The Ilkley Hideaway Luxury Apartment in Central Ilkley

The Ilkley Hideaway is a private apartment based in central Ilkley only a few hundred metres from shops, amenities and the wonderful moor. The hideaway has off road parking and a private patio. We converted The Ilkley Hideaway in 2017 and have been welcoming guests ever since. I (Georgina) work for the NHS and Tom is a secondary school teacher- we live directly above the Hideaway with our young children Millie (3) and Hattie (1). We have had some amazing people stay over the years for cycling, walking, weddings and meeting family and love being able to host people in beautiful Yorkshire. The apartment is self-contained with its own entrance and parking. The accommodation offers: lounge/kitchen/double bedroom and en-suite. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, full size fan oven, and a ceramic hob. There is a breakfast bar and a comfortable lounge with sofa and sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, and a DVD player. The apartment has its own patio area, perfect for a coffee before your morning walk or an evening glass of wine. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. We pride ourselves on detail at the Ilkley Hideaway, there are some lovely little touches to discover; all designed to make your stay extra special. Walkers and cyclists are all welcome and there is bike storage. Regret no smoking in the apartment. Regret no dogs. Sleeping -1 double with en-suite shower room. -Large Sofa bed in lounge Cooking and dining - Breakfast bar - Fully equipped kitchen Social area -Large flat screen TV in lounge -Lounge has sofa and sofabed -Wi-fi. -DVD player. Outside - Patio and outdoor furniture. - Parking for 1 car We live above the apartment- we like to meet all the guests and show them around, we are on hand if guests should need us- however once checked in we like to give our guests their privacy. Walk to everywhere in Ilkley from this central location, including cafes, pubs, bars, and independent shops. Stock up at a supermarket 300 metres away. Go on picturesque outings to the surrounding moorland, and hike further afield in the Dales.

Ideal for those wanting to be near a local village but also secluded enough to have a peaceful time. Lots of walks for all abilities from our doorstep. Local pubs are dog friendly and we have lots of places to eat locally. Amazing views, a wood burning stove, a very comfy four poster king sized bed, easy to use sofa bed and fantastic shower have all been in feedback left by satisfied guests

Renovated flat in converted riverside mill

Located in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales right on the Pennine way. The spacious ground floor apartment overlooks the River Aire and has amazing views across the river and beyond. There are excellent walk/cycle routes right on the door step, no car involved. The ever popular Malham is only a 2.5 mile gorgeous walk along the river. Both guest bedrooms are clean and comfortable. 1 has an ensuite shower room and there is a family bathroom with shower. There is also a well stocked kitchen.

The Grade 2 listed Old Library, Masham sits on the corner of the principle approach in to the Market Square from Swinton. Built in 1856 it originally served as the Mechanic Institute of then Mashamshire. It was designed by the respected William Perkin of Perkin and Backhouse of Leeds in Victorian Italianate style. Kissing Gate has been thoughtfully designed by turning an unused garage with bedroom above into a cosy, contemporary, comfortable, tiny cottage for two. It is almost detached, having its own roof but joined to our house by a shared utility room only. Guests have total privacy with their own entrance and internal locking door to the utility room.
