We are located at 160 m above sea level and are surrounded by Grevlunda slopes fantastic and scenic surroundings. The location of the wheelhouse is peaceful and the rolling landscape is beautiful all year round. Here you have downhill all the way down to the sea…The guest house is located on our small farm. Newly renovated on two floors, about 50 m2, sleeps five, fully equipped kitchen and its own patio. Hang out in the green grass, barbecue, play boule, or read a book in the orangery. Only 15 minutes to fantastic beaches and many good restaurants!

Unique accommodation under a thatched roof, pool and playground

This is a bit like staying in a boat - a common comment we've received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with a clear marine feel in New England style. The floor plan is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has some privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamn ship is a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull. The beds have reading lamps and electrical outlets for charging. Electric vehicle charging. Sauna and pool.

Welcome to Villa Vallmo in the picturesque village of Gladsax, in the middle of Österlen. The house is 100 sqm large, distributed on two floors. A small garden with a large patio where evenings are often spent in the evening sun. Beaches and beautiful surroundings nearby. Approximately 6 km to the sea. In Gladsax, Gustafs is located in Österlen with handcrafted pizza. Öl & Knäcke is within walking distance, where you can eat at sunset with a view of rolling fields. The Brygghuset Hagestad former microbrewery in Österlen offers a newly renovated guesthouse in a boutique hotel style. Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 mn walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik at Eklaholm & Reunion shop/cafe. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice food experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the corner. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km h ICA, pharmacy etc. Bed linens & towels are included. Surrounded by rolling Scanian fields and with social areas both outside and inside, we want you to enjoy your stay with us. The residence has two landscaped patios, one of which has an outdoor kitchen (barbecue and surfaces for preparing food, no water and electricity). Furthermore, there are two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a cozy living room. Just a stone's throw from the house is Listarum Nature Reserve.
