A swimming pool available as well as a wooded garden of more than one hectare, in the countryside but 7 minutes from a shopping center. 1st bedroom: 30 m2 with 1 bed 160 x 200 and 1 bed 90 x 200. 2nd bedroom: 14 m2 with 2 beds 90 x 200 or 1 king size bed. New bedding + duvets + pillows (2025). New washing machine. 2 refrigerators. 20 minutes from the sea: Royan, Meschers sur Gironde. Close to Saintes, Bordeaux, Cognac, La Rochelle, Iles Oléron and Ré.

La terrasse de 15m2 est un plus pour vous ressourcer en contemplant l'orée du bois en fond de jardin.Vous pourrez disposer d un garage à vélos fermant à clés et d un accès à la piscine . In the heart of a wooded park, comfortable cottage, within the grounds of our property. Quiet, between the beaches of Saint Palais (7 min), and the banks of the Seudre in Mornac (3 min by car). 5 min walk to all the shops in the village. Great for a relaxing stay, our house has an outdoor swimming pool that opens onto a park in the middle of the fields. (Unheated pool) It also houses a Shala, yoga and meditation room, accessible to our guests on request.

Welcome to La Famiglia! Come and spend a wonderful, rejuvenating and relaxing vacation with us. The house has been carefully furnished and has all the comforts you need. Everything is new, the bedding, the appliances. The house is located on a very quiet street where you can park without problems.
