Had an absolutely fantastic festive stay with our dog and small baby at Michael's place. Situated in the heart of Newcastle, you literally couldn't find a more central location with all the local shops, cafes and restaurants just a few moments away. The flat itself is modern, pristine, with a fully kitted out kitchen and absolutely tons of space. The bed was also one of the most comfortable we've ever had at an Airbnb! Michael truly lives up to being a superhost and literally couldn't do enough for us to ensure we had a really special, comfortable stay. Book with him for someone with the best local knowledge and a lovely personable touch. Thanks again!

We were so pleased to have found a dog friendly genuine cottage with all its history! The view from the front bedroom , sitting room and little front terrace was just what was needed. It's fairly private at the front of the cottage with good natural mature hedging for sitting out at the well positioned table and chairs! The kitchen is very well kitted out and it really did feel like a loving home. It was so nice to have the extra touches for Maddie our Lab Collie with poo bags, treats and a water bowl! Very good internal space and TVs worked perfectly immediately! ( Very important to my husband)!!! Hope to be back soon.

The apartment was excellent the location was perfect and it was spotless. Fresh milk was left in the fridge also shower gels and shampoo left in both bathrooms. Our host Paul was outstanding I had a problem with the kettle texted Paul and within 4 minutes he had a replacement one left outside the door Paul was very responsive with everything he was a great host. We stayed here for 3 nights which was very peaceful wish I had booked for longer. We will definitely be coming back.
