What a lovely little villa in a beautiful location, close to some amazing beaches and restaurants. We are a family of 5 and the villa was well equipped for our needs. Two well sized bedrooms, both en-suite. Kitchen had all we wanted. Garden and pool were lovely, although this late in the year (October), the garden is in the shade until mid-morning and the same again from mid-afternoon, so the pool was a little on the chilly side. Rabia was a great host, super-responsive and quick to reply to questions around beaches and restaurants worth visiting. Villa and location were as described, clean, tidy and we felt very at home. This was our first time in Turkey and we loved everything about our stay, we will be back for sure.

Konumu gerçekten tam Fethiye’nin merkezindeydi , hem sahile hem restoranlara yürüme mesafesiydi ayrıca çok yakınında marketler bulunuyor . Dolmuş durağı da çok yakındı denize girmek için çalış plajını tercih ettim dolmuşla 10 dakikaya ulaştım , gerçekten konum ulaşım için harika . İçerisi tertemizdi , özellikle çarşaflar ve banyo benim için çok önemli her yer pırıl pırıldı evde çok rahat ettim . Hiçbir problem yaşamadım ev sahibi ozan bey gerçekten çok yardımcı oluyor her sorumu hızlı bir şekilde cevaplayıp yardımcı oldu bana yer önerilerinde bulundu . Evde eksik hiçbir şey yok aradığım her şey vardı çokta huzurlu bir balkonu vardı , gerçekten dinlendiğimi hissettim . Bir daha ki Fethiye tatilimde kesinlikle tekrar burayı tercih edicem . Gerçekten bu fiyatlarda tutulabilecek en temiz ve güzel yer .

Emre bey çok yardımcıydı bi ihtiyacımız olduğunda hep yardımcı olmaya çalıştı konum olarak en yakın migros ve a101 15 dakika araba ile civarda da market var fakat Emre bey bizi uyardı sağolsun çok pahalı diye güzel bi konaklamaydı her şey için teşekkür ederim.

3 kişilik aile ve köpeğimizle eve ulaştığımızda Gülden Hanım ve Yusuf Bey çok sıcak bir şekilde bizi karşıladı. Ev tertemiz ve çok düzenliydi. Bir evde olması gereken herşey hatta fazlası mevcut idi. Ev, konum olarak biraz yüksek rakımda ve orman kenarında olduğundan serindi. Bu da sıcaktan bunalmamamızı ve rahat uyumamızı sağladı. Klimayı açmaya hiç ihtiyaç hissetmedik. Bahçe gayet büyüktü ve etrafı çitle kapalı idi. Köpeğimiz bahçede serbestçe dolaşarak keyfini çıkardı. Havuz küçük ama keyifliydi. Sabahları güne zinde başlamak için idealdi. Etraf çok sessiz ve huzurlu idi. Arada sırada uzaktan gelen köpek havlamalarından başka ses duyulmuyordu. Ev sahiplerimiz ilgiliydi. Sıklıkla herhangi bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordular. Fethiye’ye geldiğimizde kalacağımız tek adres. Gülden Hanım ve Yusuf Bey’e herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

My family and I had an excellent stay, comfortable, clean and super spacious, the pool was clean, I would come back. If you come to Fethye, I recommend this villa.✔️✔️

Öncelikle Ali bey’e misafirperverliği için teşekkür ederim. Ev anlatıldığı gibiydi. Mutfak ve banyo konusunda temel ihtiyaçlar kategorisinde sayabileceğim bir çok ürünü temin etmişti. (Sıvı yağ,şampuan bulaşık deterjanı vs) evin manzarası ve terasın manzarası mükemmeldi. Lakin havuz hiç güneş görmüyor dersek yeridir. Eylül ekim aylarında havuz biraz soğuk olabilir ama bu durum puan kırmayı gerektirmiyor. Biz memnun kaldık. Tekrardan görüşmek üzere…

We had a really nice stay in Ahmet‘s Airbnb, with a nice little garden for ourselves and the pool nearby. It was easy to communicate with Ahmet and he always made sure that everything was alright. He even brought us eggs, what was really kind! If you’re a light sleeper, the chickens in the garden could be a problem for you in the morning because of the noice, but for us, it was fine. The only negative thing for us was, that after showering the bathroom was a little smelly. But overall we had a really good time and would definitely stay here again!

The villa was exactly as described and pictured. The view through the mountains to the sea was spectacular. The house was clean, spacious, and well appointed. There were ample supplies like toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and full kitchen staples. This would be a very comfortable stay for a family of 4. The villa is up the hill from old town Kalkan. About a 5-10 minute drive. Very easy. The driveway and approach roads can be bumpy so I’d recommend a small SUV or AWD rental. But we did just fine with our sedan rental. Overall, great location, wonderful space, and attentive service from Mr. Tolga. We would highly recommend.

Abdullah and his wife were amazing hosts, they were extremely responsive and went the extra mile for us on multiple occasions. The villa itself was exactly like the pictures and very clean. The area was peaceful with a beautiful view of the mountains, it was also a very safe neighbourhood. Central Fetihye was a 10/15 minute drive and all the shops and touristy bits were there.

The villa was huge and great value for money! Derek was very attentive and provided lots of recommendations which was super helpful. The location was lovely as it was very quiet and peaceful. It was actually at the bottom of the mountains and not by the sea, however, taxis were cheap and arrived within 5 minutes or less after pressing the taxi button. Overall very happy with our stay. Thank you!

Great place for rest. We spent here a week with my kids and really enjoyed this place..

Wir waren zu viert in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hat unsere Vorstellungen maßlos übertroffen. Alles war super schön und sehr privat. Die Gastgeber waren so lieb und hilfsbereit. Für deutsche Standards war die Unterkunft sehr gehoben, luxuriös und liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden und die Elektrogeräte waren alle sauber und neu. Die Schlafzimmer waren beide klimatisiert. Die Unterkunft war schöner als die Bilder in der Anzeige.

We had a fabulous stay at the villa. Mehmet was a great host, greeting us on arrival and getting in touch every couple of days to check that all was ok. The pool was fantastic and the living space worked really well for our party of 5 adults and 3 children. There are various shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance of the villa, brilliant taxi services from a call button just outside and the larger resorts were a short and cheap ride away. The images do not do the house justice. As you drive through the forest for a few minutes towards the house you are surrounded by a beautiful pine forest. The house is within a secure fenced off part of the mountain with massive electric gates. There were always at least 2 of the kindest most gentle helpful men around the property ( they stay in the villa behind you - you never see them as there villa is set back, but they are literally a call away and are only too happy to order taxi open the gates for friends or organise anything, as too is the pool cleaner. We didn’t hire a car taxis are cheap. They had the cutest, quietest Pomeranian dog that my 4 daughters fell in love with. The staff were amazing - the house is beyond beautiful. Literally a James Bond house - what the images don’t explain is the fact that you are in the middle of a mountain. The energy and peace that the property offers in the vast mountain and wonderful home set in the pine forest - see you next year

Metin bey bizimle cok güzel ilgilendi. Ev cok sessiz ve sakindi. Evde eksik hiç bir şey gözlemlemedik. Kaldıgımız 2 gün boyunca cok güzel vakit geçirdik. Kış sezonu için cok tatlı bir tatil oldu bizim için.Her şey için teşekkürler. Tekrar gelmek istiyoruz.

Hersey fotograflarda goruldugu gibiydi. Banyo, mutfak ve yatak tertemiz ve duzenliydi. Ayni sekilde havuz bakimi yapilmis sekildeydi ve temizdi. Sessiz, sakin bir tatil tercih edenler icin guzel bir muhit. Fethiye merkeze 1 saat mesafede, saklikent minibusleri ile ulasilabiliyor. Gelecek donemlerde bir daha kalmak kesinlikle isterim. Tesekkur ederiz.

Her şey fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Konaklamadan oldukça memnun kaldık. Temiz ve huzur dolu bir yerdi. Manzara harikaydı, evin imkanları oldukça iyiydi. Oğuzhan Bey ve kardeşi oldukça dost canlısıydı, giriş ve çıkış saatlerinde esnek davranarak bizlere çok yardımcı oldular. Yerel tavsiyelerde bulundular ve sorularımıza hızlıca cevap verdiler. Umarım tekrar konaklama fırsatımız olur. ☺️
