Vacation rentals with a patio in Simrishamn Municipality

We had an amazing stay at this super nice home! Welcoming and committed hosts. Recommend to anyone who wants a cozy and fresh accommodation in the best location!

What a nice place. We felt right at home. Cozy and clean, not very big, but perfect for the three of us. Ideal that there are 2 toilets and the large table in the kitchen part overlooking the garden. As a tea bag, I missed a kettle, but as a Dutch pleasantly surprised that there were just 2 keigoede cheese bars in the drawer. The fact that windows can't be opened took some getting used to. But with the highest temperatures outside, it was a comfortable temperature inside. And it also made sense that your train hardly heard. Perfect base for trips to Ystad, Ales Stenar, Kivik, Olof Viktors bakery, Olaols, Fransans creperie, Prastens Badkar or rail bikes at Tomelilla. Not to mention nice contact with Palle and Lena. Thank you!

Our stay in Vitaby was amazing. We appreciated Mats hospitality and lodging. I hope you get a chance to meet Mats. He’s great. The place had beautiful peaceful views, the beds were comfortable, and the decor was great. We would stay again.

We had a lovely time at the farm. Milla, Johan and Niklas are great hosts and their place is just so beatiful and peaceful. A great base to explore beaches and nature parks in South Sweden with so much to do within short driving distances, the little farm is an attraction in itself with plenty to space to roam and play for the children and grown ups (chicken, trampoline, graden hose, fire place, peas!). We felt very much at home and very welcome. The appartment is just lovely, spaceous and well arranged and designed. Highly recommended. Only regret it we did not stay longer.

Katrin’s place is truly one of a kind. From the moment I arrived, both the house and the flat itself exuded a warmth and charm that made me feel instantly at home. Katrin herself is an exceptional host. She is incredibly kind, warm-hearted, and always ready to help, whether it was answering questions, sharing tips for local trips, or assist with anything I needed. She made me feel genuinely welcome and  like a part of the Borrby community. The location couldn’t have been better. The nearby beach was perfect for walks, and Ystad and Simrishamn were just a short drive away, offering the ideal combination of countryside serenity, coastal beauty, and convenient access to city life. I had an absolutely wonderful time and wholeheartedly recommend this stay to anyone looking for something truly special. My stay in this place is something I will always cherish and look forward to return to. Thank you so much for everything, Katrin!

Per is a very nice and accommodating host. Extremely hospitable and generous. We were picked up at the train station upon arrival and he drove us on departure. Per knows a lot about local history and places to visit and happy to share the knowledge. Also very nice to meet kind Molle! Recommended and we'd love to come back!

Really cosy studio and even better location for trips around the area!

Very homely and rural place in the middle of beautiful Österlen. A quarter to the sea and amazing sandy beaches and 5 minutes to beautiful Brösarp slopes. Incredible beech forests a short walk away and 10 minutes to Christinehof's castle and eco park. Here you will stay in a homely house with historical vibes in the middle of the countryside where it is quiet and nice!

We had a fantastic stay at Magnus place. Everything as described.

Very nice and helpful host! House with very exciting layout and space for many! Great that bed linens, towels, electricity and heating were included! In the kitchen there was kind of everything, and much of everything: plenty of glasses and crockery, good coffee machines and other kitchen appliances. We have rented many similar houses over the years, and very few reach this level.

Everything has been perfect in Kevin and Hannah's lovely house. The house is located in beautiful rural surroundings and everything works well. The house is nicely renovated and it was lovely and clean Communication has been good and quick. We highly recommend a visit with Kevin and Hannah

Had a wonderful week at Kicki and Martin's place in Österlen. Absolutely magical home in an incredibly beautiful setting. Will miss the sunsets at the field. Close to beaches and other places of interest. Highly recommend!🥰🌻

Our stay i Sweden was fantastic. Thank you so much to Leonora for a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful , the accommodations perfect and exactly as shown in the ad. Leonora is the ideal host. I can not say enough how much I liked our visit. Everything was easy. And Leonora, who has an art studio at the location, is a tremendous artist and curator of fantastic art pieces.

We were very comfortable upon arrival. The apartment was spotless and beautifully modernly furnished. We were able to cook very well, because the kitchen was ideally designed for it. The large bathroom with shower was also extremely comfortable. We also used the balcony regularly and the view of the water from it was of course super nice. The sleeping area was great, only an additional darkening would have been great. The free parking and keyless access to the apartment were great. We had a lovely time here during our Denmark-Sweden tour.

Teddy and Siri's minifarm is a pure delight! The atmosphere is warm and kind and a perfect hub for exploring Österlen. We had been to Österlen before but this was something else - thanks to Siri and Teddy who gave us sweet recommendations with hidden restaurants, beaches and hiking trails. The two-story apartment is clean, well decorated and spacious (more of a proper house if you ask me) and the kitchen is well equipped for more ambitious meals.
