The view of the sea was very beautiful. It was quiet in the building. There were few residents / tenants. There is parking around the building, so it will be busier during holiday periods. Soulac sur mer is a seaside resort where there is not much to do out of season. A big thank you to Tiphaine for his hospitality!”
Petit studio de 18m2 avec accès indépendant situé à l’étage d’une maison charentaise en pierre . Équipé d’une salle de douche avec wc, d’un Canapé convertible et d’une petite cuisine armoire .Idéal pour 2personnes .modulable et lumineux ce logement se situe à 800m de la plage des nonnes(10minutes à pied ) .En centre ville proche commerces restaurants et activités estivales.Attention , accès au studio par un escalier hélicoïdal étroit ( diamètre 120) . Prêt de 2 vélos avec antivols GRATUIT

A small cocoon in which I felt good, there's everything you need, a beautiful decor and in addition it's really quiet! I slept very well: quality sofa bed and very comfortable! By cons it is not very large and there's a spiral staircase, so be sober on the number of luggage (not like me Ha Ha Ha!) In addition, Sabrina is a super welcoming host, good advice and available if needed, while leaving your privacy. I really recommend !!!”
Charming house of 65m2 on a plot of 500m2 of garden, 1.5km from the beaches. The house (at the end of renovation) includes a bedroom (bed 160 * 200), a mezzanine (bed 140 * 160), a bathroom, a toilet and a living room very nice open kitchen. We are not there but you will be welcomed and guided by someone you trust. 2 bikes are available as well as a barbecue arranged in the shed.
