antalya. I really cannot fault Turget or his place. It’s so conveniently located. CALIS beach is about 15 minute walk. Carrerfour, migros and SOK supermarkets are a short walk away. Great local butcher with marinated meat which they BBQ for you for 45TL per kg. I would 100% recommend this place and would defo stay again. Pool was really clean and well maintained. All round it was a fantastic 6 day stay.
