The cottage flanks the vines with an uninterrupted view over our organic vineyard towards the estuary on the horizon. Relax on the terrace and take in its generous views over the landscape, take a dip in your own private pool, open late May-Sept, or stroll through the vines and woodlands that are both equally abundant in the area.

In Royan (5 minutes from the beach and the city center by car) I offer this pretty 110 m2 single-story house, completely tastefully renovated in winter 2022-23, with its beautiful 400 m2 wooded garden not overlooked. The house is spacious, bright and warm. It feels good there. It includes a large living-dining room and open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, one of which is separate. This is a great place to have a great stay in our beautiful city of Royan.

In a converted barn on the border between the departments of Charente Maritime and Gironde is our cozy studio. The studio is equipped with all the comforts for two people. There is a double bed, wardrobe, two comfortable seats, a kitchenette with gas stove, dining table and a bathroom with shower. For cold days, there is a fireplace. There is WiFi, and you can park your car with us. And outside is your own terrace with table and chairs for that croissant in the sun!

It is located 100 meters from the beach, 900 meters from the center, park the car and do everything on foot! 100 m2 independent, you can park the car in the garden.
