Small new apartment of about 30 m² located 12 minutes from Hourtin Plage and Lake Hourtin-Carcans, 26 minutes from Pauillac and its estuary, including 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed 2 places, corner Kitchen, living room with TV and free wifi. Sheets and blankets provided as well as towels. Outside, terrace with garden furniture, bench, and 2 sun loungers, electric barbecue, closed parking on the property.

It offers all comfort for 2 guests with a bright living area with 2 comfortable beds of 90x200 cm, a sofa, a kitchenette and a spacious shower room. The terrace of 20m2 allows you to enjoy the environment, to relax and dine outdoors.

14 m² studio in the center of Soulac, close to the market, and 400 m from the central beach. The place is new. Very small but functional, there is everything you need for a vacation stay. Comfortable 160 cm king size bench. Linens and dish towels are provided but NOT bath towels. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT BICYCLE TRAVELERS WHO WANT TO RETURN THEM. we practice self check-in and check-out.
